A little late on the review. A great shop with a great group of guys. Very down to earth people. Guilty of talking to them for too long but they have a lot of knowledge, easy to BS with, and we all kind of grew up during the same era. Skilled in import upgrades/tuning as well as American muscle. Family shop. Recommend.

Update: They sent me the last revision based on my specifications and it was better. I will recommend them because they try to get it right for you when necessary but I still disagree with locking the files.—————————————————————————————Took my G37 for an ECU tune. The tuner was courteous but the tune wasn’t great at first. The car felt soft so we had to go through several revisions. I’ve had cars tuned elsewhere before and they came out great the first time around. But my biggest problem is that they lock the tune file. I told him the day I was there not to do it and he went ahead and did it anyway. They use the lame excuse that they don’t want people copying it like if it were some sort of masterpiece. Their plan is to hold your tune hostage even if you paid for it. I like to do mild changes to existing tunes since I’m continuously trying to find my sweet spot in the way my car runs. Anyway I told him that because of the changes I need it unlocked.

My name is Michael Fisch. I am a 71, 100% disabled Vietnam veteran and a couple years ago I purchased a 2007 Corvette with very low miles. Ive been saving for a cam, valve train, headers exhaust system and Im telling you these guys were unbelievable. They completely rebuild my top end, the exhaust and torque converter. I went back two weeks after the work was done and they tweaked it for me. Runs fantastic and sounds great.

Cam....and valve train upgrade on my 2013 Corvette a lil over a yr ago.Still runnning perfectly with zero hiccups.

The lead tech there is amazing. He know how to build engines and great Fabricator.

They completely rebuilt the engine of my Subaru Baja at @130,000 miles, for many thousands of $, then after 35,000 miles I heard some odd sounds from under the hood, then they said I needed to have the engine rebuilt again that I would have to pay for. I don’t understand why they didn’t stand behind their original work. I am not a rich guy. I hope that I would act differently if I had done the work.

Subaru engine rebuild at 130,000 miles. After 35,000 miles on new engine, another engine rebuild needed. They offer no apologies, nothing.

Have a great attitude towards getting your vehicles performance goals achieved. My experience with them is nothing but great. They have went above an beyond to give me the best experience possible. Another thing i witnessed about Pros is the varietiy of cars they work on, also they have a in-house dyno. Been a customer for years an will continue business with them.

DO NOT CALL THEM, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY WILL SHOW EXTREME PREJUDICE ABOUT WHAT CAR YOU DRIVE. Called them for questions about a car and they where extremely rude and lacked professionalism when dealing with customers. When asking questions about dyno tuning a car they kept laughing at my questions. Clearly thought that they where too good for the car I was inquiring about. extreme prejudice about the car you drive.

Took my 2015 Mustang GT in to be flashed, Justin as well as others where professionals with regard to knowledge and exactly what was needed.Exceptional service with fair prices.

Roger and his family at pros are great people they treat you like family...I take all my cars here for tuning and work...theyre name says it all they are pros.

Worst experience I could imagine... Customer service sucks.. agreed on a job and a price after having my car almost 5 weeks. I get a called letting me know the car is done and complete and ready for pickup. After arriving home 2 hour drive there and back to find out almost everything we agreed on was not completed. After contacting the owners son on multiple occasions I was offered a discount to fix what was originally supposed to be fixed. Look up reviews on this shop or when it used to be called Japtrix.

I tune all my cars here.Excellent team. No need to go anywhere else.

I called this shop to ask if they could tune my Fiat 500 Abarth and they literally laughed at the idea of tuning a Fiat. Extremely unprofessional. I own an Alfa Romeo and Corvette as well, and those in my inner circle own Mustangs, Infinitis, Maseratis, and Audis and I am going to make sure this shop NEVER sees any business from any of these cars. The man who answered my call clearly is not well-informed on cars, which leads me to severely question their status as a performance shop. One of my close friends is heavily involved in the muscle car community in South Florida, and I am going to make sure he gets the word out on his 20k follower Instagram page to AVOID PERFORMANCE RACING OPTIONS AT ALL COSTS!!!!
