This taxi service is as good as it gets. Bilal monitored my flight and was waiting for me at the airport even tho we were early. His van was perfectly clean, new, and comfortable. His driving was excellent and he was a delight to talk with on the trip. I only wish I needed to take a cab more often in Rochester! He has my highest recommendation.

From the onset of booking the cab, Bilal was courteous and assured me that he will be there for my pick up early morning at 3:30am. Was on time with his well kept car. Although Binici has only 2-3 reviews on Google. Would encourage people to use their service as it was a good reliable experience.

The car is new and very clean, it has a lot of space and seats. I have been in Rochester for about year. I met the driver, Bilal, when I came to Rochester last summer and using this taxi since then. He is very punctual and responsive, and he drives safely. He knows Rochester very well, not only the roads and traffic conditions, but also where to eat and the other nice places in Rochester. Also, he is a very nice person to talk.
