The stingers are consistently amazing. I just tried the Mac plate, and its seriously just as good. I love a savory meat sauce with some heat, its perfect. 🤤 Great portions for the price, and the employees are chill, its very comfortable

This is my go to spot, has been for awhile. I dont encounter too many iffy moments food wise with them, but did tonight. We called and it was resolved quickly, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. I will definitely continue to order from them.

Ya not good. Ordered last night. Way too much cheese. Runny sauce. Couldnt pick it up to eat it. Dough was cooked all the way through but because there was so much cheese it was soggy. For an area with a dozen places to order pizza nearby I wont be trying this one again. It gets 2 stars because cup and char pepperoni, besides that pizza was pretty bad.

Any time I visit Rochester I’m on the hunt for the perfect chicken finger sub. I finally found it at Mac’s Pizzeria. Customer service was impeccable and the staff was very friendly. I now know exactly where to go whenever I’m in the Rochester area.

Went there for the first time today to pick up lunch for me and my co-workers. Excellent service and very friendly staff! Everyone loved both the pizza and wings. Some of the best pizza Ive had in a while and I think I just found a new favorite lunch spot. The wings were meaty and had great flavor without being too saucy. Thank you!

Ordered a large supreme pizza via the website. Order was ready on time. Due to a mixup with my order, I ended up with a large cheese pizza instead. Called the store to let them know. They remade my order and it was delivered to me at home by one of the owners. For the record, both the cheese and Supreme pizzas were fantastic. Macs more than made up for the mistake. I think I found my go-to Pizzeria. 👍

I was a little upset with the price of my order at first but the food was very good and fresh 😋 and then I thought about it and realized the price was no higher than any other food place I was going to infact it was around the same prices as anywhere else the difference was the food was very fresh every time I got food from Macs pizzeria so I plan to keep buying food from Macs.

Every time I eat at Macs food is always delicious! Friendly staff and very reasonable prices, daily specials with large portions. Would definitely recommend you try it out, best pizza place around!

Today was my families first time trying macs pizza and wings. Wings were cooked well only they barely had any sauce on them, the pizza in my opinion was subpar at best. The sauce was very plain and bitter. But i will try them again soon with something different off the menu

Mac’s pizzeria is my family’s new pizza stop. Located in Gates it is clean and welcoming. Let me first start off by saying new ownership means everything. These 3 guys know what they are doing great job!!!! Pizza is amazing had it the other night and fresh is amazing... here is the kicker 2 hours later left out even better! A pizza that ages????? You had me at hello!!! Next morning warmed in the oven? Like fine wine and sharp cheddar it doesn’t get any better!!! You got kids who love pizza this is the place... your wife is pregnant and craving pizza or tacos w/ pizza or cucumber and wings w/ mozzarella sticks this is the place! Plates, pizza, wings, and subs this is a one stop shop!!!! Friendly service and great ownership make the cherry on top. Mac’s you have a new life long Customer!!!! Next up will be a brunch I hope. Everyone loves brunch. Maybe you will get a positive response from brunchworth if you offered brunch!!!

We have ordered here a few times, my best friends father recommended them to us. Purely on the fact that he loves the quality of their cheese.They have daily specials which is nice.We recently did the garbage plate special on Thursday. They were pretty decent for $5.55, I’d recommend to those in the area to stop in and try something.

Just finished boneless wings and they were delicious. Garlic parmesan was not oily and Country Sweet good too. Will try their pizza next.

Pizza was, in the words of Larry David, ehhhhThe wings were good but disappointed with the pizza since the reviews were high. Perhaps it was because we got the obligatory late night pizza. We did order 30 min prior to closing. Either way it will be the last time as its my opinion there are better options in Rochester.

Finally! A place in Rochester that has a great Stinger sub! Wings are awesome too. I will be back to try the pizza for sure.

I told one of the employees. This pizza STG beat the Jersey Shore pizza and that’s where I grew up! It’s crazy but the Buffalo chicken is one of the most authentic and best tasting pizza I’ve ever had. The cheese they use is to die for and the crust is 10/10 5 STARS all DAY! Love this place! I would have given a bad review with the first bad experience, but decided to give them a couple more chances. Unfortunately, that only led to more disappointment each time. 1st order: their wings looked like moose knuckles aka the farthest thing from edible wings. 2nd order: they didnt give me a discount of one of their daily specials because I called in the order versus coming into the shop to order. 3rd and worst of all: our delivery took over 1.5 hours, they messed up the order, and the food was COLD. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from them again. They have a great menu, but their service and quality is greatly lacking.

I come here all the time when Im up visiting family. I moved south for work and I have yet to find a pizza place that can hold a candle to Macs. Their wings are phenomenal and the variety of specialty pizzas and topping combinations are top notch. They are always coming up with new ideas and fresh products. They do not settle for anything less than incredible service and amazing products at an affordable price. Im so glad theyve bounced back after that terrible fire. I cant wait to stop by when Im in town next!

Since the Pizza Hut near our home shut down suddenly, weve been searching for a pizza place that fit our needs. After a while we came across Macs and I can say that theyve filled that void. Well priced and quick delivery.

Wings were really good. Pizza crust was to die for. Garlic knots were too doughy for my tatse.Order was taken accurately and food was ready for pick up quickly. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot here.

Ordered out from here twice. The first time the food arrived cold and dry. I live a mile and a half away. Figured Id give them another try. I ordered a specialty burger with extra cheddar cheese and extra bacon. What I got instead of the specialty Western Burger was a very dry burger loaded with cold shredded cheddar and bacon bits. Not even actual bacon but bacon bits. No onion rings nor bbq sauce as the burger was advertised. Also again took an hour and twenty minutes to arrive and was cold when it got here. Ill never order from here again nor will I ever suggest this place to anyone. I spent $25 for the most dry, tasteless burger I ever ate and cold box style mac and cheese that was discolored from being so old.

Dont listen to anyone that says Nick Tahous garbage plates are the best in Rochester...the Mac Plate is where its at! The food is great, the new and improved dining area is fantastic, and the deals are solid! My only wish is that they would deliver to me, but its worth the drive out!

I really liked the pizza, even reheated the next day in the microwave. Generous on the cheese and toppings. Minus one star for not allowing me to just bring in smart phone and show coupon on their website, but required actual printout (gotta respect going green Macs). Wings sauce (hot) was very tasty and not too spicy, but wings were lacking in the meat department, which is unfortunately becoming way too common nowadays. Awesome thing was they asked if I wanted 2 different sauces for 10 wings! No one does that. Great personalities and welcoming at the place as soon as I came in. Would definitely buy from again. So only negatives were wings were not meaty and lack of ability to present digital version of their websites coupon, which was for one free topping.

Ordered food from there and was shown one price on a receipt that I signed and when I checked my bank account the next day was showing a $20 upcharge. No one seems to be able to tell me how or why this happened. Do not order with a credit card over the phone, will over charge you.

This was my firt time visiting and the place appeared clean. The food was fine, I ordered the Garlic parm wings and a steak sub for me and the wife. Wings could have been fried harder for my taste but thats just a preference. The rating is 3 stars because they shorted us a wing (should get what you pay for) and didnt put the type of cheese I requested on the sub. I prob would patronize them again but I would double check my order before leaving.

I WAS excited about ordering from this place heard some good things and wanted something new. Never had it before and now I NEVER will. I was asking questions because again Ive never ordered from here before. The questions I was asking werent out of the norm so I dont understand what the issue was on the other end of the phone, even if youre busy you should NEVER rush anyone. Dude was SO RUDE, CUT ME OFF AND HAD BARELY RESPONDED WITH RESPECT OR CONCEN FOR A CUSTOMER. All I got was yes, no or ok. Oh the pizza will be done in 35 mins and no one will be picking it up so give it to someone else. Horrible service!!!

I love this place and have left them multiple good reviews around the internet but tonight I am really disappointed. Their customer service is normally very good. Tonight I called and placed an order at 630 and was told it would be an hour. I called back again at 740 and was told it should be here shortly. When I called back at 755 they told me the driver had just left and should be pulling in the drive way any second (I live very close). The driver did arrive 5 minutes later but the food was luke warm. I was upset the person on the phone never apologized but the driver was nice enough to. Monday nights are their specials night so lesson learned. Do pick up instead of delivery on a Monday.
