They are extremely unprofessional and rude on the phone. I called in the morning to find where my shipment was that was supposed to be here three days ago. And I was told it was on the truck for delivery that day. And that it would be given a notification between 12 PM and 2 PM by 230 I called again and said it is definitely on the truck and will be delivered by 5 o’clock still nothing. So I called again and the girl I talk to you was the only one who would even help figure out what is happening. She tells me that it was never on the truck in the two before lied to me. She called the service center, and said the supervisor guaranteed it would be here the next day. It is now two days later and still nothing. Do not use them. They are awful.

My package was supposed to arrive on Friday. After reaching Cincinnati from UK, instead of sending to newyork, they had sent the package to florida and even then it didnt come to newyork and went back to Cincinnati and was on hold for 2 days and after it finally reached rochester, I got a notification, package was out for delivery at 10 am but I didnt receive it even after 7 pm. Such a bad service

DHL being the worst courrier ever and never again.My parcel from the Philippines has been in Rochester NY since thursday last week and not moving to be deliver in Syracuse at all. I called each day the customer service they just keep lying to me saying its coming today everyday I call . Thursday when I decided to call again and take action instead of waiting and decided just to pick up my parcel in Rochester NY and finally its ready to be pick up. Here comes Friday which is today, I called around 8am to make sure its ready to be pick up since Im gonna travel from Syracuse which is 1.5 hour away from Rochester and yes they said its ready to be pick up. We arrived at Rochester DHL around 11am, and guess what they said they couldnt locate my parcel they dont know where is my parcel and they doing their investigation about what happens to my parcel. Im usually calm person but today I almost lost my patience with the situation .Never again DHL worst experience ever, horrible experience.

Literally the worst company to have anything delivered. Will take weeks, can’t find addresses. Will argue with you about where your address is.I have never met a more inconvenient place to have anything shipped and if i see a company i want to order from uses them i will not order from there. People should stop using this company

Hate this company had to track down my items was told it was to much traffic couldnt deliver on my street. Look outside and find him doing this.

They leave your package anywhere, they can never reach the driver because they dont have phon numbers for the drivers, DHL is the worse shipping company EVER

Less expensive than UPS, but learned the oldlesson about getting what you pay for. They claim to be international shipping experts. Used them to mail a package to Mexico, the employee helping me send package joked about the candy I was sending and reviewed prohibited items with me. Later I find out package at held up at customs because candy is prohibited. Mailed it before Christmas, it just came back to me today, February 19th. Customer service was very difficult to work with. Will not be using them again.

Worse carriers ever..they either cant find your address or customer service never have the right answer to locate your packageFor days now all I kept hearing is that my package is on its way or they having problems delivering my package upon till now going days my package have not yet received..I. so sick of this happening more than once..

Horrible experience. I ordered my package about a month ago and about 2 weeks ago it told me it was out for delivery and I still don’t have it. I called customer service today to see if they knew anything and they said my package is on hold for up to 30 days and couldn’t tell me why? Never using dhl ever again

Best customer service of any delivery company Ive used! I placed an order Wednesday afternoon, which arrived just after noon on Thursday, unfortunately I wasnt there to sign for it. I called the location and they took down my contact information and said they would see if it could be picked up before they close. Not only did I get a call within 30 minutes notifying me that the package would be available for pickup before they closed, they called again only two hours later; as soon as it arrived. I was very impressed that they took the time to keep me constantly informed on the status of my package, and when I arrive to pick it up the representative was very friendly. Top notch delivery service!

Horrible my I schedule for my package to be left there for pick up. I get there for them to tell me they delivered it to USPS but didnt know which USPS like its not multiple USPS on Rochester. Then the rep at the front blamed everything on the supervisor saying hes doing this to save money! Like wtfff

Bought item from an overseas company. The item was delivered to wrong address in Rochester. Customer Service(?) said the item is irrecoverable and I should file a claim with the original vendor. They didnt mis-handle the package. All they did was pick DHL as a shipper. My gift to my son is gone.

The package not getting delivered after I paid extra for expedited service is annoying, it the out right lying that is the most annoying. I received a call that they couldnt deliver because the roads were impassable, but the school buses were able to collect the children first thing in the morning and the road were clear. Then I find out that the package isnt even out for delivery and its at the facility. The facility is 1.5 hours from the house so not convenient for a drive out to collect. Now its Friday and they can not schedule a new delivery until Monday. If you have any alternative to send a package, I would strongly suggest you use it!!

If I could give 0 stars I would.Paid for overnight shipping and I am still waiting 2 days later because the driver didn’t want to go off his route the first day and lied about nobody being home the 2nd day. They don’t deliver on weekends, so now I have to wait another 3 days for “attempted” delivery.Customer service wouldn’t let me talk to a supervisor about the situation.Thank you, DHL, for not delivering my package of car parts and making miss a family funeral.

I have been waiting in the home for my package for 2Days. Even though I choose to leave my package on the front door of my apartment, but they still did not show up; moreover, the tracking number shows that recipient not home. I feel so confused that I stay in the home for 2 day just for this package and I receive other packages which is belonging to other shipping companies, except this one.

International shipping experts with super friendly staff. Tip- don’t seal your packages if shipping them from this office, they will want to inspect the contents first. They will then seal them for you.

Tucked away as far back as possible, it took me a while to reach the building. When I arrived (to pick up a package) the gentleman that assisted me was kind and eager to serve. We struck up a conversation and I left feeling like someone truly cared that my package had made it safely to its destination. Great service!

Im awaiting a delivery guaranteed to be here 5days ago .. Just now got put on hold. Its a unique big stuffed animal for a my childs birthday from her dad out of state. It seems they have no way to communicate with drivers to find out why my package was listed as exception the day after a delivery attempt. Thay are also unhelpful with understanding the terms of exception after the website was too vague for me. I hope no one ever uses this company to send something our way ever again. What a hassle.

I have never had need to use FUL in the past, but did recently. I bought my postage online and found a close srop-off point, out at the airport, and took my package there. Friendly staff person helped me get it all situated and ready to go. And I was told the item would arrive at its destination by the end of the day, the following day. I was Super impressed by this.

Every time I have had to use DHL (Express) in the last six months, they have been terrible. I have had to ship several packages from the USA to the UK and every time they have been dreadful, on both sides of the atlantic. Once, they informed me that the comapny I was posting something to had moved, which was untrue as I had sent something only a couple of weeks before. When I confirmed the address — the same as I put on the envelope — they charged me for an adress change fee. Most recently, I was waiting for six hours for an urgent shipment to be picked up, only to be told that the driver had been to the wrong address and left, twice (my correct building was the top line of the address, not sure why more effort wasnt made to find it). Was then told they could do nothing over the weekend, even though my shipment had to be picked up that day as I was due to leave the country over the weekend. Still have had no satisfactory resolution to the situation.

The absolute worst! Only deliver Monday-Friday with no designated time. Waited two days in a row and both times they did not deliver and rescheduled at the last minute. Absolutely no consideration for their customers!

I ordered it on 5/17, it’s 5/29. I think that says enough. I didn’t even get my package yet I’m having to go 30 minutes out my way to pick it up Bc they CHOSE not to deliver it 3 days in a row, refunds are available! Just contact them

If I could leave a Zero star I would. I called at 8:45 (15 Mins before they opened) I spoke with a gentleman about my package. I had asked if I could come on my 30 Min Lunch break to pick up my package, the man responded yes I will make sure it doesnt go out for delivery. I pulled in about 11:30 Stood at the front desk 10 minutes before i was even greeted to what I needed. One employee came out looked at me then turned around, then a few minutes later another older heavy set gentleman came out asked me what I needed. I told him I was there for my package he took my name and walked in the back 5 minutes goes by he comes back out to tell me he couldnt find it, so now I give him the Tracking Number. Once again another 5 mins goes by and he comes back to tell me it was placed on the truck for delivery. When I told him no i spoke with a man this morning before the trucks went out he told me that my package would be left here (Indian guy with a strong accent) sounded nice over the phone. The mans response behind the counter when asked why they put my package on the truck when I called and said I was coming here to get it he said I Dont Know So he calls and speaks with the delivery truck and said that my package will be at my house in 1 hour, I said well it requires a signature and I need to go back to work so this doesnt work. He said oh well ill have them leave it (A $400 Package) on the front step. I said ok whatever. well I had a neighbor go over and it was well over an hour 2 hours to be exact. Beyond frustrated, from one business to another I really hope you guys develop better work ethics, and customer service.

Im very disappointed, that my package was not delivered when it say it was gonna be delivered and that the carrier did not follow instructions, here it is another day been home all day and still have not receive my package, if you guys order anything do not let DH drop it off they are Horrible about communication horrible about communication and they dont care about your package, its to the point i had to make a police report.

Good company, inconvienent location for pickup

Bought an item from Hong Kong instead of using free shipping the seller offers 1-20 day ship and paid 100+ USD for DHL shipping that promised 1-6 business days, on the 6th day nothing showed up and tracking shows that the item is in route.Fast forward two more weeks, DHL decided to update the status to delivered and signed dated back to the 6th day when it was supposed to be delivered. Still, nothing showed up at the door steps......made sure the address was right and contacted the staffs at DHL and got no straight answers. Sending a bamboo raft across the sea is faster than this...

Never had complaint before today when driver after asking if my dog was ok (barked at him) was told, yes she was... told my elderly husband with lung disease CATCH and threw the package at him. This is unprofessional, he could have asked my husband to step to porch and handed it to him.

I ordered pick-up for my return. 4 times, no one comes.So my advice is that directly go to the office, do not wait for the pick-up

I’ve been waiting all day for my package and it’s now 8pm. It said it was with the delivery carrier since 9am this morning. Any other time I’ve had a package from them it’s been delivered before 3. This is unacceptable. I paid extra for express delivery and I’m still sitting here waiting.

Worst contractors hired. Delivery are never made when it is not a DHL agent. Either the package is lost or the contractor puts no efforts to DO HIS JOB!

I had a package coming all the way from the UK and I had never had to go through DHL it gave me updates up until the day of and I wasnt sure if I would get my package on time because my package last update was in Rochester which is a little over a hr from where I live . So I called and Im not sure who I spoke to but he was very nice, he didnt have all the information so he told me he would call me right back with a update and he really did within 5minutes he called me back to tell my package was right on time and would make it to me by 430 and for sure it did ! So thankful !!
