Coverage has gotten worse by them taking down towers. They dont support wifi calls so we are switching providers.

We had excellent customer service. Kayla was very knowledgeable and patient.

Had problems getting calls in town, so bought a new iPhone as the rep recommended. Now having the same problem again. My phone shows full service 4g. Calls still go straight to voicemail. This is costing me money because this is a business phone.Think I’m finally done trying to support a small carrier. Can’t even find a phone number for technical support on the website anymoreAlso, they don’t support Wi-Fi calling and they recently turned off the cell phone tower in my area. So now the service is completely useless. It’s time for you guys to get with the program and offer Wi-Fi calling like every other carrier

Took longer than expected, there was a problem with the phone number that they originally gave me and had to get a different phone number.

I was and still am very very frustrated with robo calls. The lady on the Union line was so kind and listened to my frustration. Gave me a few hints to see if they would work as Union doesnt have a main block number . Suggested I call National Do Not Call Registry. I will try it. She deserves a hugh award for patience.
