MLT was the website management system that was being used at my place of employment when I started in August. Odd code, plugins not updated, plugins not installed correctly, open service tickets 5 MONTHS old!? Needless to say, I convinced my company to drop them as soon as we were able. The turnaround time for them to respond to an email averaged 5 days. Took them less than 2 hours after I said we were going with another company to send us the bill though. 2 months on from switching companies and we are STILL finding things that need fixing. Stay away.

I took in a camcorder tape to be made into a DVD. Tyler was very helpful and got my request set up for me. Mike did the transfer and he let me know when it was ready. Both Mike and Tyler were very helpful and friendly. My DVD turned out great and I wouldnt hesitate to use their services again. Thank you Tyler and Mike!!
