They added on a home addition for a sitting room and built my deck and installed outdoor patio living space, this was a major project for me. The outdoor area is even more beautiful than before. And the brand new sitting room means I can still enjoy a lovely view of nature when the weather is bad.

We used designer properties to remodel-design-build our bathrooms a year ago and felt good enough with their work to invite them back this year to remodel our pool with outdoor kitchen and fireplace, patio landscaping and do away with our old pool house and built us a new one. We are quite happy with the design and build from the beginning of project. Another job well done! Thanks

Had them do tile work in my kitchen and bathroom including replacing shower area. they are going over ideas and designs for my basement remodel which is going to be a big job considering the shape of the basement now.
