Nice, fast and honest. I brought a laptop that wouldn’t charge and wouldn’t start. Left the laptop for an estimate.The employee called me back 30 min later to tell me that it was a simple fix of pushing a pin in a pinhole to reset the power. No charge! I really appreciate the honesty as I know I could have been easily told that the entire motherboard needed to be changed. They also seemed to be competent.

My hard drive went bad and I was in a panic thinking I lost all the pictures of my kids from the time they were born. I brought in my hard drive and they were able to recover everything! The techs were very nice and even helped educate me on how to prevent this from happening again. I highly recommend their services!

These guys are the best! I’ve cracked my iPhone more times than I can count and they have fixed it perfectly each and every time. Don’t go somewhere that claims to fix your phone for $20.. pay the extra money and get it professionally fixed with these guys! They are reasonable, trust worthy, and most importantly they are honest!

My laptop had very important information I feared was lost. The staff calmed my fears and worked hard until they were able to retrieve my information. The price was half of what Best Buy wanted. Since then I have had my Ipad screen repaired in less than 24 hours. The great service doesn’t stop when you walk out the door. Called, dropped off and picked up my personal laptop up all in the same day, within a 2 hour time frame. I disabled my admin rights (not a smart thing to do) on windows 10 and spent over 2 weeks searching on Microsoft and YouTube. I should have called Lombardo Tech first. They fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes and it only cost $25 which was what they quoted on the phone. My lap top admin rights are now back. I will recommend them to everyone.

Too my laptop in to be repaired before a work trip. I let them know when I needed it by and asked if it could be done. They said absolutely. They called me back with a price and I spoke with them about an hour later to approve it. I reconfirmed that I would need it for a work trip the following week. I was told it would be ready by Friday. I called Friday to see how it was coming along, just to find out, they forgot to order my part. Needless to say, I was out of luck. I understand accidents can happen but there was no apologies, no discount, and no responsibility for their mistake. Ill never go back and advise anyone looking for a repair to go elsewhere.

Theur pricing is absolutely criminal. I was quoted $199.00 to transfer data from 3 IDE Hard drives to one USB drive. Thats literally plugging in a drive and pressing Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, and waiting. Total time would be an hour max. I dont know how anyone can expect a $200/hr paycheck for that.I have to assume their other services are just as much of a ripoff. Would not recommend.
