I have no drawbacks to state, only thing that would make it a bit better would be the character options to gain a closer likeness. Overall a fantastic product, service, and experience!

This is a very cute concept. However, I feel the first Love Book purchase is a bit high. It’s also kind of small. I’m not sure if I’d like for the book to be any bigger. Just maybe better priced. In addition, you’re able to purchase couple’s activity books, which are also extremely cute and useful. These are offered at a lower cost by themselves, and even lower if purchased with a Love Book. The digital Love Book is cool too, but I’m not sure why it’s not offered by itself. You may only purchase this if you purchase with original Love Book :-/

I cant even begin to described how amazed I was when I opened the box and found my book inside! The book looked so professional that I felt like I could go to Barnes & Nobles and pluck it right off their bookshelves. I created the book for my wife for Christmas. The website was so user friendly and helped suggest creative ideas for content which was extremely helpful. I suggest that you play around with the site at length, I discovered new things daily to modify my book and make it as personal as possible. In the end, I felt like I truly created something unique. Lastly and again, the book looked so professionally done that when it came time to hide it before Christmas, simply stuck the book on our personal library bookcase. My wife walked by it everyday for nearly 3 weeks never knowing or realizing how close she was to her gift. She cried and smiled the whole time reading it and carries it with her now, sharing it with whomever is willing to listen to her. Oh, and super fast turn around, I didnt pay extra for. 7-9 days, I got it in 7.

Extremely disappointing. Its been 25 days and I still havent received the book. They are more than 2 weeks past the estimated delivery date. The book has is not yet even in my country nor has it been delivered and I am asked to review the purchase.......

Great concept and cute product. Arrived quickly. Only concern is the design phase is confusing since they nicely auto design a book based on preferences, but dont let you expand the number of pages without making it a fully manual redesign of the auto design. Turned into a clunky process. Also, no information that there is nothing printed on the facing or left side pages. So my design assumed two pages would be together as left and right pages in a standard book. Instead, the left side of each page was just blank. Still enjoy the product, but they could have done a bit more to save customers from themselves.

The process of creating the book was a lot of fun! It was great quality and arrived sooner than expected. My husband absolutely loved it! He smiled the whole time and talked about it for several days after opening it. It’s a great way to show someone you’re thinking of them and have fun doing it!

The book was great the second time around. The first book they sent me had a completely different cover but the insides were perfect. The packing sheet had that my order was correct with photos of the correct cover but the book was of different people with a different photo. I had to call and get it reprinted (*at no cost but almost late for the occasion I had bought it for*) and on the second print it was perfect. Im happy the customer service was able to reprint it for me in time.

The delivery was super fast, it was supposed to come after a month as I paid for the regular shipping method. I am in Portugal and I got it after a week it was shipped! The book had the perfect size and a good quality. It was perfect! I suggest people making this book unique to their experiences, it is even more memorable!

The website was easy to use and create the book. I found the book extremely nice. However I bought this has a gift and paid extra to have it deliver within that same week. Our anniversary was on Saturday, I ordered the book the previous Monday & the estimated ship time stated was supposed to be that Friday. Never once did I receive an email stating a delay. Friday came and gone, as did Saturday. We didn’t receive the book until late Tuesday. Which would have been the day I would have supposedly received it if I paid for regular shipping. So, do not buy this book if you are looking for rush order (even when paying for it). Waste of money in that regards.

My partner absolutely loved the book. It’s very thoughtful funny and good quality too. The delivery was very good it came on time and was packaged well. The reason I have rated it 4 stars is that I felt the price was a little bit expensive.

I am very happy with how the book itself turned out. However I placed my order on 11/27/20, my estimated delivery date was 12/08/20. I didn’t receive it until 12/16/20. This was a gift for my mom who was here for Christmas on 12/12 so she didn’t get her gift and now I will have to mail it to her from Illinois to Florida and pay additional shipping.

I had a book made for my husband for Christmas. He LOVED it!! He laughed which was my goal. It was easy to put together. He especially liked that the characters looked like us. Im going to do one for my kids for their birthdays next year.

I really wanted a gift for my wife for my anniversary and I consistently sent messages to LoveBook Support there was a good response, but then the gift did not arrive on time but it was late by a few days too. I really was looking forward for this. The disappointment that i got the most was the reply from one of the members that since I had a digital copy, they said - why not make do with that until the printed copy arrives?? Really - isnt my preference on what I would like to do rather than a choice like this? Very disappointed and then all they did was just send back the postage money as it was super fast delivery that I ordered (which was super slow to be honest).

Nothing bad to say about the book, it was very well made and my girlfriend loved it. The only minor thing I think could be adjusted is the self promotion and trademark at the end. In my opinion, it is just too much, because there is a lot of information about the book and the website on there, and in result, the reciever can easily look up about the book and how it was made, and I think that ruins it a little as a present. Obviously, it should be there, but not as much.

The book is so cute and I love it once I got it. Ordered about a month ago and had trouble with it getting to the place I sent it to. The USPS sent it back the first time saying it the address doesn’t exist, I emailed love book and they did respond in a decent manner of time and told me they would send it out again when it came back to their facilities, they sent it out again USPS. The second time the package says the forwarding address has expired when I go to track it. I have to email the usps and love book again to ask what’s going on and where’s my package. The post office branch near the address says they have my package and are figuring out what to do. Love book says I can have it reprinted and sent out via UPS next day air at no charge or I can have a credit towards my next purchase. Eventually I end up getting the book and high the ups next day air saver option to a different address. Then the day that comes USPS decides to re send the package again and actually delivers it. I don’t know if this is Lovebook’s fault, USPS, or mine that my book didn’t come for a month. I feel like if I pay $50 and it doesn’t show up a first time the UPS next day air saver should have been the next option. So don’t know if all that hassle if I is would use them again.

Website was very user friendly and super easy to get started! They have a bunch of options for pages and characters! The price is a bit much however for the quality of the book it’s truly not too bad. Only negative thing right now is that when mine shipped there was a printing error.... on the cover :(. The whole thing is completely off centre, and not by a little, BY A LOT! I contacted them through their website and explained what happened, and I am still waiting for a response back. The holidays are busy, and I’m sure they have a lot of stuff going on, however when you pay over $100.00 for something, you want it perfect! I ordered a Lovebook as an anniversary gift for me wife. Paid extra shipping so it would arrive a day before our anniversary. The first book somehow got lost in the mail, so I emailed the company and within 12 hours received a response that they would be sending a new one. The new book arrived in 3 business days. I thought the idea of making yourselves into animated characters was a great idea. They ask you a few questions and then create a book for you based on the occasion (birthday) and then you can edit it to your hearts content with a personalized message at the end. He loved it! I hope to use this for other occasions in the future as well!

I ordered the book early as a gift to my boyfriend. It was supposed to arrive the 14th of December. I still have yet to receive it. They refunded the shipping and gave a digital copy. However, its not the same as handing him the book and having it present in our home. I had even ordered the hard cover. The book was not inexpensive either so I feel extremely disappointed with this and will not order again. To me I wasted my money to have nothing, having to tell him to check his email and scroll. It lost its value.

I was impressed that they even gave me the option of using two women as characters, since you often dont find that. I was very pleased with the final product. I thought though the book would be a bit bigger. Sort of the size of a children’s book, like Dr.Seuss.It turned out, the book was exactly what they said it would be. It’s a very nice present for an occasion to remember.

So versatile! They provide prompts which lead to creativity! Its so personal! I made one for my fiancee for her to open on our wedding day and she absolutely love it! Worth the money!!!!!!! Will definitely make this a tradition and get more for special occasions down our life!!!!
