Love Flowers by Jerry!! The service is amazing, and their artistry with florals is incredible. This weekend they had a good truck serving brunch, an incredible selection of pumpkins for autumn decor and lovely giant mums. We enjoyed a great morning out at one of our favorite local shops and cant wait to spend another day their soon perusing the warmth their books offer as the cool weather approaches.

Having placed an order to surprise my Mom with a lovely bouquet of flowers using Flowers by Jerry receiving an email SIX days after placing my order advising me they are unable to facilitate my order and when sending an email of displeasure told there is a shortage of flowers - something they would have been aware of. I am grateful to have received a refund straight away but one would think perhaps with their apology an offer of some sort of discount in good faith to keep this customer happy. Perhaps my custom is not appreciated!

Very pleasant boutique. I came here with my significant other on my birthday and the ladies here were helpful and friendly which I appreciated a lot. It made me feel welcome. They have a lot of succulents and plants. They also have an area where you can bag up your own dirt/have the workers there do it for you and purchase dirt for your own plants. Its also a good place to find cute gifts for people.They also have a good selection of high quality bouquets which were all very lovely. My bf sent a flower delivery to my house yesterday as a surprise for our dating anniversary. Due to Covid, they left the floral arrangement on my porch. Thinking it was a handheld bouquet, I picked it up at the top and the vase shattered. The lady was quick to take the flowers back to repackage and even tried to help me clean up the glass. Long story short, they ended up having to deliver the repackaged floral arrangement to my bf at work downtown since I was away at a meeting and they didnt want the flowers to be cold outside.I am extremely impressed by their service and I told my bf that if he gets me any more flowers, he needs to buy through Jerrys!

Exceptional! I visited the Flowers by Jerry store and couldn’t have been more impressed! The staff are so incredibly kind and humble. Everyone we met greeted us and they couldn’t have been more helpful (between answering my garden questions and helping me untangle pom garlands I found in clearance!). We visited 2 other local stores and it didn’t compare to the quality and helpfulness we received at Jerry’s. I also love that this a three generation family owned business. My mom said the family volunteers in town too, which I think is awesome. The flower arrangements were so pretty (Excellent quality!) and a bit cheaper than their competitors. They have a large greenhouse connected to the store- and the plants were super healthy! The store had many boutique items and I loved their stuff (and I’m super picky for the record so that was impressive). My mom and I bought porch pots and we were able to have them personalized with items we picked out in the store. Our porch pots were ready later today and could not have been more beautiful with bows and all! Definitely supporting this business again! Thank you so much!

I ordered a sympathy spray for a family funeral and received a confirmation email that all was good. Then attended the funeral and DID NOT see our flowers. I found out they had sent me an email canceling the order the next day. DIDNT CALL me to see if I wanted to substitute something else since they were out. NO they just emailed me to say it was canceled and I didnt get the email.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Promoted themselves online as a florist who could do same day/next day delivery. On the day the arrangement was to be delivered they called to tell me they were in another state and it would be an additional $39 to deliver. In this day and age their website should be able to calculate if they can or cannot deliver and quote the correct price.

I needed a last minute arrangement for Valentine’s Day. Not only were they accommodating but were able to put together several beautiful custom arrangements! They saved the day! Thank you.

I went on their website & they have lot of states listed for the places that they deliver to. I made my selection to only get a call the next day in the afternoon, saying they dont deliver to the area. I suggested they update their website to reflect that & they just brushed it off. Now...I am NOT able to get flowers delivered in a timely manner because I am 1 day too late! Should they have called me yesterday after placing my order, I wouldnt be in this position.

This florist purports themselves to be “local” in many areas, when they are in fact NOT, unless you’re in the vicinity of Rochester, MN. What this translated to was out of state flower delivery delayed by a day, excessive delivery fees, for an astoundingly underwhelming product. Buyer beware.

After spending considerable time on-line trying to order from a local florist, I ordered flowers and candy for someone far away, for a special event. I was charged for both. The flowers were delivered, but the candy was not. Its really disappointing to say to someone oh I meant to send you candy, sorry. Flowers by Jerry response was to state that the order was missed by their affiliate, apologize, and promise to refund the exact amount of the missed candy. Turns out they are not local in the area I was having delivered to as their website made it appear. There was no offer to do anything above and beyond to try to improve the situation. To say Im disappointed is an extreme understatement. Terrible!

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend, and gave them the wrong address, lol. The lady (cant remember her name), went out of her way, along with the driver, and found the correct address and delivered them on time. She followed up the next day to give me the correct address and talked briefly. Cant say enough about how much that meant to my girlfriend and myself. You are all great people!!!

This florist claims to be local, but is really based out of Rochester, MN. I Googled a local florist and their website came up, so they have created a way of elevating their website even if you try to search for a local florist. I placed an order to be delivered by a certain time and it was not there. The representative on the phone would not share the information for the local florist they used, but blamed it on them saying they were on their way to deliver the flowers - which was after the funeral service had already started. Steer clear of this company and order your arrangements through a different, truly local florist rather than one based in other state and wont hold themselves accountable for the proper delivery of the arrangement.

Never ever, ever order from these online scammers. I REPEAT NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!! Scammers. I ordered flowers for a funeraltaking place in another state. The flowers were confirmed to bedelivered before the 4 PM service the next day. An email was sent the day of funeral, informing me they Received your two orders. We are not located in that area. We have a Nationwide Service and would transfer your order to an FTD Affiliate. The flower shop in KS is closed on Saturdays. Therefore the soonest these could be delivered is on Monday. (2 days after funeral) Then a 2nd email on MON stating:they wouldnt be delivering the arrangement because they didnthave the flowers. This was NOT a fancy arrangement. I was leftflat with no way to get flowers to the funeral, or even to the residence on Mon. I was mortified and soo EMBARRASSED and LIVID! They advertised that they are local and guaranteed same day delivery. Please check a local florist before using online scammers, so you wont be stuck without flowers. They are nothing but a scam. This has broken my heart.

BAD. I ordered flowers, chocolates and a balloon as a mothers day gift and while my mom is easily pleased (thank God) I am not. First, the order was missing items (chocolates) for which I was most definitely billed, second, the $55 dollar flower arrangement looked like it was worth $15 dollars. Third, this was an expensive gift for the mother I adore and it was NOT satisfactory.

A friend was in the hospital, so I ordered online through Flowers by Jerry. I got an order confirmation, and on 9/27/17, I got a delivery confirmation, which assured me that my friend had received the flowers. On Sat. 9/30, I came home to a voice mail and an email saying that the flowers had NOT been delivered. My friend had been in ICU (which I didnt know), and was unable to receive flowers. Whoever the local delivery service was continued to check, and then my friend was discharged and sent home. I had been told she could receive visitors, so I thought she could have flowers, as well. That was my mistake. However, why did they send a delivery confirmation AND wait for 3 days after that to tell me that they in fact had NOT been delivered? Of course by Saturday evening, there was nothing I could do but wait until Monday. I called this AM and was assured that *fresh* flowers will be delivered today, so heres hoping. My friend lives in my area (FL). Had I known about the delay, I would have sent a card first and waited until later to send flowers. I was not told that the flowers were deliverable until later. Lesson Learned. Next time, for local friends, I will use a guaranteed brick and mortar store. The fact that my friend was in ICU is not their fault. However, notifying me that flowers were delivered and then waiting 3 days to tell me they werent, is inexcusable. I dont know if the responsible party was Jerrys or someone else, but since I was dealing with Jerrys, in my mind, they are ultimately responsible for this poor customer service.

BUYER BEWARE SCAM If i could...i would leave zero stars. Ordered and paid in advance for flowers to be delivered to my sister. This florist said they were a local florist in flagler beach florida. Flowers were never delivered. They dont have a phone number on their website and after reading numerous reviews and researching a day too late i found out that they are in Minnesota and many others have had the same problem. Called in yesterday from Canada to order something for my mother on her birthday, the lady on the phone was professional, and pleasant, and took the time to put a package together over the phone. However, I paid for the gift via credit card, and was informed it WOULD be delivered same day. After closing hours I decided to contact my mother, and find out if anyone came to see her, she said no, not even a phone call. So now she knows about the surprise, but didnt receive it. Jerrys is closed today, and tomorrow due to holiday hours. Her company deals with Jerry all the time and said theyre amazing, as for me, ive got a very sour taste in my mouth over this place, and their lack of following through. The fact I was charged $75, but the gift never went out, makes for a very rare, pissed off Canadian.

I contacted Flowers by Jerry by e-mail to say i was a little disappointed in the flowers that were delivered.I received an e-mail apologizing for any inconvenience this had caused, and that another shipment of flowers was ordered. My friend in PA sent me a photo of the 2nd order of flowers, and i can say that these people went ABOVE AND BEYOND in customer service and the 2nd shipment was perfect.!!!
