We arrived on time and was seen right away, we had the option of waiting on a Sat morning but decided to take advantage of the complementary shuttle. We went to get something to eat and we were picked up when we were through. The service guys were excellent and despite a couple questions was able to resolve all issues immediately. Ok. This is the best place to take your vehicle. Were FT RVERS. Our tow car could not be driven. The steering column was in need of repair. We used AAA to have it towed. If you drive anywhere in this country and do not have AAA, your crazy, indispensable!We needed out car fixed. I had called another dealer that could not take our car for another 2 months, forget about it.Matthew Kia of Greece are the most kind and understanding folks Ive ever met. My wife and I travel all over the USA. We are going to come back to Matthews Kia when we need another car.The service agent, Bradley (Brad) and the service manager Joe and others went far beyond expectations to expedite fixing our car. This is an example how a customer should be treated.They took our car and worked on it to fix it. They kept us informed of the progress. Would NOT recommend! First let me say I own my own company and would NEVER treat a customer like this.Originally needed a key with fob made for my car, believed it was not starting do to a chip that was not in the key, all electric worked but would not start. Would later find out that is not the case. My father called around, talked to parts, all seemed well. Had the car towed there on Thursday, was told it would be 2-3 days. Called monday for update, “we forgot to order the part”. Not a big deal in itself… I went with it. Received a call on Wednesday…. “ your car is ready”. Yay! I head over, see the service department…. They send me to the cashier while they pull my car around! The person walked back…. It still won’t start….. Confused at this point why I was called and told my car was ready when I can’t drive it out. Why would you not call and say…. We made a key but it won’t start, shall we investigate? After my service contact continued to Justify himself, the argument continue to turn more heated where he ends up calling me “Ignorant”! Totally inappropriate and uncalled for. He could not get over that I was raising my voice saying that I was “yelling”. I was talking very loudly but I can assure you he hasn’t heard me yell yet! This whole episode not one person from management or in charge came to talk to me or to try to rectify the situation. Once the service contacts saw that I had my husband (who he thought was my father)with me he calmed right down and decided he was going to try to help jump my car which was unsuccessful, after a few attempts. I was so disturbed by the way I was treated, with no apologies or even management handling this and trust me they knew exactly what was going on… I decided to have my car towed somewhere else to get the battery done rather than give them the business!!Honestly, I originally had a key made to start the car with no chip that I left with them, they went and ordered another key without a chip. They knew I did not need a chip in the key, unlike myself who was unaware of that.This company needs leadership which it is obviously lacking, education, and improved communication! I am sure I am not the first this has happened to, hopefully they listen and it will not happen to anyone else!
Wonderful car was done early. Noted that my inspection was do. Call and let me know, asked if I wanted it done. Car was washed. I was very pleased. People were very helpful and all seemed to enjoy working there.

Everyone was very friendly. Told me about how long it would take. I also had a choice for a shuttle, it wasnt going to take that long so I stayed. The waiting room had two flat screens, many very comfortable chairs, and a coffee machine. It ended up taking less time and out the door in less than 45 minutes. The place was very clean and comfortable and the customer service was outstanding.
I was definitely unsure of what type of vehicle I was looking for with the exception of knowing that I wanted something new! Ron Felix took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and let me test drive a few vehicles in order to determine what I wanted. He was very kind, patient and I was able to get my new car the very same day! I also had my car appraised at other dealerships, and Matthews Kia came in with the highest value. They also have a rewards program, and many warranties! I will definitely be coming back for service and maintenance, and if this vehicle lasts me a super long time… then I’ll definitely get another Kia!!
I was a fucillo customer for 3 previous car purchases. This is my first time using Mathews to purchase a new Kia. I did use the service department a few months back for some recall work. The service department went smoothly and the service advisor was good to work with. Sales side was a little rougher. Id like to think theres still some growing pains with the changes in ownership. Also, the lack of new car inventory makes things tough all the way around. Generally Id say its a positive experience so far. Our sales guy did a good job with explaining things and seemed to really want to get a deal done. I had very specific wants and needs that werent going to be easy to fill with the lack of inventory. I felt like the process was a little slow and seemed to stutter on occasion. There was a match to my needs at their dealership in Clay, NY but by the time we got to writing up the deal it had been sold. Im still looking to give them the opportunity to place an order for a match with a 2022 rather than the near impossible 2021 and see where it goes. Im not in a rush nor do I have an immediate need for a new vehicle but I want exactly what I want. Well see if they can deliver.
I went to Matthew’s for an oil change that I did not know was due. I bought my car in Florida and they told me that I would not need an oil change for 10,000 miles. I got prompt and friendly service. I believe the man we dealt with was Brian. If that wasn’t your name please forgive me but you gave outstanding customer service.

Took nearly 2 hours for a simple oil change and multi point check. They did a fuel additive I didn’t ask for. Had to ask for record of wheel alignment and they didn’t complete the checklist. Seemed disorganized and not as efficient as when it was Fucillo. This is the second average experience under Mathews. Needs improvement.See the response: couldnt even spell my name correctly. Perhaps some attention to detail needed.

It was an unexpected visit today, pouring rain and car needed to have something checked out.I had our puppy and groceries in the car and we were also celebrating our puppys 1st bday, just coming from groomer.The service team welcomed Cozmo very willingly and happily. Everyone came over to visit him as we sat on the show room floor waiting for the car to be taken care of. He happens to be a service dog, so he was very well behaved but was happy for the attention they all gave him. :)They got us done in 30 minutes and did a great job with clean up of the water that had come in from the plugged a/c valve.Thank you Matthews for taking great service to the next level!

Brought Sorento in because it was consuming too much oil. Also requested a NYS inspection. Had car all day and charged for inspection, but neglected to replace inspection sticker. Had to bring g it back with the assurance that it would be quick. It took longer than expected and I almost missed an appointment as a result.

First time dealing with the service department. Not the best experience. My appt was scheduled well in advance. I asked for certain services which at last minute I was informed were not going to happen. I drove an hour. Waited 1 1/2 hours for my oil change to be informed that the price was 20.00 more with additional charges. Which if I was the owner or manager maybe would have given a little courtesy for the inconvenience. And I was actually considering trading in my car and upgrading while I was there.
This is a long story, so sit tight.my daughter and I drove east to look at a used Mazda at the Matthews Nissan group in Clay, NY north of Syracuse. I test drove it on a hot muggy day and the AC was working fine. I had also told the salesman that it was important for the car to be freshly cleaned because I didn’t want to buy a car that smelled of smoke. He assured me he didn’t smell any smoke and that he had a very sensitive nose for it.I decided to buy the car and after finishing the paperwork drove it an hour and a half home to Brighton as my daughter drove the car home we had ridden in to the dealership.As I bought the car for my wife, she drove it to work the next day. Later That day she told me the AC wasn’t blowing very cold and had no coolant left by the end of the day. The next morning I called my salesman to report the nonfunctioning AC and the now noticeable smoke smell in the cabin of the car. Obviously I wasn’t real happy about the situation and had decided at the time of the sale to forego any warranty add on. As things were happening I was afraid I was going to be stuck repairing the AC on my new car. Even if they were able to fix it they were still an hour and a half away and I was concerned the hassle of driving back and forth would be a pain.Matthews is new to me but they stake their reputation on their service. I have NOT been disappointed. The service manager at the Matthews Nissan in Clay called Brent the service manager at Matthews Kia in Greece and asked Brent to take care of the bad AC. I took it in the next day and they determined o rings in the lines were bad. After installing new o rings they determined it needed new lines which were back-ordered at Mazda. Three weeks later they finally came in, were installed and the AC now seems completely fixed. Brent even let the car get ozone-treated to eliminate some of the smoke smell, which seems to have worked somewhat.So overall, I was impressed that they (the Matthews organization) seemed to put their money where their mouth was. My car is fixed and I’d do business with them again!
Had a big issue where our engine blew in a 2013 Kia Optima due to an issue with an oil change. I was expecting a big argument and having to present documentation to prove our integrity in the issue/argument. The service manager and crew not only took concern to our issue immediately, but located the root problem without our input, corrected systematic issues and has us back on the road within a week. Could not stress how thankful and happy we are with the attention, service and lack of BS we received.
Great service and no issues getting my repair covered under my warranty. I was disappointed that there were no loaner vehicles for the 10-days my vehicle was in shop. However, the service person stated I could get a rental and be refunded—hopefully that’s an easy process!
I highly recommend Matthew’s Kia! Everyone was so nice and extremely helpful through the process of purchasing a new vehicle. Allan was great to work with, and I would definitely recommend him, as he has great customer service and really listened to what it was that I wanted in a vehicle.
I went in with a trade in, down payment, and good credit. I was ready to buy! The few staff members I worked with were incredibly unprofessional. They were really trying to rush this sale instead of taking the time to explain things. They barely knew their product and they refused to work with me... at all. They offered very little for my trade in and when I questioned that and asked that they increase it .. they said it was nice meeting you and showed me the door. I went next door to Ralph Honda and bought a brand new Honda Odyssey. Ralph gave me three times the amount for my trade in that Matthews did. The only person I enjoyed working with at Matthews was Nicole who was the woman who verified my appointment time over the phone.
As always, Matthews Kia service staff were friendly and accommodating today. The only complaints I have are two. First, I had to wait more than a month for my appointment. Secondly, the parts operation did not have the needed parts in stock. So now I have to wait an extra week or two until the parts come in. What I don’t understand is why they don’t stock these parts (for my dead heater blower) or at least ordered all the possible parts needed when I made the appointment weeks ago. I understand that certain parts, like replacement engines are not practical to keep in stock. But heating motor parts aren’t that large.
My visit to Matthews Kia was due to a recall on my 2020 Kia Sportage. The service department serviced my Kia quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. It was a good experience.

I went here with my Nephew to see about getting his car looked at for some strange oil loss we have noticed. Very Clean place and friendly staff. What I was not aware of was that if they quote you a service such as an oil consumption test the quoted amount is not all encompassing to the service but an estimate of hours to be worked on your vehicle towards the service. I asked if the return visit to confirm the oil level was included in the quoted price and I was told yes. When my nephew returned to have the oil checked he was charged .6 hours for the service. When I called about this I was told that its all based on hours worked. Moral of the story is that if you are getting a quote from this dealer get it in writing or record your conversation because they will quickly revert back to we dont know exactly what was said or how you interpreted what they said. In the end this was my first visit for service to this location and sadly my last. I hope this helps you.
I got a certified Kia Sportage with very low mileage and a 2020 model for a very fair price. Eddie Jackson and the entire staff had excellent customer service, pressure free sales, and a willingness to meet the customer half way. The dealership had the largest selection of pre-owned vehicles in the Rochester area and very competitive pricing. Thank you for a great solution to my car needs.
My car was in the service department for engine repair/recall. I got a phone call stating that my vehicle had been repaired and test driven. I head straight to the dealership, sign the paper work at the cashier and receive my keys.I get to my car and it wouldnt start!I then asked, how was my vehicle test driven if it wont start? The attendant look at me and told me, maybe you need a new battery, I dont know.After a lot of back and forth, including the attendant reading to me every word of the documents that I received from the cashier, I asked them to jump the çar so I cant be on my way. *note: the battery only had 2 years of use.So, my car is started, I go to pull out and noticed the low tire pressure light on. Upset would be an understatement. Who test drove my car that wont start and with the front driving side wheel on the ground??? No low air pressure issues or battery issues when the vehicle was dropped off. At minimum, air couldve been placed in my tire. Who test drove my car??I also had my steering wheel column fixed. However, now my steering wheel and wheels are not aligned. Nice thing to say: The workers were friendly 🤷
They try to PRESSURE you into keeping your lease even if you want to buy the car. They ARE rude and will lie to your face. Never ever get a car from there. Plus I am sure the good reviews ARE FAKED.

My experience with Fuccillo Kia was truly exceptional. My salesperson (Rick Goodrich) was the best, and Ive been buying cars for 30 years. Rick was professional, knowledgeable, very easy to talk to, and a very fun guy to deal with. His sales manager Brian went WAY out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. My circumstances changed several times throughout my buying experience and neither of them flinched, they just did everything in the power to make sure I got the vehicle that was right for me and my family. Heck, I was sick of me, but they never made me feel like anything less than their most important customer, even when they were clearly swamped with other customers. Hats off to a dealership that doesnt just say they care about customers, they prove it.

One of our more pleasant car buying experiences. Our salesman Rick Goodrich was friendly and very pleasant to deal with. A new car buying experience for us. We walked in and talked to Rick about what type of car we were looking for and explained what we were looking for in a deal. Rick showed us 3 vehicles that met our requirements. The deal went down exactly as we wanted it to. No pressure at all. Rick was great and went well beyond what we expected. A great guy that we would recommend to anyone to stop and see if you are looking for a vehicle.Zach Richards, the person who handled the paperwork and contract was very pleasant and did not really pressure us at all. He explained all the available extended warranties and different things that they offered in addition to the basic things. Everybody there was very nice and it was a very pleasant low pressure car buying experience.We had issues on our end, lost title replacement and other issues with DMV due to Covid restrictions and they stayed with us through it all. We were early and they got us in early. We added a tire rotation on and they said no problem. Also they looked up for any recalls or updates, found one and did that too. I also like that they wash my car after they are done.
I was very unimpressed with my experience here. I felt very rushed while looking for a vehicle. The woman I worked with was very rude towards me when I came in after talking online about a vehicle, and she’s supposed to be one of the Lead Sales Rep there. I felt extremely uncomfortable with my experience here. I’m sure it would be a great place to purchase a vehicle, but the staff was absolutely horrible. Especially Sara, whom I worked with. I believe she was under the influence of some sort of drug.

Brought my 17 Sorrento for a NYS inspection, left with the sticker, a new tail light & the rear wiper needed a new blade on it. This is our 3rd car from the same dealership, the Sorrento has never been serviced anywhere else & its taken care of very well there. I never fail to have several friendly employees stop to chat briefly & our experience is always a positive one there. Im sure Ill be getting a 4th vehicle there as well.
In December I had several things done with my car including new tires and an oil change. With the oil change, you’re suppose to get a free car wash, which I didn’t get. Also when my tires were replaced I wasn’t told about or offered the “road warranty” that can be purchased. Now there’s a big piece of metal in new tire which cannot be patched but has to be replaced and so I have to buy yet another new tire after three months of use.
It has been 11 years since I bought a new car. I came here knowing I wanted the red 2019 Kia Forte. I looked around with my fiancee for awhile, unbothered, which was nice and eventually came up to Joe D to have him explain the car better. He is a awesome salesman. Very personable not pushy at all. Had a good test drive and eventually bought it that day. 😁 Thanks again!
My recent experience at Matthews Kia of Greece was not a good one. I came in there just inquiring about a vehicle and to test drive. The salesperson sat down with me and went over some information. I specifically told the salesperson that I did not want my credit to be checked because I was not planning on buying a vehicle at the time. The salesperson told me that this will be a low inquiry and it will not show up on my credit report. I received a notice on my credit report that there was a hard inquiry on my report. I notified the car dealership and spoke to the sales manager and all they said to me was that they cant really do anything but apologize. How is an apology helping my credit score? Why was I misinformed and mislead? This seems to be not a trustworthy car dealership and I did get my car from Fucillo Kia years ago but I am not sure what is going on with Matthews Kia? It seems like they will tell you anything just to get you to purchase a car.
The work got done in a timely manner with no pressure.

I went in last week after doing a lot of research on the car I wanted. I was interested in a Kia Soul this dealership had. Unfortunately the one I originally wanted had been sold. But our salesman, Matt, found me another Soul. Newer, fewer miles, and worked with me to get it within my price range. Im very happy with the car. Matt made the process painless and wonderful. Pickup was super easy and he was very respectful of the fact that I had to get to work. I didnt feel rushed at all, I felt extremely respected and taken care of. I will definitely come back to buy or lease another car, should that ever be in the cards for me. And I have several friends who are looking for a new vehicle, you better believe Im sending them to see Matt!
Dont believe the no hassle BS. When youre all done buying the car Zac adds on another 100 a month on supposedly 10 year free warranty. Shop around.
My Sales Representative is Ron Felix. He has sold me two Kia vehicles. Ron has also sold a Kia to my Son, my Sister and 4 of my closest Friends. My newest purchase is a new, 2019 Kia Soul Plus. It is is a great vehicle and fun to drive. It’s extremely useful for carrying things that normally do not fit into a regular Sedan trunk. Ron Felix is a very kind and caring guy. He is great at listening to your needs and he is not “pushy”. Ron will always do his best for you and help you in any way that he can. He is a really good Man. I trust him and consider him my Friend. (Ron did not ask me or compensate me to write this review.) Please don’t judge Fuccillo Kia of Greece by the wacky commercials you see on Television - all the employees there are really kind, caring and professional. The Service Department is Awesome - The Advisors and Technicians are highly skilled. I am always happy to bring my vehicle there for Oil Changes and Tire Rotation, as the cost is competitive and the dealership has a record and history of the service on my vehicle. All in all, I am a VERY happy customer!

My car decided to officially give out on me literally a day before I had to drive 500 miles back to school. When I walked in Allan could tell just how nervous I was without me even having to say anything to him. I am a college student so my credit isnt the best. Allan was amazing at reassuring me and just being really patient with me as we talked about every possibility of me driving out of there with a decent vehicle. To make a long story short, I went from walking in, a nervous college student who was stuck having to choose whether to continue school or stay home to driving out in an amazing, new quality used car that I absolutely love literally the NEXT day! I cannot thank Allan and everyone involved enough for the great experience. I recommend to anyone, definitely give them a shot. Thanks again Allan.
Even in the year 2020, it is hard to find car sales reps that know how to treat women with respect. Fuccillo in Greece has such a sales rep., Rick. He was so respectful, helpful and kind. He helped me find the car I was looking for. He made looking for a car during this difficult time easy as he gave me a direct line of communication and responded to all my questions as soon as he had a free minute. I am so happy I went to Kia to find out my options for leasing a new vehicle. I had been in Mazda for a long time and wanted/needed a change. The environment was great and everyone there was extremely friendly- from the salesmen, to the woman at the front desk. Huge shout out to my personal salesman Dan Norris- he was very friendly, informative and not pushy at all. He took the time to explain the vehicle to me and was honest about what I could expect from it going forward. I drove my new Forte home today and I am absolutely in love. Not impressed i definitely will not be back. I bought a car from Ralph two years ago and the service there was top notch, went yesterday to look at SUVs at Matthews the sales guy Eddie was by far the worst i have ever had and i have had some pretty awful ones. Will definitely stick with Ralph when im ready.
