I am so disappointed with the service I received in regards to our wedding video. This really shocked me because everyone else had a great experience. I got married in June of 2020, it is now May 2021 and I have not received my wedding video nor have I gotten any responses to the messages & phone calls I have made to this business. They took my $2,500 in June and have not communicated with me ever since. This is the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with a company. Everything else in my wedding went so smoothly, it is heartbreaking that I don’t get to have a wedding video to show our parents or our future kids. I am now trying to figure out a way to get my money back. Don’t waste your time with this company! If I could leave a 0 star review, I would.

SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Took $2,500 from me almost a year ago and I have not heard from them since. Never got my wedding video, and they are refusing to return any calls or messages. NOT worth the money, please save yourself and dont work with this company. Worst experience I have ever had.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Do not waste your time with this unprofessional business. They will rip you off and not even edit your videos. They take way too long to respond to you about the status of your video. They’re ignorant, careless and completely unprofessional. Do your self a favor and find someone else to make your special moments memorable.

Have been waiting for almost a year for a wedding video, no response since February from staff. Extremely unprofessional and upsetting. I had high hopes for this company. Heartbreaking. Do not recommend

SCAM!! Booked a date with them, they cancelled on us and then refused to give us our $800 deposit back when THEY ARE THE ONES WHO CANCELLED. Money hungry cruel creatures!

The Dixon’s drove to Canada for our wedding and we couldn’t be happier with the amazing footage that they gave us! They were so personable and kind and made us feel comfortable in front of all of the lenses. They captured all of the small moments and our favourite memories from our wedding day. They were so patient and were incredible to work with. Amazing videographers!!

We were fortunate to find Deann and Wayne for a reality sizzle that we needed a quick turn around on and were blown away by how hard they worked. We tasked them to get some pretty challenging shots and interviews of our cast and they knocked it out of the park. I would highly recommend Dixon Pictures to anyone for their quality and their hustle!

All I can say is WOW!!! The Dixon’s did a family video for us and it was a fantastic experience all around! They are very easy going but so experienced and know how to get the most amazing shots! They are personable and very easy to work with! They were fabulous with our kids and kept things light and candid! Our video is something I will always cherish, and they created that special keepsake for us! I would highly recommend them for all of your photography and videography needs!
