We needed repair of porch screens when bats began invading our house. We were disappointed with the original lead time but placed the order nonetheless. The next day we got a phone call saying there as a cancellation and Mark came and completed the job before lunch. Marks a good guy and laid out everything we needed to know. Weve had no uninvited winged guests since then.

I AM NOT THE FIRST ONE WITH THIS FEEDBACK. Read their other reviews.The company seems not to take responsibility for their drivers. Previous feedback in this regard received watered-down non-apologies (sorry if i made you feel uncomfortable - ARE YOU KIDDING? YOU NEARLY KILLED ME!) and I expect nothing less here. In fact, my question I posted to them was promptly deleted by the company without any contact from them.During the steady rain of this mornings highway commute I noticed a cargo van weaving through traffic in my rear-view mirror and rapidly approaching and then tailgating me. Im perfectly keeping up with the jammed two lanes of traffic extending as far as can see, so theres really no where to go and no point in jockeying for a few car lengths of progress - especially not in the driving rain with slick roads. Van 01 continued to DANGEROUSLY weave in & out of traffic several times more times, cutting me off WITHOUT REGARD FOR MY SAFETY. If I, and many other motorists, hadnt been able to rapidly break there would have been a nasty accident. Thank god my fellow motorists were paying attention to the dangerous situation this van had created.I WOULD NOT TRUST a company who operates their vehicles so RECKLESSLY to work in my HOME, let alone the home of a LOVED ONE.Dont fall for their nice guy tv/radio ads.

Had pink rose power wash my two decks. Arrived on time and did a very thorough job. Saved me a lot of time.

Very professional. Great customer service. Good quality work. Very high prices. From my experience, I recommend finding a plumber that charges less than $200/hr.I had some small plumbing repairs that required 4 hours of labor and 2 trips to the hardware store for a total of 5.5 hours of work. The price was high, but my other plumber was too busy.The quality was good. My only complaint of the work was that I prefer cold water shut-offs to be blue and hot water shut-offs to be red just to make it clear which is which. They made both blue. He probably just used what he had in the truck.

This is our second time around with Pink Rose and we’ve been SO happy both times. We had our bathroom done first, fabulous and at just the right price. Second time around we had them remove cedar planking from our living room, drywall, painting and custom trim. Fabulous. I can’t express enough positive feelings about the company and our installer Mike. Mike was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, fabulous with our pets and our grandson (napped during the afternoon). He went the extra mile to do not just what we asked, but also what we didn’t think to ask. He helped bring in insta cart and door dash if they showed up and we didn’t know, he was just the best. Mark did a great job building our new front steps and railings. It looks great- and he did it in only 3 days. We did have to wait a long time after booking, but now that its done, we love it!

We used Pink Rose to install wainscoting in our downstairs bathroom and they did a great job. About 6 months later we had a large water leak in the basement and the plumber found that the cause was from a pipe being punctured when the wainscoting was installed. Pink Rose covered the costs of the damages and the plumbing. They also sent someone out to repair the drywall in our basement. Im very impressed with their warranty. It saved us thousands of dollars.

I had them come to put in a shower and build a wall. The shower base was installed floating and the wall had a 2x6 at the top stopping me from drywalling. Then I go to put the door in and it was framed to small for the 3’ door.However the plumbing was done correctly and the worker was nice.I would recommend that anytime you call a General contractor you have them do the whole job not just parts.The follow up phone call to this review was pleasant and was done by Joe personally.

We recently had our master bathroom renovated by pink rose. Our craftsman, Eli, had superior attention to detail and was communicative along the way to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted. Any issue that popped up, Eli found a solution to quickly and efficiently. The bathroom turned out absolutely gorgeous, and we can’t say enough about Eli’s hard work. There was an issue with the initial measure on the room which resulted in us not having enough tile to complete the project. Luckily, shipping was quick and completion of the room was only delayed by a day. Thank you!

Michael removed old rotted wood trim and fascia from front of deck overhang and replaced it with PVC material. The needed work was quickly assessed and the repair was completed very professionally. I am very happy with the work and have had Pink Rose do work many times now.

This company is a joke. I called in May for a carpet tear out and haul away for two rooms. I got booked in July. Was told I would be given an estimate and have the job done the same day so I agreed to a two month wait. In between a friend wanted the carpet so the haul away would just be for the carpet pad and tack strips. The technician comes and states absolutely no to a haul away and suggests we rent a dumpster. Then says he can’t do the work until he calls someone else and they tell him yes. If he can’t do it today they are booking into December. Then he says he’s going to damage our hardwoods by scraping up the nails unless we want to pay more then he can do it more carefully with pliers. But if we don’t want to pay extra to have a good job done don’t worry! They can install new vinyl flooring for us! No thanks. He quoted us $1200. A different company I contacted that same day quoted me $300 and can do the work within two weeks.

I had them come to my mothers home which I was selling. I was very busy so thought I’d hire out repairing very small section on cedar shake shingles on corner of den. $1600!!!!! They quoted. I honestly thought they were joking. I found 4 cedar shake pieces in basement, paint, one hour all done.The owners response that I became irate an threw clip board at worker absolutely false! Wow!!! My response was” that can’t be my estimate “? And I then said “ we are done here” .I called later to complain about the estimate and wax told “ the price is the price” .Robbers!!

I first called Pink Rose last December and Mike arrived on time at my home to clean out the gutters, as Id requested. The night before, a pipe in my basement had sprung a leak, and Mike diagnosed the problem and told me he could provide the needed repair that same day (requiring replacement of some very old shut-off valves). I told Mike I would become a Pink Rose immediately. Mikes attention to the gutters and to the basement plumbing job, together with fixing a problematic side door that I hadnt even mentioned, was first-rate service. My next experience was in early February when Mark arrived to install our new kitchen counters. We had purchased the countertops in as-is factory sizing from a local supplier; Mark provided the expertise and manpower in fitting them to our kitchen and installing them. His work was first-rate! When Easter came, we were surprised and delighted by the delivery out of the blue of a bouquet of pink roses. That kind of personal attention is golden. Pink Rose is a quality operation.

Excellent service provided by technician Thomas. He thoroughly explained how he would troubleshoot the ice dam leak problem I had. Kept me informed of what he found, how he proposed to fix it, and products he used. I was very impressed with his expertise and pleased with his quality work.

They came to my house and quoted me TWENTY GRAND for a days worth of work! I can’t even speak to if their good at what they do because I refused to pay that price. I finished the work by myself over the weekend. Unbelievable.

This was my first experience with Pink Rose Handyman Services and I was very impressed! They were courteous, on-time, very knowledgeable, helpful in all of our questions, willing to take the time to tell us fixes we could do on our own, and honest and up front with their pricing. I called Pink Rose to install my new dishwasher and to replace my outdoor dryer vent that had a screw broken in half. Jason came to my house to give an estimate and was able to perform the install same day. The dishwasher install was tricky as my new pergo flooring made raising the feet on the dishwasher a pain in the rear. Jason was very careful not to mar or chip my new flooring and did no damage to the cabinets. He explained why he needed to drill a bigger hose hole for the lines and made sure he ran the dishwasher and checked thoroughly for any leaks. By using Pink Rose for the install I saved hundreds of dollars than if I had Home Depot do the install. The dryer vent replace took him maybe 15 min. Definitely would recommend their services to anyone.

I contacted Pink Rose in October to have 6 interior doors replaced. They were booking out into January. Mark asked if I had to have it done during the week, then offered to do the work on a Saturday, if it was OK, then he was able to do it 2 weeks!! Mark showed up right at 8am like he said, started working right away, worked straight through to after 5pm to complete the job! He did a perfect job on the doors (that were quite difficult and needed a lot shaving and refitting). I am SO pleased with Mark and the service he provided. I also felt the price was VERY reasonable! My first experience with Pink Rose 🌹 was great. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them!

I like Pink rose because I am a semi DYIer and I can call them to do a professional job for the more complicated work or work I dont want to do.I had a tile floor torn out and a hardwood floor installed.Brian was prompt. I had Pink Rose install a new bathroom fan/exhaust with a touch screen, Bluetooth speaker etc. The gentleman who performed the work (Dylan), was up-front, honest and completed all work in a timely manner. Pink Rose came out to replace a vent cover for my bathroom exhaust fan on my second floor. It was in a tricky spot to get to and they did a great job. Upgraded to a higher quality vent cover and repaired the previously poorly installed vent cover. The tech was named Thomas and was super friendly and conscientious about doing a good job. He even noticed my gutter was a little misaligned and tapped it back into place for me. It was a bit more expensive than I expected but it was worth the money for a job well done.

Pink Rose is efficient, responsive and performs quality work. I have used them twice now. For some construction when a door overhang was coming loose and for some electricla and plumbing work. The two craftsman I worked with were professional and new there business. The only issue I have is some work is scheduling up to 5 months out. They are good about keeping you in mind cncerning any cancelations.

About 3 years ago we used Pink Rose to fix our dormers. The person that was sent was unprepared, and had to make several trips to home depot to purchase items he did not have. The job was piece mealed together, and we had to call Joe four times to send the guy back over. We could tell after the 4th visit that it was still not done right. Joe sent his henchman over to look at it, and they decided that the job was just fine. We made a mutual decision with Joe to cut ties, and he did not charge us. It is a good thing we didnt get charged because here we are three years later, and they look worse then they did before Pink Rose fixed them..

Pink Rose responded quickly to my emergency basement flooding due to an old hot water heater. The technician was tidy and took excellent care to walk through the new water heater after installation. He even suggested some simple maintenance. He was very tolerant if my barking, nosy dog, too. A great experience!

He sat down with us prior to doing the work and went over every detail prior to doing the work. Wow! Ive had this job dangling for years because I cant do it, and its too small for the contractors I called to bother. Pink Rose came out, quoted it (along with the other stuff on my list), then knocked it down in an afternoon. I am so relieved!! (...and look forward to using them again.)

Our service technician Frank was onsite within 20 minutes of the call saying he was going to be able to come a day early. He explained all of the services that Pink Rose offered and their fee schedule. He assessed the damages to the siding and checked to see if all of the pieces were available. Frank came back to the door with a written estimate for the work. He was able to get right to work and had the repairs completed within an hour. He cleaned up from the work and we are extremely satisfied. Definitely will be a return customer.

We had mark cut and replace ceiling tiles, caulk where are our kitchen counters are pulling away from our tile backsplash, and remove the fence from the backyard. He did it all very efficiently and pleasantly!

This is my second review of Pink Rose Home Service and I continue to be delighted with their service. We had a picture window installed to replace a double hung, and the job was very well done. Mark was wonderful, and even helped us hang a piece of stained glass art on the window once it was installed. Having Pink Rose as a resource has been a game changer for us as homeowners. Yesterday Dylan from Pink Rose was at my home to install 2 ceiling fans and restore power to our bedroom. He was professional, friendly, responsive to our needs and courteous. While he was here I had forgotten that we had a problem with our bathroom faucet, and I needed a new light hung in my living room. Im certainly not handy when it comes to home repairs, and my husband is no longer able to do these little jobs. Dylan certainly didnt mind me adding several jobs onto his to-do list! When all the work was done, he vacuumed the area and disposed of all boxes and debris. I cannot tell you how wonderful it felt to have all these little projects done in one fell swoop!! Our new ceiling fans make our rec room so comfortable now!!
