Some associates are better than others. They arent using the best flooring installers, the first floor I had installed years ago was great. This time they installed the carpet on stairs with the nap going the opposite way, and the enginneered hardwood wasnt clicked in properly and I cant get them to put the repair order in with the installation company! Frustrating!

Ive been here for wood flooring, and I paid all money for material and installation, but I should wait and wait again. They have terrible management system. Finally I had to cancel the order, and lost apx. 500 boxes for nothing done.. It was nightmare for over 1 month..

Horrible service except one eployeee...Shawn Jeffords....without him it would of been horrible.....Not one employee even visible.....One employee did try to point us down a bunch of aisles.....wheeeee...Thank You kindly Shawn Jeffords....you made the company .....without you....its a terrible place !!!!!Thank you for your knowledge....Thank You fur your time......
