I had the opportunity to have SERVO West of Monroe County assist me after my home was destroyed during a storm. It was one of the most emotional trying time of my life, but Jim and his team arrived on the seen immediately and guided me through each and every step of the way.They were able to assist me with removing and storing my personal belongings and took the utmost care with ensuring that nothing would be damaged. They literally stored it in a safe dry place for over a year while our home was rebuilt. Once we where ready to return. they returned promptly and delivered our possessions in the same conditions they were removed in. They took extra care in assuring that we where treated with courtesy and respect throughout our entire ordeal.I have to say, we were able to form a special bond that is unlike any other service provided and customer. They treated us like one of their own. Would not hesitate to use their services again.

We had significant water damage throughout our house this past winter, and ServePro has done an excellent job coordinating the complex remediation process, which involved both mold and asbestos removal. They worked directly with the insurance company, which made the whole process seamless and a lot less stressful. They were able to oversee the whole job, from start to finish, including coordinating with drywall, painter, and flooring professionals. Anthony, the project coordinator, is wonderful to work with. Justin & his crew responded promptly Monday evening, taking great detail to assess the situation, placement of equipment and keeping us informed of the process. Tuesday came back to reexamine/retest the water damaged areas. He kept us informed. Today, Wednesday, came back and removed a completely dry place! Wow, wow, wow!! 8 stars! I dont usually write reviews, but have to express my gratitude to this company and their wonderful team. From the very first phone call (kudos to Sue who answered my panicked call)- these guys took great care of us. Owner, Jim Wandkte, his sons Justin and Josh, and their other terrific employees did an amazing job on the basement at my fathers house. My 95-year-old father had a foot of water in his basement due to a broken pipe. The basement was huge, packed with junk and everything was water logged. Sue scheduled us quickly, they showed up exactly when she said they would, and got the job done. 5 guys did the work of 20 over two days, and the basement is feeling dry and cleaned out. They are professional, reliable and very respectful. Even though they worked very fast, they were very patient with me as I rummaged through family treasures trying to decide what could be salvaged. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I dealt with Joe Tomasso, who was great, responsive, and most importantly empathetic. He was straight to the point and never gave substandard advice as my trusted contractor agreed with him 100%. The office staff was friendly and helpful and able to schedule me appropriately. Long story short, I never received any work from this company due to the insurance and the high cost of out of pocket repairs that my basement incurred. IF i ever need restoration in the future, these are the people I am going to call. Highly recommended.

Unbelievable job! And amazing company. My family was completely at a loss as to what to do when our house flooded with raw sewage. This team came in and completely helped us get our life and our home back. In times of emergencies and crisis, you may not always think as clearly as you normally would. When it impacts a business, its even more chaotic than normal. I called this location as a result of a Google search, and it was the first one I came across. You never know what kind of service you will get when you are just randomly calling. I really really lucked out that it was Jim Wandtke’s team. Jim was here within 30 minutes of my call. He was thorough and calm in reviewing and explaining the extent of the damage and making recommendations, even having already contacted partner companies to help us in areas that they were not specialized in (such as electronics). His team was here within the hour. They were understanding about needing to get our business back up and running in as quick a time as possible. They are hard working and honest people. Truly. You could not ask for a better team of people to help you when you are in an emergency situation and need help.

I had Servpro come to clean the carpets in my house. They gave me an estimate first, which I was pleasantly surprised with, and then cleaned the carpets the next day. The employees were very friendly and efficient, and they did an awesome job! My carpets look fantastic! I paid much more to have a different company clean them last year, and they did not turn out nearly as nice. I will definitely be using Servpro to clean my carpets from now on!

Last weekend I had a panicked call from my son who was home alone saying our basement was flooding. Upon arriving home, we found our that us and three of our neighbors had basements with sewage water in them. I called Servpro within minutes of arriving home. Jim called back within 10 minutes and said he was in route. Once he arrived he looked over our situation, made an assessment of what was needed. A crew was there within the next 30 minutes and they went about removing rugs and items that were wet, clearing out the excess water and sanitizing the floor and setting up fans and a dehumidifier. I cannot say enough about Jim, Justin and the rest of crew. They were so professional and understanding of how stressful this situation was for us. I immediately recommended them to our next door neighbors who took them up on their services. Justin was in touch over the next few days to see the progress of the basement and when they collected their equipment, they professionally cleaned the carpet that my husband had tracked on in our family room. Due to their immediate response, the damage to certain items in our basement was dramatically reduced, leaving many items salvageable. I cannot recommend Jim, Justin and the Servpro company enough!!

Jim and his team at ServPro far exceeded any expectations after our May fire. Jim was always hands on, immediately returning our phone calls or showing up in person. We had an elderly dog that we couldn’t find a place for quickly, therefore, when my husband decided to stay at home with our dog, his team swooped in, making our family room uber clean to reside in. They cleaned, scrubbed, brought in huge air filters and closed off the room so that it was safe for them to live and sleep here.
