I have had several laser hair removal sessions at Lux Spa with the esthetician Jackie Pecoraro. I have held a lot of shame about my body hair since puberty, so I was hesitant to come. But in the end, I am so glad I did! I felt incredibly cared for, respected, and supported by Jackie. She is both professional and skilled, while being gentle, personable, and kind. Not only did I get great results, but Jackie is incredibly LGBTQ+ sensitive and affirming.

I deal with daily back pain and visit twice a month (driving an hour each way) for deep tissue massage. I can stand up straight on a daily basis now only because Janet is awesome! Everyone is always friendly and helpful and they have a nice boutique for a last minute gift or to treat yourself. Unfortunately, Covid has put a damper on what I call the pampering part of the experience where you change into a plush white robe, have a beverage and color some mandalas while you wait in a very comfy chair..but that will return eventually I am sure. ;0)Treat yourself, you are worth it.

I took my bf to get his first pedi ever and wanted his experience to be memorable. The place is beautiful, well kept and clean. We had Taylor and Julia and they were both awesome at what they do and know how to interact with clients. My bf really enjoyed himself and that was the goal. Just had an excellent massage with Andrew. I’m a triathlete that is trying to quality for Kona for a second time which is to say I train a lot (12 – 18 hours per week). It takes a toll on me. Andrew did an excellent job in working out the tightness in my back and neck caused by the long hours of cycling. I went into the salon to get my nails done last week and was very impressed with the professionalism and how thorough the service was. All employees were also taking COVID precautions very seriously. It has been about a week since my nails were done and they still look great! I will definitely recommend Luxe and will be returning!

I made an appointment for root Touch-up, highlights and cut with Nikki. I was greeted at the entrance and immediately brought to Nikki’s chair. The color and highlight was perfect. My hair was cut so that I could style it easily or wear it naturally wavy, which I could never do before. The salon was clean and all of the staff was friendly. I highly recommend Nikki and Luxe.

I’ve been going to Petra for two years now. She does the Keratin treatment on my very course, curly hair. She knows how to cut and style curly hair which is rare in a lot of salons i’ve gone to. She always does an amazing job, I drive all the way from Buffalo to have her do my hair and she is the only one I trust with my hair. I highly recommend her!

Beautiful, clean, quiet, and relaxing are just some of the first things that come to mind when thinking about the facilities. The staff was pleasant, accommodating, and eager to please us. The reviews online for the spa are very good I am new to the area and was looking forward to making an appointment for the month of January. After several attempts and speaking with the individual who answers the phone no date could be reached. She had to call me back several times after checking to see if she could coordinate the services for which we were asking. I would love to still visit the spa but having to wait until February isnt helpful to me

I went here to see if I could get a peel. With my skin condition (hyperpigment) you have to be careful. They did know enough about african American skin so I purchased products. The lady sold me the wrong products so I had to take them back. This was just a waste of time. Please do research on all skin types so you can be the best. Everyones skin is different. $160.00 on products that I couldnt use.

Every provider for all the services they offer, including the front desk staff are some of the most pleasant, welcoming and caring people I have met. They all go above and beyond to make their clients experience at The Luxe the best it can be! Not to mention the place is immaculate every time I go!! I will never go to a different salon.

The overall experience at Luxe Salon was top notch! Their sanctuary was a great place to relax prior to the massage. My massage therapist Caroline, was a consummate professionals and provided me with the best massage Ive ever had. 100% recommend and 100% will be going back.

I went in for a style and blowout. I was told over the phone it would be $32. When it came time to checkout, the stylist had whispered something to the cashier, and low and behold, my total came to $52. I wasn’t even in there 25 minutes, nor was it even that great of a curl. I would NOT go back. For the price I paid, I could have gotten my hair colored and blown out for the same price.

I wish I could recommend this place, but due to the poor customer service and unexpected skin peeling I experienced I cannot. I got the Luxe Signature facial with plant peel. The facial takes about 50 minutes, and was ok. To describe the experience I would say it is a lot of pawing at you. The esthetician does not focus just on your face, she works from your fingertips, up your arms and your face. Products are applied rapidly, removed rapidly, and then proceed to the next step. I had specific aging/ acne skin concerns I spoke about correcting on my face so I am disappointed that was not addressed. For $130 I think it was steep. Two days afterwards I experienced slight peeling on my face and major peeling on my hands. I inquired about this, said it was not a big deal, but I wanted to know if this was an expected result because I genuinely did not know. The response I got from Kelly Hertzog was dismissive, stating their products do not cause any peeling, and she asked if I was using any products on my own that would cause this (Rx, retinol, etc. which I have now been asked 3x of course I am not..) A week after the experience the peeling is almost gone from my hands, pic attached. Overall, disappointed in Luxe.

The quality of two manicures & pedicures did not reflect the price of services. Overpriced. One pedicure was completed with a gash unfixed & did not push cuticles properly or clean under finger nails-overall not precision work. Both people left unhappy.

Yesterday, I was informed that a Luxe Salon Spa Employee tested positive for Covid-19. Today I drove by, and the Spa is open despite the State regulations that require a 14 day quarantine for any persons who come in contact with a Covid positive person. This decision by the owner, Karen Pudetti, puts her staff, clients, and their families at risk.My concern is for the staff currently at Luxe Salon Spa, the clients who may unknowingly receive a service from a potential asymptomatic carrier, and their families. As of now, no attempts are being made to notify clients who may have already been exposed and the person who tested positive is being booked with clients as early as next week.

I had my first experience at Luxe today and I was really impressed. The welcoming environment and the great customer service helped me feel comfortable and at ease. Jackie was friendly and professional and I will definitely be seeing her again in a couple of weeks.

I had a eyelash consultation appointment for 3:20 PM. I arrived on time and when I got there the employees were not warm or welcoming. 25 to 30 minutes passed Without the eyelash consultant coming out. No one checked on me, no one saw me leave. I would not recommend this place and I will not be going back.

I had a 50 minute facial but Ashley, and a gorgeous gel manicure by El. Their sanctuary is so cozy and warm and the bathrobes are to die for. I cant wait to go back for more services!

I went for the holistic massage with Marcelo and it was life changing. He was amazing! I have had numerous massages in my life at all ends of the United States. I have never almost fallen asleep or anything close, I did this time. Have you ever had a massage that makes you question how your living? How you have gotten this stressed and what you need to do better? This was that massage.

REVISED REVIEW - My first experience for a prenatal massage was great! However, my second experience was not so great.. It did not feel like a relaxing spa day, it felt more like a doctors appointment. When we arrived there was a worker sanitizing the sandals sitting right in the middle of the locker area, sanitizing and throwing the sandals into bins. Later on walking around the spa area with a giant garbage bag emptying the smaller garbages into it - just not very relaxing. Then my massage was less than par this time. I felt as though I was in a doctors appointment. The massage itself was not great, my masseuses hands were very shakey and I didnt feel relaxed at all leaving my appointment. Pretty disappointing because I had such a great first experience, but the second time ruined it. I most likely wont be back. Id rather spend my money at a salon where I can truly relax at.

I recently had a great experience at your salon with Leah. She did an amazing job on my crazy, curly hair. She really listened to what I was looking for and gave me a great cut! She walked me through the whole DevaCurl process. I was very happy and have gotten many compliments on my hair. It is a great feeling when others notice a great, curly cut. She is definitely a keeper!

The facility is lovely and my massage was fine but ridiculously expensive. I can get the same quality for a more reasonable price so I wont be returning.

I’ve gone there once and that was the last. I went for a wax and left with hairs still visible. I had to shave when I got home. I have not tried the other services but the waxing service I received was TERRIBLE.

I went to Luxe Spa in Henrietta to get my haircut. I had Leah as my stylist. She did an excellent job w/my hair. Showed her a pic. She made some suggestions, which I liked. My hair turned out exactly like a wanted...even better. Leah was very nice and personable. The place is really lovely. Very clean and serene. Ive been in other spa like salons and they arent as nice as this place. Will definitely go back.

I went to get a lash lift done and everyone there was very nice and welcoming. But, my lash lift was awful my lashes were curled in the middle and not at the root. Not all of my lashes were even curled some were just sitting straight out! Some of my bottom lashes were curled up as well. Overall my results were awful and i will never be going back to Luxe for a lash lift again.

My first experience with Luxe was a great one and cant wait to go back. Although I was really looking forward to having my first appointment with Sue and was disappointed to learn she was unable to do my hair due to being sick (hope shes feeling much better), her assistant Kristen did a fantastic job. Upon further research I found that the information given by the owner was widely contradictory of many well known facts in the medical field and beyond (spas included). As I am not seeking negativity I assumed the information she shared with me was indeed factual and either way I was happy (with myself) whether or not the procedure was done. I conclude by way of research, multiple medical professionals, other spas, and per our conversation that the owner has an issue as her cognitive abilities the extremely limited; I also conclude that she has a deeper issue with herself that she needs to inflict on others. It pays to simply be kind to one another regardless of your past conditioning; lastly, if you need to *attempt to* hurt others due to your insecurities, you have a lot of growing to do as a woman and a fully functioning human/citizen/part of civilized society

I met Kristen Smith when I brought my mother in law (who had undergone brain surgery to remove a golf ball-sized glioblastoma) in for her first post-surgery wash and cut.
