Im new in the area and found Munsons via google search. I read the many positive reviews and decided to make an appointment for front brakes. My Ac Wasn’t working for months after going to different locations. Finally found Munson’s and they got the job done immediately in a timely manner. I have not had ANY problems since. My Ac is blowing like ice. My Vehicle also had an electrical problem, Once Again MUNSON’S gets the job done. I own 10 vehicles. I have a limo company. These guys are 45min away from me but i bring my cars there because they are amazing at diagnosing a problem and finding the correct fix. They will find the exact part or even the the peace of the part thats wrong. Other companies with tell you to repalce a whole circuit board or computer on the vehicle for $2000 but these guys will do the research and find out that you just need to reprogram the unit to fix it. Then thats it. They just saved you $2000. Not all mechanics are the same. Mark my words. These guys are worth it.

The staff is courteous and the work was completed in a timely manner. There estimates are accurate and the repair prices are reasonable. I will definitely used their services again, and I will refer friends and family.

I was advised by tire shop that they could not do an alignment ( included with tire purchase) because my vehicle needed front end work and was given a $1700 quote. I went to Munsons to have the work done as my family has used Munsons services for last 20 years.I was told that my vehicles frontend was fine and that my alignment was almost prefect. I was so refreshing to know that there is still a honest shops in this day and age.

I took my vehicle to Munsons and was very nervous because I had never heard of them before. Women usually get overcharged for things like car repairs. I had some major engine problems wrong and did not even know it. Chris and Abe are the best. My car 🚙 runs like sugar and I couldnt be happier. And I was not overcharged, its amazing and I am so happy. No engine light on at all (and it had been on for over a year). I will not be using anyone but them, THANKS A LOT GUYS MUAH!!!!

I was referred to this shop by a girlfriend I work with. I sent my teenage daughter and my mother to the shop. My daughter bought a used car several months ago and it hadnt been serviced since, and recently it had been making noises. My mother tells me the place is big and was super clean. The desk guy Chris was very polite and knowledgeable. Prices less than the dealer and big name repair shops. The mechanic didnt find anything wrong, he only advised what to watch for, he filled the fluids and changed the oil. Im so glad as a single mom, I found a mechanic shop I can trust. Especially for my senior mom, she trusts NO ONE and loved the place. Thanks again. My mom and I will be sending you lots of customers!

I usually am not the type to write reviews but I could not be more impressed with the service I received here. This place does honest work and is reasonably priced. The staff made me feel at ease throughout my visit (which can unfortunately be an issue as a female client.) I felt safe and comfortable in their clean lobby while having the pleasure of conversation with one of the knowledgeable staff members. A quality, fast, and reasonably priced auto service shop - a true gem to the community.

Service,prices,experience,and all around politeness is just great. Munson’s Auto is extremely trustworthy and fairly priced! They were recommended to me and the first few times they fixed minor things and DIDNT CHARGE ME! Told me to just come back when I had a larger issue. Of course that day came when my AC compressor went out. They fixed it, didn’t over charge me and were very communicative! Could not have found a better place to take my car. Great people!! I have been taking my car to them for a few years and the guys have always helped me to save money. Walked into this shop couple weeks ago to get an electrical issue diagnosed. They made an appointment for me. I come to the appointment today and they tell me someone cant see the car for another hour and a half. We just got here from Seattle, with no AC. I was leaving my daughter and her grandmother here for the summer (medical reasons), and they were sweating! Munsons took care of us in a couple hours before I had to catch a flight that day! I was real nervous, but they pulled through with flying colors, just ahead of schedule, and even had a great price. Highly satisfied, highly recommend, and will be back before our return trip at the end of August.

Mike Munson is an absolute master and his shop is first class. Very rare to find extreme skill and honesty under one roof. Best auto repair in town.
