Customer service is horrible! They dont bother to help you solve an issue in customer service. They act like they dont care! I have had many issues with their service over the years.
Paid online for an advertising on the newspaper, the ad didnt show up, called and explained the issue to a representative on the advertising department, was told that they didnt knew how it works and was promised a call back. It was like a month ago and nobody answer or return my calls regarding this issue. Very disappointed!
Customer Service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Was daily subscriber but have had to continually cut back due to exorbitant subscription costs on an ever shrinking publication. . When we renew, instead of letting current subscription expire and then starting new one, they stop current one and credit your new account. Why make things difficult? If a delivery is missed you are only reimbursed for a fraction of what you paid. Last subscription we were assured it would stop on certain date, but they stopped delivery early. Time to cut the cord with this company.
New and bright. Customer service was poor. I wanted to go to desk to place my ad, however I was told that because the clerk was there alone I would have to talk to someone on the phone. I had to use the phone at the front desk to place my ad.

I believe that they dont report everything yeah I mean they just report bits and pieces of things but I have a question there was a Tracie l Ingram that showed up on Google but I dont want to go or maybe even to I dont know her middle name was a l or or I but I am curious to know where about was her address I guarantee you I have this name on my credit report Tracie l Ingram Im like okay let me find out now theres an insurance claim have I died and came back to life
