I originally contacted Leone Plumbing to address a sink faucet problem we were having at our new home, plus several other items. Jamison arrived on time and he was polite, professional and did an excellent job fixing all the items. I can’t say how much I appreciate his work ethic and that he respected our home as if it were his own. So much so that we went immediately back to Leone when we decided to replace our existing toilets. Andy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and I greatly appreciate his patience in working me through several options until we decided on how to proceed. In working with different service providers over the years, Id highly recommend Leone Plumbing to take care of your plumbing needs, they are honest, professional, knowledgeable, very helpful and do excellent work!

Never used them before and had a great experience replacing a water heater. Old unit started leaking, so I called a few places late in the evening, got one service that answered right away but wasnt sure if they could get someone in the next two days (to be fair the were going to try and would have let me know). Andy got back to me before 8AM the next day and said he could get someone out to me within the hour. His price was good enough - not the lowest but certainly not the highest - that I didnt mind upgrading from a 40 to a 50 gallon tank (big family, lots of showers and laundry). Jamison arrived on time, was extremely polite, answered all my questions, and was very conscientious. My vent pipe didnt meet code anymore - had to go from 3 to 4 - so he walked me through what was needed to replace it and made sure I was comfortable. It was very important to him that I knew the what and why behind the work. He busted hump to get everything done quickly and even with the added work I had a working water heater shortly after lunch. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I called Leone because I had sewer water in my basement. Two guys came to my house and spent a couple hours snaking my sewer drain, but unfortunately couldnt clear it. The next step was to install a lot line clean out (which was an entirely new concept for me). Andy took time to explain it and answer my questions, and we decided to go ahead with this project. Andy handled getting the utility lines staked, acquired necessary work permits, coordinated the inspection with the City, and when the job was done he communicated with the County to ensure they would come back to my house to unclog the sewer. The crew that handled the work (digging up my yard and installing the lateral pipe) showed up when they said they would and worked with great care and professionalism to ensure the job was done right and within the timeframe that was explained to me. They took pictures of everything and kept me informed throughout the process. The County did show up later that afternoon, as expected, and cleared the stoppage.

Fantastic experience with Andy. When we were flooded out, though he was very busy already, he responded immediately and took the time to ask the right questions and diagnose the issue. He offered his immediate help and we are back up and running! Very professional and understanding. This will be the first place I call from now on for any work needed.

We called Leone plumbing because we had a water leak and zero clue where it was coming from. Our ceilings were full of water and floors ruined!! They came out same day found the leak and repaired it. After all the damage from the water we needed ALOT of work done. New floors up stairs and down stairs the ceiling replaced and new counter tops! Lucky us they are a one stop shop! The next day they had someone come out and do and estimate and had supplies ordered in that week!! We had family from out of state staying with us so our house was a bit cramped and Leone plumbing was more than accommodating when it came to what time they could start and what rooms to start. Very respectful workers and very friendly! Definitely something you do not see that often anymore in that trade!! Very happy with their work!!!

Leone Plumbing was so responsive when I called regarding a clogged kitchen sink. I was able to get same day service and Jameson arrived during the service window I was promised. He was friendly and professional, up front about the cost associated with the issue, and the process to get the issue resolved. Andy has been taking care of all plumbing work at my parents house for 20 years. Last weekend during the horrible storm, my mother in law’s basement started to flood, so I knew exactly who to call. Andy called me right back and was at the house within 2 hours to stop the damage. He installed a new sump pump and drained the basement. Unfortunately water was also pouring into a foundation crack. Andy identified the source of this leak underneath the garage and outlined a plan of action and fair price for the service. While it was bad news that we need to undertake significant work, Andy delivered the news with with sensitivity and understanding. I would highly recommend Andy for any plumbing related work at your home or business.

I unfortunately had to contact Leone Plumbing due to an unknown leak. They came out right away and found the leak was actually a water line in my refrigerator. There was so much damage and I honestly had no clue what to do. Best part about Andy is that he was able to help out with everything. He explained the insurance process to me and talked to the adjusters for me. He kept me in the loop and he was able to turn my kitchen into a brand new one. I am more than happy with their service and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services. They are an honest hard working company that looks out for their customers.

I write very few reviews however, I feel as though this one needed to be reviewed. 7am on a Friday and we wake up to a leak with our tankless water heater, literally calling around leaving messages. Andy returned my call almost immediately. We talked through the logistics and he gave me a price and said he could do it same day. (no one else even had one available to do same day!) It wasnt cheap but it was necessary. As promised the boys showed up in the p.m. swapped it out and were gone by dinner time. I never, ever would have known he was handling all of this while on the road bringing his kid home from college. Honestly one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. You rock Andy!!!! Thank you so very much!!

Our submersible sump pump must have burned out a three or four weeks ago and didnt realize it until I noticed wet areas in cracks in the concrete floor in the unfinished area of our basement. I removed the cover of the pump well and the water was up to the top. We immediately started calling plumber companies and Leone was able to dispatch a plumber out the very day we called (4/14/2021). Mike was able to replace the old pump with a new Liberty Sump Pump. Once it was plumbed and a new check valve installed, the new pump worked great to to remove all the water in the well and additional incoming water from the drains. Nothing got wet in the basement. Mike did a great job quickly installing the new pump. Potential catastrophe averted!

So glad I found Leone. Jamison came out and had a look. He diagnosed the problem, explained exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Ive never seen a more beautiful faucet. :) And I dont miss the fact that whenever I watered my yard I also watered the basement with the old leaking faucet.I have already recommended them to my friends for work they need done. Im not one to write reviews but I had to commend the service I received from Leone. My guy was prompt, professional and took care of business quickly and cleanly. It was a simple job for him but for me it meant everything because I had tried a fix myself and made things worse. He didnt criticize me but rather commended me for my efforts and showed me what I couldnt have known without some experience. Im very please all around with the service and rate and will recommend them to anyone.

Months later I still regret using this company. I had laundry plumbing installed upstairs. I explained that the intention was to eventually put in counter, cupboards, etc.,1. It only took a few weeks for the dryer vent attached to wall to fall apart. I had to have it repaired.2. There is a leak ALEADY behind the wall on the plumbing they installed. It has only been a few months. There is no excuse for this. I have to have it repaired.3. They put the dryer on a broken pedestal and didn’t inform me it was damaged. It was crooked and nonfunctional. I had to have Costco come undo their mess. All of which would have been avoided with basic courtesy and common sense of not installing something only they could see was broken and should have communicated about.4. They used zero common sense in placing the “box” on the wall that is holding the attachments and shut off. They didn’t ask where I wanted it or discuss options. Again, no communication. It was a stressful time and I trusted them to do things right and use common sense. They installed it in such a way height wise that I can’t install a countertop on or a cupboard over washer and dryer because they were so careless in how and where they placed the box. Exactly in the worst possible spot.Disappointing experience. Overcharged. Still having to deal with the mess they made months later.

Terry an Adam did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and was able to handle my tough job. My bathroom plumbing was so old and I needed special parts. They was able to track down the parts and get the job done in one day. They showed up when they said they would and worked!! I will definitely use their services for my next project. Terry went above and beyond giving me great advice. Everyone who answered the phone or called me was very professional and nice. And no one was pushy and trying to upsale to me.

Was charged a bunch of money to unclog my main drain. During the weekend when Leone wasnt open, another company who was open told me the town of Greece does this for free, same day. Frustrating considering how many times I was told to my face they like to be honest. I will be using the company that was actually honest for any future needs.

I called Leone Plumbing after my 89-year-old father tried fixing an outdoor faucet himself. After going to several hardware stores to look for the parts, he realized there was no way he was going to find them because his house was built in 1958. Andy called when he couldn’t make appointment and made another one for putting in air conditioning on my older furnace . Will came to do this also found a leak in water line and my water heater was bad, he fixed all these and did a great job and ver y pleased with it

I made an appointment to have Leone come out to repair my toilet fill valve and shower spigot. They had some truck issues but Andy communicated timing to me as best he could. My basement was flooded and it was 6 am. I looked online for a highly rated plumbing company and the rest is history. Within the hour, Jamie arrived and discovered why my basement was taking on water. Then, the owner Andy Leone arrived with John and Michael to further study the complicated plumbing scenario and a plan was designed on the first day. The truth is that this flood opened the door to many other existing problems that plagued the basement ie mold growth, faulty draining, and the need for a new sump pump and hot water tank. Crew wasted time, causing four extra days without a bathroom. When they left the shower rod did not stay up. We purchased our own. Also had to buy supplies and paint the door to match the trim.

I was in need of an outside cleaning of a gutter/sewer drain pipe at my business. I decided to go with a smaller company. Kind of like my company. I explained to the woman who answered the phone what I needed and she pleasantly accommodated me with an appointment the same day. I asked how much the service would be and she stated that there is a $45 service call and if i decided to have the work done, the $45 would be credited toward the job. The technician/plumber, looked at what he was up against and said it would be any where between $280-$380. I agreed to have the work performed. He worked hard at the job for maybe an hour. Told me that there were extreme blockages in the pipe that he couldnt get through. His boss called me to explain that they either needed to bring back a bigger machine for another $3-400 or dig up the parking lot. I said no to that and was billed $280.00 for an hour of work that did nothing. He did remove some pieces of metal from the pipe but did not fix the clog. Being in the automotive business, he said there are always unseen things on a job which I understand but not explaining that I pay full price whether or not it gets fixed doesnt seem right. To use his analogy, If your car didnt start and I told your it would cost $300 to fix it, you pay me and it doesnt start, would you be happy? Probably not. I have no problem paying for a service as long as I get the risks explained to me. I also wish I could charge $280/hour for labor.

Called on a backed up tub and Leone was there within 2 hours. Jamison was awesome. Professional, friendly and discussed how to prevent in the future. Looked at a couple minor things that we were having issues with and gave information on what was needed to fix them as well. I would highly recommend Leone.

I had Leone Plumbing to do a couple of different services for me and can’t say enough about them. They are very reliable and quick to help you out when in need. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of something done.

Called, made appointment and was given a 4 hour window of when plumber would arrive. Had to call them up 15 minutes before the 4 hour window was up to be told they were busy. I asked why they couldnt just call and let us know instead of wasting 4 hours. They asked if they could reschedule then called back 5 minutes later and asked if they could come out right away. I said fine. They came out looked at my issues in 10 minutes then charged me $48 just to show up...late, and tell me that my problem couldnt be repaired. Guy clearly didnt want to be there. Not the type of service I expected to get from a smaller company.

First, Andy answered my call within 30 seconds. Second, he listened to my situation and helped me troubleshoot to narrow down the options. Leone plumbing was very responsive when I called for a blocked drain. Andy assessed the situation by phone after hours and determined it wasn’t an emergency needing to be seen after hours incurring higher fees. When they weren’t initially able to clear the blockage and the problem persisted after having the septic tank pumped, Terry came back to the house the following day and cleared the blockage at no additional charge. They were polite and helpful making notes of where the septic tanks were for their records in case ever needing to return. I discovered my hot water tank was leaking at 6AM. I waited until 7:30AM to call Andy. By 9:15AM, two of Andys plumbers were at my door ready to work with a new AO Smith tank in their truck. My hot water heater started leaking, so I needed a plumber. My old plumber stopped working, and I had to try to find someone I would be satisfied with. I didnt get strong recommendations from anyone I knew, but I got a few pointers on who to avoid. I looked online for some local company to do business with, called a few. Andy answered the phone at Leone Plumbing. He answered my questions, gave me a quote, told me he could send someone out this morning. I called a few more places, but ended up calling Andy back. Im glad I did. He sent Terry out to do the work, he did a great job. Clearly an experienced plumber, he had everything he needed, and went to work. Good plumbers cost about the same as bad plumbers in my experience, so if you want good work, call Leone. Based on this one job, I rate them 5 stars.

Last summer we had a number of estimates for updating our bath. We needed a shower replacement, toilet re-seating, new vanity top with new mirror and light fixture. There was a wide range of $$ estimates and quality of work amount the six estimates we got. We decided on Leone Plumbing because of Andys knowledge of the work that needed to be done and the realistic $$ estimate we received from him. It took him a couple of weeks to order the fixtures needed before the work commenced. His employee Mike did the remodeling work. Mike was prompt and worked diligently to completion and to our satisfaction. Its been six months since the work was completed and we are very pleased with the final outcome. The bathroom fixtures all work as they should and the room is beautifully finished. We would definitely hire this company for future projects and we recommend them to our family and friends. My new replacement kitchen faucet didnt work when we tried to install it. I called Leones (great customer service) and Terry and Don were here the next morning!! The new faucet w/ spray hose that I had purchased was damaged! They went out of their way for me (with my receipt) and got a replacement one!!! With their friendliness and the prompt installation I was so pleased!!! :-D

Watch out women! Andy doesnt listen to requests, throws a verbal fit if you change your mind or question his judgement but will apologize to your husband (good luck if youre single or have a girlfriend). Never using this company again!

I called Andy early in the AM for a furnace issue. My furnace was only getting up to a certain temperature regardless of what I set my thermostat at. Cold front was coming and needed heat. He was at the house to check out the problem within hours. He located a new motor, went to go pick it up and had it installed several hours later. They did a quick, neat job. I would highly recommend Leone Plumbing to anyone in need.

Andy returned my call right away, and was at my house within 2 hours on a Saturday to replace my hot water tank. He did a great job; hauled the old tank away and cleaned everything up. Would definitely recommend.

Andy called me in less than 15 minutes after submitting a request online, despite being almost 6pm. Terry was awesome and worked with me to find the leak in the least invasive way possible. He even helped me communicate with State Farm to give them all of the info for my claim reimbursement. Great job all around, clean, communicative, and professional. Most importantly they took great care to minimize the environmental impact their work had on our preemie daughter, setting up barriers and a negative air flow to keep dust and debris to a minimum. Called Leone with a issue with my sump in the basement. They troubleshot the issue on the phone and a even though I set up an appointment they solved my problem with no visit. I had no clue who to go to before my search since I am not from the Rochester area.so I Did an Internet search for a plumber in the Rochester area and Leones came up. Read the reviews and saw that overall reviews were 4 1/2 Stars...so I called the Telephone Number Provided and Andy answered right away... I advised Him that my toilet was Leaking and He said that he could have someone there first thing in the morning... although I am not an early morning Person I knew that this needed to be done asap... he sent Carlos out and He was the most courteous and polite repairman I have ever come across...showed Him the Bathroom and he went right to work, He lifted the 1950s ( very Heavy) toilet like it was a rag doll... for a 55 year old man He was awesome... Put in a new wax ring and new bolts and he was done... I will call the again for any of my plumbing needs as I felt that they were not going to jack me around because I am a woman... these guys are very fair on price and work and know what they are doing... you wont be disappointed...
