Outstanding service! We were in town for a softball tournament and our 2013 C300 had a abs/speed sensor go out. Martins was a one call solution that had our car towed and repaired but 3pm the following day. If the service wasn’t enough the showroom is a veritable classic and modern import museum. Cost for the repair was fair and at expected prices. They literally saved our vacation/tournament. If I could give ten stars I would.

100% Stellar! In less than 1 hour, Martins German Service was able to complete what another shop hadnt done correctly for 7 full days (potentially saving me a $600 repair bill at the dealership). I sent my car to these guys directly from the other garage in late in the afternoon and not only did they fit it into their schedule, but completed the work before 5pm. I now have a new service center for my BMW. Fantastic team, honest assessment of the actual issue, and wonderfully prompt service - a customer could not ask for more from a company. I did heavy research and based on the reviews I chose this place because I saw they had experience with BMWs and a lot of happy customers.I am happy that I did. They actually did not do anything with my car. They did test drive it and inspected it. They noticed that I had 2 new tires and after measuring it, they suggested that by not replacing all 4, it confused my AWD and basically just the car systems are out of wack. They recommended a place for me to go and get new tires for the front and said the issue should correct itself.They didn’t take anything apart. Didn’t keep my car for an unnecessary amount of time. Didn’t see a need to take things apart. Just quick (4 hours), to the point, and honest.I didn’t need them this time but should I ever have issues, I know who to trust and where to bring my car. I have a 2005 BMW X3.

I purchased a car from Martins German Service that i found online. I love old BMWs and have a small collection. I called and spoke to Keith, within 5 minutes of our conversation I became very comfortable with my decision to buy a car from him. He was very transparent and represented the car very accurately. I wired him the money and had the car shipped to AZ. It is refreshing to interact with someone who is honorable, honest, and takes pride in his craft. Excellent service during difficult Covid 19 times. Unfortunately customers cannot be inside the showroom, but repair service is mostly unaffected.

I was referred to them by a vehicle service rep who knows where the rubber meets the road for an issue I was having that they could not assist me with in a timely manner. Friendly, clean, and knowledgeable. My car was returned sooner then expected. I do wish they had a someone who can vacuum and wash the car before it is returned. They deal with higher end cars you would like to think they would go that extra step. Would also like them to lock the cars they are working on in the shop instead of leaving them in the parking lot.

This is the best place for taking your vehicle for maintenance or repairs. I have never seen the professionalism from a place that works on cars. So many garages will tell you things need to be fixed that dont need fixing. I have never experienced that from these guys. I took my car in thinking I needed brakes and they told me I still had a decent bit of life left. The most honest guys in this line of work that I have known. Keep up the great work guys.

They are busy but are courteous and extremely knowledge about German autos.

On Aug 27, 2018 my husband & I began our cross-country driving trip in our new Porsche. On the same day, we had a flat tire in Roanoke Va area. I contacted our Insurance company online to schedule a tow service. In the meantime, a kind man stopped to help & offered a local automotive service phone number to call & schedule our tire repair appt.Martins German Service was exceptional.
