The crew from Two Men and a Truck, Wentzel and Lewis, were prompt, hard-working, professional, courteous, and personable. They assessed the items needed to be moved and quickly worked to get all the furniture properly wrapped and moved to the van. They were very diligent and handled everything beautifully. It was a pleasure to work with such a positive and competent crew. Their attention to detail once we arrived at our destination never faltered and they accomplished the move in short order while still be conscientious while handling the furniture. The two trucks showed up on time at 8:30 a.m. The three young men were courteous, helpful, and loaded everything in the truck quickly and efficiently. Sam and Brandon were a joy to work with during a usual stressful event. No one enjoys moving but these guys were careful and pleasant to work with. They wrapped each piece of furniture thoroughly to keep it safe while handling it. Brandon had only been with the company 3 weeks which at first gave me pause, but Sam could not have been a better trainer. He explained everything calmly and clearly to him during the entire move, never raising his voice or bring short with him. I cant speak highly enough of these guys. I think Sam should be training all movers on how this job is done correctly! Great job guys!!!

Should have taken the basement door off hinges to get couch out but the couch was huge and the area to work in was very small so I cant really fault them for some of the damage done to the door frame/door.Overall, would use your service again and request the same team.

They forgot to give me my sledge hammer but they called to let me know. I suggested that they drop it off but they said for me to pick it up. Other then that there were two strong men that dis the job on time. Also I am very busy and wish they would drop off my hammer at my front door because I forget and keep playing phone tag to try n setup an appointment at their office when it is open only certain times.

Hired Two Men and a Truck - Rochester Hills for a local move. From the virtual move quote which was simple using my phone, convenient and quick all the way to the movers on our move day everything was excellent. Communication was clear. The office called multiple times before and after our move to confirm everything and make sure we were pleased. Our movers showed up ON TIME (actually a few minutes early!!) which was a real joy. We were moving out of state and hired the services of 2 Men and a Truck to load our 26’ UHaul. There were 3 guys since we had a piano to move. They shrink wrapped all of our furniture. Thoughtfully planned out the placement of furniture, boxes, etc onto the truck. They were polite, professional, conscientious, and very hard working. Moving is stressful enough. We didn’t worry about how the items inside would travel since it was obvious they knew what they were doing. We highly recommend 2 Men and A Truck!!

I had to move some dressers this past week but didn’t have the equipment or manpower to get the job done. I was able to book an appointment with Two Men and a Truck on very short notice. They showed up right on time and made the job look effortless. I was worried because my new apartment has a staircase right in front of the door but they were able to easily maneuver my furniture around it. They also were able to pull their huge truck into my parking lot which is very small. Very impressed with this service.

The Guys were more than helpful, very professional, on time, and they didnt waist any time they just jumped right in. I moved just about everything into the garage except the large items I was not able to move my self. This is my 3nd time using them and I am sure I will use them a 4rd time in the future. Only reason i give 4 stars is because the past 2 times i have used them i have had to pay for them to come from Rochester to highland. I called for a move back in date and I was told they were booked a month and a half out. But if you pay for a different crew to do the work they can fit you right in for an extra $200

The two gentlemen who moved my daughter were very hard working and did a great job. They were friendly to boot. I would give 5 stars but I dont like that I had to pay for their time to and from their home base. We were technically 6 miles from an office and they ended up coming from another place that took longer, and where we moved the stuff to was maybe 10 miles from that same place and we were charged time. If they charge for that time it should not be the same cost of the heavy lifting. I did know up front about this charge so it was no surprise.

Movers and office staff were excellent. Efficient, did not belabor the hourly time to make fee higher, finished promptly. Both communicated well before, during, and after. Reasonable rates. Highly recommend, will use them again when needed.

After calling various places for a few months I heard a commercial on the radio and called to have a treadmill and an elliptical moved from one area of my home to another. Megan helped me schedule and the three gentleman that actually moved the pieces were so professional and courteous. It only took them 15 minutes to get everything taken care of! HIGHLY recommended. The ENTIRE process was so easy! They are now my first call, every time.

Being the first time ever using movers, I wasnt sure what to expect. After calling around for estimate I found Two Men In A Truck the most reasonable. The receptionist Jessica was very accommodating and professional every time I called (3 separate occasions ). There was a 5 minute wait time to speak to her at times I called but to their defense those times I called were peak hours and on a Friday and Saturday. I was very curious on how everything worked, with tons of questions and with every question she had an answer for me 😀 She was great! They called when the movers were 20 minutes out so I would have time to meet them at the destination. They arrived promptly and got right to work. Very professional and very attentive to all of the furniture. They wrapped and protected the furniture with padding. We took a different direction home and I thought to myself that they may milk the clock by taking a longer way home but to my surprise they totally arrived minutes after I did. They got everything into my home and set up properly plus took extra furniture out 15 minutes before I calculated them being done! This is huge because I wasnt cutting them any slack ( In my head of course ) I was so pleasantly surprised with the speed and accuracy that this company displayed!! I will be using them if I ever have to make another move and will highly recommend this company for any type of move, big or small!!

Two Man and a Truck did a fantastic job of packing and moving me into my new apartment. It is the third time in the last 3 months they have moved furniture. First two times a surgery required that I move from my upstairs bedroom to the family then about 7 weeks late back up to the bedroom. And, now this move to a senior living community. Each crew were polite, most helpful to be sure everything was where I wanted/needed it to be. Very happy customer!

They were absolutely amazing!!! They went out of their way to do same day delivery, last minute for me. They thought they were just delivering a lift chair. But what they really delivered was dignity to a dying man, my dad. On home hospice, his only remaining independence was in his lift chair, which broke unexpectedly. He couldnt sleep, he couldnt get comfortable, he couldnt even stand without the aid of the chair. When they arrived with the new chair for him, it meant a peaceful nights sleep for our whole family.
