Was great service for getting a new bike. I have never bought from a dealership and they made the process very easy for me and it was really fast also. I have had the bike 3 weeks now and 500 miles and I couldnt be happier with it

I picked about coldest time of year with all of the roads snow covered to buy this so I borrowed an enclosed trailer to get it home, Bill was a great help in loading and tying down the bike (really he did it all and I watched). Just went for an inspection, but nice place. Took me right in at my appointment time and was done quickly. Asked me a couple questions about maintenance that should be done (I had already done it) and away I went. They had a bunch of very nice condition used bikes. I looked at a 2020 Ultra that had 250 miles and an Indian that had literally 1 mile on it. I think I found my new service place.Thank you for the quick service!

Purchased my dream motorcycle from this place. I live 7 hours away. Never seen the bike in person; but I didn’t have to. Got an extremely low mileage 2016 dyna S low rider. Not only that, it had the big bore 117 in it. Mike and Larry made the transaction super simple and easy, even with the distance gap. I had the bike delivered to my doorstep (I paid a private mover).Once there I was in absolute love with the bike. I recently purchased a new to me 2012 Harley Electra Glide Ultra Classic. Butch was the salesperson who offered his expertise regarding my purchase. He made sure when I took delivery that I understood the difference in the Sportster that I had been riding and the Electra Glide as it pertained to weight and handling. He suggested that before hitting the street that I use the small parking lot that is next door to do some basic maneuvers such as circle left and circle right, and low speed braking which is different than what I was accustomed. The extra time that he spent with me speaks volumes. I also had the opportunity to work with Larry regarding financing. It was clear that he understood my request regarding length of the financing agreement. I found the experience at Cortese Cycle Sales to be seamless. I look forward to having my Harley serviced at Cortese even though there is a Harley dealer that is much closer to my home. Cortese Cycle Sales has earned my business for the foreseeable future. I bought a rebel 300 here a couple of weeks ago.The prices of the bikes that I looked at here were generally a little overpriced, compared to other dealers in the area. But, the prices are not terrible, and the salesman said that they generally try to match/beat other dealers prices if brought to their attention.The salesman I worked with was Sam. He was fantastic. He did not try to push me on to a bike that I wasnt interested in, or try to sell me on one other than the one I specifically came in to see.Sam was extremely easy to work with when it came to get the paperwork sorted out, and was very quick in getting the ball rolling on everything. I would consider using this dealer again based off of Sams professionalism alone. 5 stars for Sam!The reason I did not give 5 stars for the dealership, is because I did not feel that the gentleman that did the financing was very pleasant to work with. He did try to sell me their extended warranty, which I totally understand as it can be very beneficial to some people. At one point when I thought he was done with his pitch, I said no thanks, I think Im going to skip out on that one. He cut me off and put his hand up, saying let me finish. Unfortunately I dont remember what this gentlemans name was, but the experience was not negative to the point that I would not consider going through this dealer again.Also, when it came to financing it did not seem very transparent. There was no communication on how long the loan terms would be, or what the possible interest rates would be after applying for financing. I did not know any of these details until the loan terms were decided for me, and I sat down to sign the papers. It would have been nice to have the option for a lower loan term, to possibly get a lower interest rate. Luckily there is no penalty for paying the loan off early, and I suppose I can always talk to the bank directly to try to refinance in the future.This may be normal practice with motorcycle dealerships, Im not sure. This was the first motorcycle that I have bought through a dealer. I can say every car I have bought through a dealership has given me some options when it comes to the loan terms.All in all, it was an easy, quick, and mostly painless experience. I went into this having done a lot of research prior, and Sam made everything very quick and easy.Thank you Sam, and thank you to the rest of the team at Cortese Cycle Sales. Cant wait for spring to come around!Oh - They also delivered the bike for free, which I believe is only a temporary promotion. This was definitely a nice perk.

I was looking on their website for months for a different bike. I always wanted a Harley but the brand new ones are a bit pricey so I thought Cortese would be perfect for what I wanted. This is the first time I’ve ever left a negative review most times I chalk it up to bad days or stressful encounters with the public. Well today the finance MGR completely unprofessional. Let’s just say customer service 101 would be a great asset for this gentleman. My two boy went down to Cortese to potentially trade my one sons bike in on something with a little more power and more suitable for the highway so he can enjoy the ride with the rest of us. He found a bike and when it came time to strike a deal the “financial Manager” he gave the boys a trade in value which was quite low so they did what any other person would do and ask if he could come up on the trade a bit? And I quote “ I can buy a new one for that” then abruptly turned around and walked to his office. Well Cortese, due to the exceptional arrogance and severe lack of customer respect my family (and I will be spreading the word to my bro’s) will be taking our bike buying experience to your competitors where they know how customers should be treated.

I had been searching the internet high and low for several months for the perfect motorcycle. I stumbled upon Cortese via Instagram. I followed their page for a few months and noticed the crazy amount of machines they were selling weekly! I knew exactly what I wanted and I found just that at Cortese. Even customized from the previous owner just how I would have done it myself. Low mileage, Low pressure, Low prices is their slogan and I got exactly that! Everyone there from the front of the dealership to the back was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the process. My advice is if you see a machine they have that you like, don’t hesitate for a minute because it could end up in someone else’s garage!

If you decide to buy from here watch your paper work they will deffinatly take advantage of you with out hesitation i was told i was getting my bike for one price and as i look through my paper work i realize that the charged me almost 2k more than the price i was told i was getting making my loan messed up and i am now buried in a bike im not happy with....4-17-21update yes i am very sure where i purchased my bike from i will post my sales paperwork here if youd like. i like how you can add comments on here and i am not notified you have done soo. im sure your talkin this on here to make your selves look good . my bike was purchased 1yr ago, btw peter was the salesman an larry the one who did the paperwork, i am just for warning others to be careful when dealing with your company

Best bike “browsing” I’ve ever experienced.We dealt with Pete Gordon. Called ahead and spoke with a lady on the phone, forget her name, but she was very friendly. We got there 20 minutes before the shop closed and Pete let us have all the time in the world. Check out all the bikes we were interested in. Never rushed us or made us feel pressured.Went well past closing time and he had no intention of kicking us out.It was our first time here. We didn’t end up purchasing a bike, but I guarantee I’ll be back here in the future from this experience.Not to mention- this was all during the Pandemic and they still accommodated us without hassle.Thanks guys!!

I went on their website shopping around for bikes and they have a section for new riders and they have multiple 1200cc bikes in it... Thats a red flag for me why would a responsible dealership suggest such a big engine displacement for new riders instead of 600 to 800 hundred max
