Excellent service! They were very thorough and captured my home beautifully! Their photos and 3D tour definitely helped sell it in less than a day!

I used UVT to take photos of a home I was selling for a client in Draper. Not only was Jon on the property when he said he would be, he had edited pictures to me the next day. When a minor complication arose Jon was more than fare and honest and wanted nothing more than to satisfy the needs of both me and my client. The photographs were proportioned very nicely and captured both the size and detail of all the rooms. The color and contrast made the features pop and the online system to view and download was very easy to use. I will gladly use UVT in the future!

Jon is a top notch professional. He provided a virtual tour of our home that has driven business to the sale of our house. His prices are very reasonable and he turned it around super quick. He has a vast array of options to choose from. Id recommend him to any real estate agent or person looking to sell their house.

Pros:1. You can set up appointments via text2. Was available when I needed them3. Photographer didnt waste any time4. Company was inexpensive5. Overall the pictures turned out good6. Photographer was friendly and answered our questionsCons (see attached pics):1.When I called to set up the appointment, I was told that time of day didnt matter as long as the sun was shining. In hindsight, I wish I had the pictures taken in the middle of the day because having them taken in the evening created shadows in some of the pictures.2.The camera mans shadow and the camera were seen in a few of the pictures.3.We opened all of the doors in the house to allow easy access to the photographer. We didnt follow him around the house as he took pictures because he seemed to be in a hurry and we didnt want to get in his way. There was a picture he took in the basement in which the laundry room doors were left open. I wish I had been in the basement when he was taking the pictures because I absolutely would have closed the doors to the laundry room. I feel the lighting in that room was different and so the picture didnt turn out as good as I think it would if the doors had been closed.

This is the best real estate photography company I have ever used. The pictures look absolutely incredible. Each time I get the pictures back I am amazed at how highly professional they look. If you want to set yourself apart as the best, this is the company you should use. Highly highly recommend!

Spence is our guy! I work with the Evans Team at Summit Realty, and we have all been extremely pleased with Spences work. No other photo company will get photos back to us SAME DAY. His turnaround time is unbelievable, and the photos always look clean and sleek. I am so happy I found this company just by a random google search. Spence rocks!

Jon is AMAZING! Im a professional photographer, and I couldnt have even done what he did. He really knows how to take a picture of the entire room and give you the full experience of the house. He is very professional and easy to get along with as well. He also does an amazing virtual tour that basically gives a person the walk through without them ever having to walk through your actual house. Houses are sold online these days, so I feel like his photos and tour of my house have made the difference! I would recommend him over and over and over.

These guys are awesome. Quick to respond, easy to work with, punctual, friendly, helpful (very Google knowledgeable) and affordable. If youre needing a Google Business Tour done I very highly recommend them. In my book these guys are the best in Utah when it comes to getting Google pictures and tours for your business. I will definitely be using them in the future for more projects.

Fantastic photos! Jon knows how to make your home look amazing (or business!). I would highly recommend him. Plus, it is really fun to watch him fly his camera drone up around to take aerial shots. Such a unique bonus service!Additionally I would have to mention his professionalism. He has so far been excellent with communication and is willing to work with you if you have special requests or circumstances.Make sure you set a solid appointment with him though, he is a busy man because he is so good at what he does. Though he is still very polite even when you can tell he is crunched for time. I will definitely have him take pictures for me in the future if I have the need.
