What I thought was a great job at first, turned out not to be so. A month or so after I had the guy purchase 8GB RAM $52 (which I had to pay upfront via an emailed invoice), and paying in person $60 for labor, I suspected that I wasny getting the full upgraded RAM. So I had my laptop get a FREE Diagnostic by a different computer repair place. Result was that the newly installed RAM unit was defective. I ordered a new RAM online and installed myself and it works perfectly. I contacted the Maroon Global Tech that worked on my laptop, to request a full refund for the purchased RAM unit, and my request went unanswered. Never will do business with them again.

Very informative. Patient, friendly, prompt and fast worker. Took the time to show me and my husband a couple times how to use the system. Answered all the questions. Would and have told people about his service and company.
