Fantastic service each and every time I go in! When I go in for an oil change they take the time to point out things that Ill need to keep an eye on for future repairs/replacement making educating their customer a priority.

Over Priced. $110 for an oil change and totally missed one tire low on air.I came in at the same time as a young lady who also needed an oil change. Her cost, $32. My labor cost was almost that much.Few days later I got new tires at Tires Plus. I asked them what they charge for an oil change for my type of car with synthetic oil, $81 (that’s with tax).Last month when I was up in the Cities I had my other SUV in for an oil change at the Mr. Goodwrench In Inver Grove Heights, $80.From now on, I’ll go to Tires Plus.——————Andy,Thank you for your reply. And; from your reply asking if any other work was done tells me that even you must think that $110 for an oil change is a lot.No sir, you only did an oil change, nothing else.When I lived in the Cities I always went to the same place because I knew they were honest. As stated above, they only charged me $80 and some odd cents. I thought your $110 was high but just wrote if off as doing business in my new town of Rochester. When I as at Tires Plus (in Rochester) yesterday and asked them what they charge for my car with synthetic oil they stated $81.xx. That included the taxes.I’m sorry if my review doesn’t sit right with you, but $30 over charge (compared to other garages) doesn’t sit right with me.

I would not recommend this dirt bag for any repair. You know your taking advantage of people dude. To the general public if your desperate and gotta take your vehicle to this theif make him give you an exact round about price before the work is done. This theif cant be trusted. You deserve a lawsuit for fraudulent business practices and on top of that you gave me a bill that made absolutely no sense. All you did with the bill you gave me is hide the fact that you you basically stole my money in my face.

Fantastic service. Got a recommendation for Blacks from a friend after the Toyota dealership was being slimy and totally trying to up-sell unneeded repairs. Had a great experience with Blacks, straight forward, reviewed the rest of the vehicle and found no significant issues, but let us know about a detail or two.

Blacks auto is great and sincere! Will work with you to keep you safe and still save you money. I recommend them.

Always honest and timely!

They really try to save me money and do the best for my car. I don’t ask but they take the time to show me why they did something. It is really hard to get your car into the store but they do a good job once its there.

I have always had a good experience with Blacks and have recommended them to my friends.

I trust Andy Black and his team. They have done all of my vehicle repairs (aside from simple repairs I do in my garage) since moving to Rochester 12 years ago and I havent had any problems.
