The two wonderful ladies who came to clean were so nice. They went above and beyond. I was so pleased. It is very hard for me to clean right now and they were my angels.

Great communication, accommodating with my schedule, friendly staff. They did a excellent job cleaning. Bathroom looks fantastic- the tub is the cleanest its ever been. Dog hair sticks to my couch like crazy and they got it all cleaned up looking nice. Overall, really great work. SO nice to come home to a completely cleaned home. Jade and Haley (Team 9) do an excellent job. Weve had a couple of other services but not for long. Molly Maids Team 9 are great. They pay attention to the details and always ask if there is anything else before they leave. My wife and I are both a bit physically challenged and having Jade and Haley provide a real peace of mind for us.

I asked for a move out clean and to pay more attention on the kitchen and bathroom areas especially because we had already cleaned the night before. We were quoted 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 hour job to be completed. The next day our realty team came out and took pictures of areas that needed cleaning and it was the areas we specified needed the attention. Went back to the house and the house seemed untouched accept for the refrigerator that still had some crumbs inside, there was streaks of blue staining in the tub where they must have put on cleaner but did not remove.Called molly maid to complain and they said they could send someone out to try to remove the stain. The same crew arrived, late, and said that we were ok to wait on them because we made them wait the first time they came out, which is completely untrue because we had the doors unlocked, talked with molly maid and staff prior to arrival letting them know that they could go in. But they saw the stain said they could remove it. Took additional 30 mins but the stain remained and I was told it would go away over time just keep taking showers. I reminded them that I am no longer the renter of this house. They said it was fine to just make it look nice when we do the walk through. Been back and forth with molly maid for a partial refund because of the poor quality and lack of professionalism from the maid staff and after a week and a half was told “if they had more time it could have been better,” and all they could give back is $75 out of the $495 we spent. The realty team that did our walk through said they will have their own cleaners to come out and clean because there wasn’t enough time to have molly maid back out. So now I will have two cleaning charges. Won’t recommend or use the service again. BTW they are coached to say they could have done more with more time and it is evident that the staining and BS about time is their MO because it was said on another review.

We have been tremendously pleased. Miriam and her colleague are always prompt. They are tremendously efficient and thorough in their cleaning - and simultaneously are pleasant and polite. In terms of safety in this COVID era, they are always well-masked. Were pleased and we plan to continue using Molly Maid.

I wasn’t going to write a review, but after the nonchalant response I just got from the office I was prompted to do so. I hired Molly Maids for my toilets primarily. I told them I had super tough hard water stains. They expressed that it woukd be no problem. They sent out TWO people for 3 toilets. In an hour and a half they did NOT finish the toilets. The toilets were clean everywhere BUT the lower “tunnel” part was left unclean. I went behind them with a pumice stone and it was clean in 5 minutes! They could atleast tried with diligence. They literally decided they were NOT going to finish the job. What’s the point of hiring help if you’re going to do LESS THAN what I can do? The manager called me this morning not asking how I liked the cleaning, but if she could go on and process the payment. Note: I did cap off at an hour and a half, but toilets CAN be done in that time especially between two “professional cleaners”. I WILL NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN!!!! NEVER!!!!

Weve had Team #3 Brenda and Benite regularly clean our house for the past 4 months. They have done an incredible job each time and are attentive to detail. We look forward to our monthly cleanings because the house just feels so much better afterward. Once we are completely unpacked and moved in well likely ask them to come more often. I highly recommend Molly Maid to anyone who needs some help cleaning their home.

We had a move out clean scheduled today while we were at work. I am grateful that they were able to fit us in before Friday (we have to be out of our apartment by 12pm that day), but I am disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and the professionalism. First, when I made the appointment I let them know to call my boyfriend when they were on their way so he could leave work (10 min drive) and meet them at the apartment to let them in. Unfortunately I received a call this morning that they were there and forgot to call ahead of time. I let them know to dial the number for Mc****** and my boyfriend could buzz them in. He didn’t receive the call so a few minutes later I called Molly Maid back and the lady had said the buzzer wasn’t working (come to find out that they were dialing for Mac******). Anyway, I eventually get them buzzed in using my intercom code while I am in the middle of work, not ideal but they were finally in and I thought that was that.. Well I just got home about an hour ago to find that my stainless steel fridge has splotches - big and small - all over it, the freezer shelves are not cleaned thoroughly, the cabinets and tops of doors have dust (enough to cover my finger), they skipped my pantry and entry closet completely, and there’s drip marks on the toilet seat that will not come off (possibly bleach sitting too long? Not really sure). I have videos and pictures, especially because I now have to go through and clean again before our move out day. This cleaning was not cheap and I should’ve done it myself for better attention to detail and quality. Left a message tonight so hopefully I will hear back tomorrow. I will say that they did a great job on the oven and tub/shower, but I will not be using Molly maid again at this point in time.

We had unexpected guests and needed a refresh fast. A team ( Blanca and Carolina) whipped our house into shape in one afternoon. It felt like coming home to a deep Spring cleaning, the beds were made with clean linens, and the smell of clean welcomed you home as you walked in the door. The office staff was great at communicating a timely cancellation which allowed us to be fit in just when I needed a helping hand!

I hired them for a move out cleaning. The house was empty and needed a light cleaning. I was quoted for $119 per hour. They send three people and Im happy because I think they will finish quickly. But that didn’t happen and I was not happy.We had a disagreement about cost and they handled my issue quickly and professionally.Thanks!!!

The Team came right on time and got immediately to work. The kitchen is cleaned, bathrooms done and all vacuumed. My organizational system on my desk is not disrupted yet the desk is clean. They cleaned the house and everything is back to where it should be.Addendum after 6 months: Molly Maid team #8 has consistently good service - house is clean and organized. The office keeps us updated if there is a change in schedule (happened once), and a different team (#4) gave our house the same great cleaning as the usual team.

I love it when Molly Maid comes to clean my place. my team is # 4 Maria, Carmen, and Ana. The girls are always ready to work &my home is their only priority at the moment.They work hard at making it shine and when I go in and out during the day my place smells so clean, it is unbelievable.

Team #3 (most especially DiVena) does a very thorough job, is very kind and friendly, works around me and my schedule. I hate the times another team is sent. That is the only downfall - being switched to different team members - not what I signed on for. I understand sometimes circumstances come up where she is not available but that seems to happen far too often since I became a client

After using another cleaning service in Rochester for several months with hit and miss results, I switched to Molly Maid. Their cleaning service is consistent and excellent. I usually get the same crew and they always do a great job. I even save $10 per cleaning over what I was paying the other company.

We just had our initial cleaning yesterday and even though it cost quite a bit (our home is ~6000 square feet so we were already expecting a big bill, though) it was worth EVERY penny and then some! Id actually read other peoples reviews and heard some feedback from colleagues at work and thus was nervous about what to expect, but we needed a new housekeeping service now that our regular one is no longer serving the Rochester area. I was BEYOND pleasantly surprised with the results; THRILLED in fact! Ive never seen our house look so spotless before; it was even shinier and cleaner than it was on the day we first moved in. The attention to detail by the Molly Maid team was meticulous to say the least. Every possible nook and cranny and spots that I normally wouldnt have even thought of (that were never touched by our previous cleaning service) were taken care of. I really felt like these gals went above and beyond! The kitchen and bathrooms and windows were GLEAMING, I could see my reflection shining in all of our hardwood and marble floors as well as our appliances, and there wasnt a speck of dust or lint ANYWHERE on any of the furniture or in any corners. To say that I felt blown away would be an understatement! Thank you, Molly Maid, for doing such an incredible, AMAZING job, and for treating our home like it was a grand luxury hotel or something, WOW! I cant even tell you how grateful and appreciative I am. Am definitely looking forwarding to our new regular cleaning schedule with you and having your team back each month.UPDATE: Weve been with Molly Maid for 4 months now and Im still every bit as delighted with their service as I was with their first initial cleaning. I had them clean the house for a move in. They were late coming in and did a piss poor job of cleaning. Our kitchen cabinets didnt get cleaned and they left the kitchen floor sticky. They cleaned really slow so we were charged more. They also want to charge us more for coming back. Honestly I could have done the cleaning myself if I had time. What a waste of money. I recommend going to some other cleaning company that does a better and more efficient job.

Ive been really happy with with Molly Maid. With having 3 small children, a cleaning service twice a month really makes my life easier and makes our home much more comfortable and relaxed. Have been using Molly Maid for about 6 months now since the last service could no longer make the time to drive so far north to my house. So glad I choose well! All the teams have been great and are always very professional and thorough.

The first couple of cleans weren’t as good as we’d hoped. They did a great job in some places but other places not so much. After a couple of cleans with no improvement we called the office Manager and she came out to the house for a walk through. After that we have had no problems and love using Molly Maids. Every week the house looks awesome and I have more time to spend with my family. I know now if there is a particular area I want cleaned to just leave a post it note and it gets taken care of.

We have used Molly Maid for 6 months now and are loving it. Since we are on a 3 week rotation, we have had several different teams and have always been really happy with their work. Its such a treat coming home from work to a clean house and helps us stay motivated to keep things organized in between cleanings. Its the small details that really show pride in their work (ie. beds neatly made, pillows arranged with care, night stands arranged so the cords from the alarm clock and lamp arent hanging off the side adding visual clutter, setting out our granite sealer to remind us to seal the granite while its clean, dry, and uncluttered). We so very much appreciate both the help around the house and the family time we get back by having help.Brenda and Patricia particularly nailed it this past cleaning. We are a home with pets and they somehow managed to get every speck of cat hair off of our love-seat- So impressive, it looked new! Even our utility sink and laundry room were spotless. We recently had our first child and with the added responsibility of parenthood our house cleaning started falling further and further behind. It then started causing minor arguments between my wife and I. Finally we decided to hire a maid service to offer a helping hand.After checking around with different companies in the region we decided to go with Molly Maids because of their reputation and because of their insurance policy. If anything were to happen with Molly Maids they WILL fix or replace it.I remember the first couple times Molly Maids cleaned our house my wife would look through everything inspecting there job, she was never able to find anything wrong or not completed. Ceiling fan blades, entertainment systems, tops of refrigerators... SPOTLESS. Beds? Made perfect like a 5 star hotel. Garbage? Every can emptied! Sinks? Not 1 water spot anywhere.We purposely have Molly Maids come on the day before our garbage gets picked up because they empty everything so its ready to bring down to the curb for the next day. If you are on the fence contemplating a maid service stop over thinking and pick up the phone.Also, their employees are phenomenal. Always happy, and willing to go above and beyond. We have yet to ask them to do something that we were told NO too.

Once again I have come home to a beautifully cleaned house! We used another service before this one and there was always something they missed--but NOT Molly Maids! Everything looks great! My husband said, They just do a really good job! Thanks Team #5--Julie and Carolina!

I have had Molly Maids for a few years, and I love coming home to fluffy carpet and a clean house. The ladies do a super job, and I appreciate it so much.

Im happy I havent had to clean my toilet in months, But I do pay for 4 bedrooms, 1 office, 1 kitchen and 1.5 baths to be cleaned. office is never cleaned they dont even take the trash out of the can. They always skip one bedroom which Im ok with because my infant daughter is usually napping in the room when they come. But I still pay for 2 rooms that dont get cleaned. They always ask we no clean downstairs?, Yes Please clean everything you are supposed to.Im only writing this review because they left a note asking me to.
