Never have had an issue with the company. I personally use them for my Dj services when I need more amplified sound. Also, different business partners I work with use them and it has been extremely convenient.

Unfortunately B&K “Pro” gave a very “amateur” effort to open the 2018 Strawberry festival. The first band played 42 minutes before B&K seemed to find the “on” switch for the amps. B&K also couldn’t figure out that the drummer was the singing lead on several songs and didn’t turn his mike up in the mix. The drums, provided by B&K, were thudding and dull. Hard to believe B&K “sound checked” the drums before the bands started. The whole fiasco was an embarrassing train wreck. The sound did eventually improve and was really good for the headliner band. However, a “professional” sound engineering group is expected to have there equipment working and checked before the event begins.
