I was having troubles with my CPU temps and couldnt figure out why. I brought my tower to BBS on Monday around noon and had it back the next day around the same time, in amazing working condition. They immediately found the problem and even updated my BIOS for me as it was out of date. The cost was so low i very much recommend this place to fix ur PC

Quick turnaround time, professional service (Dave was great!), and incredible price. Im pretty sure my computer is working faster than the day I brought it home. Weve used BBS Tech on several occasions. The service is excellent, and the techs are very knowledgeable. Customer service is great, and their prices cant be beat. Driving by the Greece Store and stopped in regarding a laptop issue. Being a first-time customer, I was tentative and full of questions. The laptop was fixed, customer service was excellent, both Dave & Paul are super. Since then, I have stopped in for about three more times with computer and printer issues and advice, and always pleased. I enjoy telling friends about my great service.

Excellent service, my computer suddenly would not boot, I was afraid it was a fried motherboard. BBS was able to diagnose corrupted BIOS instead and fixed it in less than 24 hours for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend.

If you use anyone other than BBS for your computer or networking jobs you have to be crazy. The level of professionalism and knowledge from this small business makes you feel like youre their only customer. I hired them for an eight channel security camera run, and Paul and Jason made it look like a walk in the park. I was so impressed and satisfied that I hired them again for a very complicated 35 cat 5 cable run for my point of sale systems at my new store and was blown away at how organized and planned out their install was. They were in and out in less than 8 hours to network an entire 5000 sq ft store. And all my equip and network has been flawless since! Thank you so much for the outstanding service and amazingly reasonable price, I would have paid double.
