I always have a nice experience at Bills Automotive. I have been a client since 2018. I found them after reading all other positive experiences from Google reviews. They have taken really good care of my ford focus. They provided rides before the covid and that was really helpful. They have helped with emergency with flat tire and all other issues my car has had. I even get discount coupon for my oil changes. What I appreciate the most is that I am able to discuss whatever issues my car has and they provide guidance and recommendations regarding fixing it. I do love and totally recommend Bills Automotive.

The owner was very rude, basically told me to get a quote from the competition. So I did! Had my work done elsewhere. Only positive is I now have a better shop to go to!

They did a bunch of work on my car and did it very fast and gave me a loaner vehicle while I waited. Will definitely be going back to them with all of my car problems and maintenance!

We are neighbors of Bills Automotive and have always shared a great relationship with them, business to business. Well, this past week, Bills certainly came to our rescue! We have had a vehicle here since Mid-August getting a lot of work done and all of a sudden, the engine wouldnt start! We had an inkling of what was wrong, but needed someone to swing by and take a peek for us, as we are definitely not mechanics. Bill and Brandon came over and within a few minutes diagnosed the problem as a blown fuse! They saved us so much time and stress. HUGE THANK YOU TO BILLS!! The job took twice as long as quoted, six hours instead of three, was done wrong so I had to bring the car back for a repair on the repair, cost more than they estimated but they made it right by fixing another issue with no charge. Decent place and Bill is a great guy. I use him for most of my auto maintenance but I always seen to find new door dings on my vehicles because they pack cars in there like sardines.

THEY NEVER SHOWED UPOur car is getting older and I needed to find a place to take for repair work I needed now and down the road-so to speak. Then, as a sign from above, I receive this beautifully done ad in the mail for Bills Automotive. Tt contained a free coupon for a loaner car, free coupons for this and that. But more importantly they show pictures of two competent looking guys working on a car. They were both smiling. Not too young and not too old. One even has white gloves on. I say to myself these our the guys I want to trust our car from now on. Or so I thought.I made an appointment for a couple of days in the future at the time they open. I arrive 15 minutes early in hopes that someone would be there to check me in. No one was there. At opening time, no one was there to open the shop. Same for 15 minutes after my appointment time. At 30 minutes after my appointed time, I gave up and left. I received no calls from them. Nothing. Based on this experience, it is difficult to muster up enough confidence in this place to take my car back to see these folks.

I had a very annoying rattle in the right rear of a recently acquired 1983 Buick Riviera. Several attempts were made over a period of time while traveling on bumpy roads, and then back on the hoist for closer inspection to find the source of the noise. Finally thanks to his mechanic and Bills determination the problem was found in the right rear break drum assembly, and corrected. I appreciated very much, that the hours charged were no more than the original estimate, although many more were required to solve the problem. Now my 83 Riv. Convertible cruses very quietly even on a bumpy road.

As an irrigation contractor we put our trucks through their paces and really appreciate having a mechanic we can count on and trust.For example. We purchased a F-350 through an auction; knowing it would need investment.Bills automotive technicians replaced the motor with a fresh 5.4l Jasper Engine, replaced the rotting transmission lines and body mounts they found, installed new shocks, and had the collision shop rub out the paint to a shiny new look. That was three years and 25k on the truck miles ticker ago. Since Bills Automotive repair has outfitted the truck with fresh ceramic brakes all the way around and repaired a ridiculous fix a previous service had made to the headlight wiring.With the on going maintenance ( fluid changes and tires ) Bills Auto. provides we could not be happier. Bills Automotive treated me great! Silas was very helpful as I took my car in on a Saturday and promptly ordered the necessary parts and coordinated the repairs. They gave a very detailed description of the costs and broke down what needed to be fixed. They even went as far as to show me the parts that were broken, prior to making any repairs, so that I knew what they were fixing. Will be going back there again, as needed!

They deserverse negative stars. Overcharged. Never fixed the problem. When on look for how could spend money. Compare prices this place will rip you off. My neighbor also had probblems hete. Horriable!!!!!!

Bill took amazing care of me. Came from another collision shop and was actually referred to Bill by them. Couldnt be happier. Accommodated all my needs, was up front about everything and showed proof. Not the usual shady feeling you get from a collision shop, this was complete opposite. Explained what was wrong and showed proof of what was damaged/needed to be replaced, and explained why, I HIGHLY suggest Bills automotive to anyone needing work!

I brought my car here a while ago. I would never come back! My car was riding rough and I needed ignition coils replaced which is a very easy job i should have done myself. This is a gm 3.8 engine. I was quoted the price for the job and i agreed. As the car was finished, I could hear the technician squeeling my tires since i know the sound of my car. They are reckless with your car and not honest.They finished the job and decided to ask for more money on top of what they quoted. They said well it was kind of in a tight spot so give us this much more which is ridiculous. I just paid it since the car was done and decided to never come back. AVOID!

They did a great job fixing my sons busines on his Audi S7. They also have a great sense of humor. When nt soon went to pick it up he was told there is only 1 small problem.Seems the car has a slight shake at 175 MPH.lol. I however was curious where they were able to verify that. There really is way too much traffic in Rochester to do that on any of the roads around here. LOL

Always feel like they fix things and are honest about whats wrong and costs to repair. It is nice to have a repair shop that you trust and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Got me in same day and installed a new passenger mirror. The connectors were different and had to be cut and they were Very courteous in asking before they did it.

Watch out. I took the car in for PROBLEMS WITH AC. The leak in the system was so big, GRANDMA can figure it out. I was charged ~ $114 for filling in the dye+Refrigerant. The leak was big enough to drive a tractor through, but mechanics either did not check or missed looking for it COMPLETELEY. Bill wanted me to pay ~$250 to replace the hose.No WAY Jose.

Patient and attentive group; maybe a bit rushed. First, requested tire rotation; car came back with only 2 tires rotated. They got that fixed right away; no problem (should not have happened though). Second, they did an alignment for a hard right pull; however, the car still pulled right after I picked it up! They claimed (via phone afterwards) that they found nothing out of spec that would have led to a right pull. So my question was why they did an alignment knowing full well that it would not fix the problem, and then not say anything to me! One week later and I had to push a little hard for the service, but ultimately they agreed to do whatever was needed to make it right (~2 hours labor). Duke was very knowledgeable; when I say rushed I mean the rotation work, otherwise everyone made time to go over the problem and explain it to my satisfaction. I would take my car back for additional service.

I will NOT be back to Bills nor recommend their services to anyone looking. My car has been back 3 times and 2/3 times was for a problem of the car overheating that was reoccurring and was never completely fixed. The problem got worse every time. It got to the point where it stalled out and will not start again and now I have a bad head gasket. I asked them if they were going to cover the repair because their work is warrantied and has been back for overheating but they said This wasnt our fault so someone is going to have to pay for it. The problem wasnt fixed the first or second time leading to more damage. I wouldnt recommend the shop only because nothing was fixed. Employees are very nice and customer service is good but their work and standing behind it is a completely different story..

Very dishonest people, was told that ac was working good after new compressor was put in, i get home and check the system to find uv dye leaked all over the condensor, wanted another $400 to fix it, thanks but no thanks.
