Great place! Few years ago, I used to had my car fixed there when I went to RIT. Never had any problem! Then my friend told me, he needed to have his car checked then that place was on my mind. I finally saw a guy name Kit who did my car few years. He and his team Always willing to help out even when I walked in and they made time for me and everyone else. Great guys with knowledge and always telling me what’s the problem on text because I am deaf also showed me pictures which is really helpful..The price is good, in a friendly relaxed way, and they take time to educate you as well.My friend and I are very happy with our carsIf I could give him more than stars 5 I would!I would recommend everyone to come to that place!Thank you Kit and his team!

I purchased a vehicle from this automotive station January 19th. I paid $1,300 for this vehicle took me almost 6 weeks to be able to get everything I needed for the car to be registered and licensed. The day I got the title which was just last week and today is April 5th I believe the car started making a terrible noise. I took it to the station where I live in the mechanics put it up on a lift and looked at the vehicle by the time they got done and the owner came out and told me everything that was wrong with the vehicle I was told to run the car until it dies because it will not pass inspection when the inspection sticker is out. Theres serpentine belt is rotted theres a bearing shot that helps to turn the serpentine belt the air conditioning unit is shot and the rear suspension the box on it is rusted on three sides of out of four so Im out the $1,300 plus $190 then it took me to get the vehicle registered and everything. I am just so unbelievably upset! I will not ever go there nor do I believe anybody should go there they ripped me off they saw me coming Im 62 years old my 21-year-old grandson his girlfriend and a friend of hers went with me because she was the one who found the car and loaned me the money to get the vehicle. The man took advantage of us I dont want this to happen to anybody else Easter Sunday I went to the supermarket which was three blocks from my house in my car my daughter went in the store 5 minutes later the car stopped running just shut off while I was sitting there in the vehicle was in idle the car shut off! It will not start it will do nothing I highly recommend that nobody ever goes back to this place I personally will tell everyone do not go there and I have an m in the process of filing a complaint with New York State concerning this situation thats my story and its all true I have lots of people to tell you its been a nightmare.

This is a great shop. I always come here for any repairs as they are super friendly and great at what they do. They definitely are the most honest guys and will tell you the best options, even if its to go to the dealer for the part/repairs. They are always the best value for any repairs they do for me, being cheaper than most other shops. I refer all my friends and family to these guys. Definitely give it a shot. I gurantee you wont be disappointed.

I took my car here to have a water pump fix. While tan was great to work with very friendly. I picked my car up only to find it still had a check engine light on and the car drive worse than when I dropped it of. Tan said it still needed two parts to order but car was safe to drive and let me drive it off the lot. I called back to check on the two parts to fix the car. Tan still had not ordered them. He never followed through. Ended up taking my car somewhere else.

The owner was friendly and informative. We were looking for a reasonable older car that was reliable. He told of about all the things that were replaced and very agreeable on doing a couple of extra things for the car.Update. A day later the engine light came on and the brakes failed. The owner wouldnt cover any of it. Then when we took it back to him for the inspection after he took it to his friend who just stuck a sticker on it. Never inspected couldnt have because the engine light was still on.

They will never take advantage of you, are highly skilled, and have a great hourly rate. Other places often pad the time, and then you pay for their smoking breaks too. We have brought our vehicles here for years and we love this place. Their work is superior, their prices excellent and they are the most trust worthy garage I have had the pleasure to work with.

Had the front brakes on my car replaced here in December 2018. However, recently the car started having issues and I lost control and almost crashed on the highway. I took the car to a different mechanic and I was informed that the front brakes were improperly installed - the caliper was bent, the front left rotor had blown and there was a bolt missing altogether! The new mechanic even told me that whoever installed the front brakes (which was QGS) should never be allowed to touch a car again! Due to the negligence of QGS I could have been seriously injured or worse. Will never be servicing my car here again, very disappointed.

Told them what I thought my problem was. Said they fixed it. Got me to do another service. When I got the car I still had the problem. Did not refund me what I paid or even half of it. Said they would only give me the money back in credit if I got the $700 job done to actually get it fixed right. And it was what I told them it was in the first place. Feel like I got duped by wanna be professionals.
