Always arrive on time friendly service 5 star service

The car is filthy and dirty but the old man has taken me out and I dont want it anymore because my clothes and sneakers get dirty

They exceeded all expectations.I had never been in an actual TAXI before, do I was more than skeptical using one for the first time, alone nonetheless.Most people portray regular taxi cabs are dirty and unprofessional, this was nothing like that- the man was kind, with a contagious smile, prices are BEYOND fair, and the car was very very clean and smelled amazing!!!I have only used Uber or Lyft in the past, and with Uber or Lyft, the cars are NOT always clean, and the people are not always professional. Everything THINKS they can be a driver nowadays, and I think thats why Uber and Lyft have such poor service for such a ridiculous price.I will never go back to Uber or Lyft after this experience!In an Uber or lyft, the drive would have costed me about $30.I paid $9 to drive from home to work.And got to work EARLY!!!!Uber/Lyft aint got Nothing on this taxi cab service!!!!! :)

Best driver I have ever had. Always can count on him and just overall a great person. We need more guys like this driving. Very clean and respectful driver. If you need a ride anywhere this is your guy.

Excellent communication, Good Understanding

Called trying to talk about reserving some drivers and the guy hung up the phone. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. If you do take reservations then fine, but at least try to work with your potential customer.In response to the owners comment below, no thank you, another company was happy to help and did fantastic, and being hung up on is not a misunderstanding. Sorry, we are unable to help you with that, but is there anything else I can help you with? Thats how you communicate clearly and respectfully.
