Went here for an outdoor concert. The venue is really amazing. However the security and online information are NOT on the same page. It specifically read that no purse greater than a hand size was allowed. We watched as my wife and almost every other person with a small clutch (no bigger than an iPhone 11 max) get turned away. Such a big hassle. Unfortunately I will not return due to this issue. But JJ Grey, you were absolutely amazing!!!

Parking ramp was attached to the civic center which was very nice in -7 degree weather. Went for Covid vaccine. There were signs all over with directions and information - very helpful. Also there were plenty of very helpful people to get everyone to where they had to go. The medical personnel were kind and helpful as well. A very good experience all around.

We had the MRPA (Minnesota Recreation & Park Association) annual conference at the Civic Center and it was one of the best conference centers we have ever experienced. The meeting rooms and ballrooms are new, spacious and very comfortable. The facilities interior design and finishings provides a very warm welcome. It was impressive!!

Very clean and modern building for various shows, concerts and speeches. Employees are very friendly and willing to help. The concert I went to was amazing and I thank the venue for an amazing experience! The only negative I could see is that from an audio perspective the hall was a bit echoing, but thats so minor.

MN youth convention is held there every year. Lots of space for the 5,000 plus kids and leaders. Plenty of surrounding hotels for everyone to stay at as well. Only complaint is that the bathroom stalls on the second floor have doors that dont lock. Not life changing, but inconvenient. FYI if you get thirsty a bottle of water in the vending machine will cost you $3. So stop by the store and get a case for $2.50 and drink some before going in!

I miss the old one. Sure this one looks nicer but it is not the one I grew up with. Dont you know people fear change! Also your kitchen is super dirty. Aside from that its nice.

Great place for concerts, home shows, and other large events. It has a skyway to parking ramps, bars and restaurants and it also has the art center connected to it that is a very cool place to have weddings.

The bigger Taylor Arena is really nice. Its big enough for a larger event and yet somehow intimate. Brilliant.

The updates that they are doing are good so far, and Ive gone to a few events and conventions there over the past few years. Ive never had any issue, and its great that Rochester has free parking on the weekends!

Bro just bought three cookies. Most amazing and expensive investment Ive ever made. Hella dope bro. Also the peeps be working real good brotha. They can be weird, like second distant cousins from Alabama weird but they still cool. Just be careful bro. Also the bathrooms are not good at all. I saw a ton of wet toilet paper with poopy on it in the baby changing station. That baby must of been a power house.

This is your destination, but not where you will arrive and park. Parking is at 1. Library Ramp across the street accessible through alley next to train tracks north side on 2nd St SE. 2. City Ramp on 2nd ST a block away also connected through skyway straight into civic center. 3. City Hall Ramp south side on 2nd ST SE, through sidewalks. 4. Galleria Ramp on south side of center street, connected through skyway. 5. Drop off your guests by the ticket counter of the Civic Center to park further away if your event provides shuttle service to another lot and walk for a while, at this point you should rethink if you really want to attend the event or if you are late enough that you will arrive when the crowd is walking out.

Very disappointed in handling of the trump rally. When you sell 20,000 tickets you should be prepared for that many people. We stood in line for 3 hours to not see trump since there was no management of the lines. I will never visit your site again.
