I love this company. I have so far done two purchases with them and honestly they are the best! I actually picked up an auctioned item today and the ladies at the estate helped me put a chair into my small compact car. The ladies were Angels!!!Each one of them helped me organize my small messy car, helped me carry the heavy chair, helped me tie up the chair and they were honestly amazing. I drove an hour and a half to this estate and it was worth it. I had a truly awesome experience with these amazing ladies and think if you want to start getting into auctions well this is the company to work with!Thank you so much ladies!!!! Unsatisfactory customer care. item not Described as damaged and the offer to take back item was not one of accepting responsibility. Just reiterating that all sales are final.i drove 80 miles to pick up item. They said I could bring items back but it is just to far to go, 2nd time now. Not going to return

I have had nothing but good experiences from this company. The staff Have always been extremely helpful with any questions, or loading and separating of items purchased. All of the company representatives have been fair and forthcoming when they deficiencies or explanation of current billing. I will use or service again in the future.
