I paid for a comprehensive extensive report and all I got was what they pretty much could find on Facebook. I since did my own research and found out much more than what I paid for from this service. They included, or claimed, they would answer any further questions, but when I sent an email with further questions, after I paid my bill, I got NO RESPONSE. Customer service is definitely a one star.

I hired them in Dec of 2019 to confirm my husbands cheating with the nurse from his doctors office (where he was a patient). I met with Scott who predicted how the investigation would play out. He was right on the money. It took no time to confirm what I suspected. They also kept me informed during the investigation not only through email but also with text. I felt very secure with my decision to hire them. The Whitesell staff was friendly, supportive and sensitive to my situation. I would recommend them over and over again!

I took a CWP class here today10/10 and OMG... It was the greatest experience, from the 1st contact until class day. Email contact, payment, were all easy, and answers were just a phone call away. ..Mr Whitesell the owner was there assisting with the fingerprinting process. Thank you for your time. The building was clean (CDC) with hand sanitizer, plenty of soap, modern and upscale very professional. The class was taught by Mr. Dustin Broome he is an awesome instructor. They took $2500 and did absolutely NOTHING. Later they apologized but would not give a refund. Inspector Gadget would’ve done a better job. I definitely do not recommend any losing money to them again

We recently needed a process server to serve some papers to my wifes ex-husband, but since we would only know where he was when he was coming to pick up the kids at our house, we wanted it handled as professionally and quietly as possible so the kids would not know or be involved.
