I recently bought a home that had a security system that was being serviced by Mark Electronics. The previous homeowners were happy with Mark, so we decided to continue with their service. They have been great! Did not have to wait long for initial appointment, the tech they sent was very knowledgeable and friendly. He ran into 2 different problems and didnt want to leave until they were fixed properly. Went over directions patiently. A few weeks later after a short torrential downpour, my sump pump alarmed. Central station called within 20 seconds, maybe sooner. I have never had an alarm company in the past respond so quickly to an alarm! Central station gave me a contact number to get help with the sump if I would have needed it. I pay $10 less per month than what I paid in Colorado, and it includes alarm cell service ! I highly recommend Mark Electronics!

Recently, I had Mark Electronics install a couple television sets and totally revamp my home audio and surround sound. In a word, they did an outstanding job. My wife and I recently moved to Michigan from Illinois and searched the market for a quality security system. Luckily, upon moving in, I noticed that the home had already been pre-wired by Mark Electronics Inc. I called them up and the rest is history. In a few days, Matthew came out and inspected our space and gave recommendations about how many monitors, glass breaks and motion sensors would be ideal for our unit. Within a week, two guys came out and installed our security services. Both guys were respectable and courteous, and everything took about 2 hours. They explained their work and helped us to install the security apps on both of ours phones which was a tremendous help. We love having our home security in the palms on our hands where we can control what happens. All in all, I would highly recommend Mark Electronics Inc. Service is great. People are up front and honest and I never felt treated like a number. Give them a call asap and let them prove to you why their service is top notch.

Worked with the team at Mark on a Surveillance system, Alarm and network cabling through the house. Team was great to work with, from the first discussion to installation. When it was time to install at the house they did a great job - we have a 12 Camera system, so a lot of setting up. Had a couple of minor glitches but they were responsive and quick to address. Would recommend them for anyones future project.

They are very professional, unlike our previous company they are very on top of things and quick reponse to any questions or concerns. When I called Mark I was met with the most courteous operator who directed me to George in sales. He promptly came to our house and evaluated our needs. Nick, the installer, did a great job. Purchased a home that was pre-wired with Mark Electronics. I was initially going to go with Xfinity Home Security but after talking to Matt I decided to go with Mark. The experience has been incredible and responsive. During set-up they also installed doorbell and outdoor cam. Couldn’t be happier.

I was lucky enough to win a home security system from a friend’s fundraiser; Mark Electronics was such a pleasure to deal with. Fast forward many years, we now feel part of the extended family. We upgraded our system - Jess called ahead of time to make sure the account is all current with contact information and to let me know what we would expect with the new system. She also called after installation to ask if I had any questions or concerns. Chad did an awesome job installing and answering my many questions, even those not pertaining to the alarm system. We moved into a condo in December, 2018 and reestablished service with them since they had installed the original alarm monitoring hardware. The installation went fine, but over the next few months we kept having an issue with a long range radio error. The company was great and came out several times to install new equipment even though they thought it might be an AT&T issue. It was finally diagnosed as AT&Ts issue and Mark Electronics finally resolved it using a new piece of equipment (all done at no cost to us). With the issue resolved I didnt expect to hear from them again on it, but they totally surprised my wife and I by covering the cost for our next 6-months of monitoring service to account for the numerous service calls we had to be home for. Most companies would have said It wasnt our fault and left it at, that so the fact that they fixed the problem and then recognized that we had been inconvenienced and proactively reached out to us was great customer service. Will certainly recommend them in the future!

(Not to mention that their equipment provided was much nicer both feature wise and visually than ADT had to offer without up charging you hundreds of dollars. Appearance isnt everything but its always a plus!) After having ADT services for years, we were looking to switch it up after moving into our new home. Friend of ours referred us to Mark Electronics, and we were very happy with the referral. Unlike the commercial alarm companies, Mark first sent their sales person Matt out to our home to evaluate our needs being an existing alarm system on the home. He didnt try to nickel and dime us with extras and even said that our existing system was fairly solid. Very happy with the estimate process.The install process was beyond amazing. Instead of just sending ONE tech out to do all the work like our previous experience with ADT, they sent a team of four techs (Ken, Brian, Mike, and Adam) who were all awesome. They installed everything asking minimal questions of the home owner (basically just easy questions on personal preferences). The team fed on each others skills and knowledge which made the job be completed efficiently and effectively.I would highly recommend this company. No complaints here. The project and alarm monitoring services are affordable, if not lower than the cost and over time cost of doing business with companies like ADT.
