A great experience here. Electrolysis is a wonderful invention for hair removal. Niki does a great job at being honest about the science of electrolysis and its process. She is willing to take the time to discuss all possible options with you. During treatment, she treats your skin with care and keeps a comfortable room. She will offer advice on how to take care of your skin post treatment, and sells products that will also help post treatment. I recommend the Electrolysis Clinic.

Another Successful electrolysis session with Niki. I am proud to wear shorts this summer because I do NOT have hair on my legs. Now they always look smooth. I am very pleased with the electrolysis treatment I have received from Niki at the Electrolysis Clinic. This is the only type of hair removal I consider permanent. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and explains everything about the treatment with electrolysis and what to expect. She discusses with you any specific concerns you may have regarding electrolysis. Most importantly I am seeing results. I have been to someone else that did electrolysis in the past that was not certified, did not know what they were doing, and I did not receive very good results so I stopped going and started plucking the hairs again until I found the Electrolysis Clinic. I no longer pluck my eyebrows or hairs from my chin. This is so wonderful not to do that anymore! I am so very thankful there is a certified electrologist in the area that knows what they are doing. I highly recommend Niki at the Electrolysis Clinic if you want to see results with permanent hair removal. It is a very clean treatment environment and she is meticulous with providing treatment with sterilized equipment. It is obvious to me that she strives to provide the best treatment with the electrolysis to make her customers happy with the results. Once I was sitting in the waiting area just before my appointment and a lady that was leaving after her electrolysis treatment was so excited about the results she was seeing after just a few times of treatment she couldnt help but come up to me and tell me about it. Niki / the owner is Professional, Knowledgeable, Comforting and WONDERFUL. The atmosphere is Relaxing and Spa like.... Over the years Ive had electrolysis in NC and here in Roanoke. There is no need for me to search for anyone else. Nikki is the BEST. Most importantly the hair Does NOT grow back...which makes me feel I wasted my money with other technicians.I am very sensitive, but Nikki is as gentle as possible. I can not say enough about this owner... the list of positive traits and knowledge are to LONG to write about here.Her rates are very reasonable and the hair does NOT grow back! Niki has been fantastic. I live in Blacksburg and the only place to do electrolysis charges an insane amount for 15 minutes which is why I started searching further. Electrolysis can be a long process for those, like me, that have a lot of stubborn areas. She keeps it real and is your biggest advocate for getting cleared. She truly cares about the client, is fair, and communicative when needed but doesnt talk to you while shes working, which is awesome. If you are doubtful, do the free 30 minute consultation and find out more. It is not an issue that goes away on its own, its a losing battle if you dont get it done and shes the best.

Niki Bhatia at the Electrolysis Clinic in Roanoke, VA is amazing! I have seen many CPE’s (certified professional electrologists) over many years to try to get rid of pesky and embarrassing abnormal hair growth. I have never met a more professional, educated and compassionate electrologist. She truly loves what she does and is highly educated in her field. She does not perform any treatment without making absolutely sure it is best for you. She proceeds with caution, so as to not burn/scar certain areas. I have been highly impressed by her and am honestly sad to be leaving the Roanoke area in 3 months. As a medical professional, myself (medical student graduating this May and beginning my residency training at UVA), I can honestly say that she is the best around! I do not regularly leave reviews but she is just too good not to!
