I called around to get estimates. My second call was to Mr. Junk It All Rochester- Mark. I left a voice message for him. I continued on calling others. Mr Junk It All Rochester - Mark - called me back with in 10 minutes of leaving a message. I knew from speaking with Mark that he was the individual my parents needed. He spoke very professional, polite and I could feel his honesty. He dropped everything he was doing at home to meet my parent for an estimate. Mark gave them an extremely great price. Mark was patient with my moms fiancé as he at first wanted the job done on a Saturday. Changed it to Sunday. Changed it again to Monday. Mark, Sean & Stretch arrived on Monday promptly at the agreed time. All three gentlemen were very nice, polite, showed their knowledge and performed an amazing job. They were very quick and efficient. Marks honesty that I felt when I spoke to him on the phone was truly shown on that day. There was an antique dresser which I personally knew was worth something. Mark had it placed in the hall. He came in to the apartment to inform us that the dresser is an antique and that it may be worth money. Most individuals would have kept the dresser to sell. Mark gave us the option to keep the dresser and see what we could get for the dresser. We opted for Mark to take it. My moms fiancé was so stressed over the death of his brother that he just wanted to be done with the apartment. Mark, Sean and Stretch took a huge burden away from my moms fiancé. Mark and the men were just great in every way possible.Mark even offered to return and help us load stuff, that we were keeping, into our SUVs. This is the second time I have used Mr. Junk It and again I wish I could give him and his crew 10 stars!I purchased a dishwasher from a local big box store. They delivered it on 11/19/20. I had arranged plumbers to come out the next day to install it. However, they were unable to pull the old dishwasher out, claiming it was connected to metal strips and they were afraid of ruining the countertop.They suggested I go back to the original installer for help. The big box store was the original installer. I talked to them and they assured me their installers could take care of. Again, the installers were bewildered by how the old dishwasher was installed & they could do nothing to help me.I remembered that Mark had advertised that he could do take downs of stuff, so on a whim I called him. He arrived the next day with Stretch and Sean. It did not take them too long to pull out the dishwasher - dont know why 4 professional plumbers were perplexed. Even better, they installed my new dishwasher!They did such a wonderful job! I really thought I was going to have to hand-wash dishes for the rest of my life.

I cannot say enough good things about this company!I needed my garage cleaned out so I could park my car & take the plates off. They came out the same day and were fast, efficient and very courteous. Plus they swept the floor ( had a lot of dried leaves everywhere).But the most amazing thing was that they pushed my car (with the dead battery) into the garage for me. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

I hired Mr. Junk it all to remove my old 6x8 wooden shed. The price was considerably lower than 2 others. They came out and quickly took apart the shed and then a short time later came back with a truck and loaded it up. They even loaded up, when asked, without hesitation, a few extra items like an old door, tarp and other small items that were in the shed.. I also asked it they could help me place my new 7x7 Rubbermaid shed onto the old platform. They said no problem and helped me move that shed, which was no easy task, onto the platform at no extra charge. They were very professional and I would highly recommend Mr Junk it All.

Although my project was outside of the scope that Mr. Junk It All could accomplish. Mark and his team attempted demolition and did not charge me for the work they did accomplish. They take pride in there work - and Mark obviously cares about the people and projects that they begin.

Fantastic job. i called their number off an ad they had in the pennysaver. I had seen their advertisement for quite some time. I called them on a Saturday morning and I talked to Mike, I didnt have to leave a message and wait for a call back. He assured me he could stop out and give me a quote to clean out my basement and remove water damaged items. My sump pump stopped working and my basement had flooded. They arrived on time for the appointment and gave me a written estimate for the job. I was happy with the price and agreed to have them come back and start the work the following Monday. Once again they arrived at the job on time with his truck and crew. They not only cleaned out the basement but organized the items I wanted to keep. They were very easy to work with and professional. I will gladly recommend them to my neighbors and family.

I am downsizing from a 3 bedroom house into an apartment. I had several pieces of furniture that I was not bringing with me and I needed to find a way to get rid of it. The guys came out and removed a hot tub. Very efficient. Mark and Connor did a very good job. They cleaned up all the debris. I was suprised by how fast they got the tub out and on their trailer. They even swept up all the loose insulation. I will definitely recommend them.

I called after I found Mr. Junk it All online through Google Maps for a junk Company near me. They answered my text right away. Mark scheduled to come over to estimate a complete clean out of my brothers home. He had moved to an assisted living facility. Needless to say, there was a lot of things to haul away to get the home in shape to list it with a realtor. Mark gave the estimate to me and i waited for additional estimates. to come in from other companies. I decided to go with Mark. Im glad i did. He went above and beyond with his crew. Mark and his partner mike came out to my mothers house and removed some wood and wooden fencing from her backyard, very nice work and they were in and out like they weren’t even here, my mother was very impressed and will definitely be contacting mark again in the future for a speedy but clean job.
