One monkey wrench after another, a week after my check cleared, 2 days before policy effective date. Documented lies, & attempts to further increase charges. To hell with Michigan insurance regulations as well. Like a good neighbor State Farm is there, if your idea of a good neighbor is Dr. Jekyll.

Ken Mazzolas employee, Monica Bowlsby, called the police on me after 35 years of paying State Farm on time for more than 8 family vehicles and 3 family houses insured through them. The only reason that I went to the office was because Monica hung up on me when I called. She promptly called the police when I tried to finish a sentence without her interrupting me, claiming that I wouldnt leave the office when she asked and she felt threatened. I am 65 with white hair, and 54. The police came and thought that the claim was so ridiculous that they did not file a police report. The police advised me to find another agent or insurance company. Ken said that his office has called the police on other customers!
