The gentlemen that was working when I went in was friendly, helpful, and patient. I had to fax like 30 pages which takes forever. They were also a lot cheaper than FedEx and ups locations. they charged $1 per page faxed the other two places I called charged 1.89 per page.

Be sure to REQUEST a receipt for all packages that ships from this location. This shipping location is famous for loosing packages. In addition, the customer service is terrible! I am an NBA chaplain and I appreciate professionalism and excellent customer service. This company could benefit from customer service training and a better system of tracking customers packages. This company is responsible for loosing 3 packages within a 4 month period. Their answer to lost packages is consistently blame the customer. My experience with this company hasn’t been good. I give this company an E- (failed grade) on professionalisms, customer service, and processing. Go to the post office guys. This company lacks responsibility.

I had a shipment that didnt get scanned at the post office after it was picked up here. This was in no way an error on Classic Shippings end. However they worked with me and tracked the package and researched the issue as if it were their own. I really appreciate the willingness to help and stand behind their customers.

Ive lived in Rochester Hills for a decade now and still cant figure out why the owner doesnt sell or let some of the young kids run the place. Hes always angry, disinterested, or rude. The drop box is a better option, but sometimes you have to drop it off here as its the only UPS outlet around so we dont have much of a choice. Kids in the shop are always nice though, so theres a chance.
