Ive considered a quick quack membership for a long time, as the convenience of all their locations and the time savings it would provide was tempting, but didnt want to commit to the monthly cost. I own a pressure washer and all the necessary tools, not to mention I like washing my vehicle by hand, but it ends up taking me a couple hours to complete. I decided to give Quick Quack a try and went all in with the unlimited Lucky Duck monthly membership. My first visit was an absolute success. The team member was kind and quick. The wash was really fun to go through and done faster than I expected. I pulled into the shaded vacuum area and wiped down the very small remaining beads of water (with two small microfiber towels I brought) and I was done! Beginning to end was maybe 10min and it looks every bit as good as my DIY hand wash at home (plus it smelled fantastic). Half of that 10min was probably spent wiping down the small beads of water on my wheels, out of personal preference. I wish I would have jumped in and started using Quick Quack Car Wash a long time ago!! Ill definitely be adding additional vehicles to my membership!

After the crazy dirt snow we had. They have been super busy. But they made the lines go very smoothly and continued to be very polite! We love quick quack!

I have used quick quack for over a year now and they seem to give me the incorrect car wash more often than not. What is the point in spending the extra money to get the top tier wash if they don’t give it to you? This has even happened when I went through again to get the correct one. This is the error of the operator at the beginning of the wash. The check in staff has always been great.

Prices good, actually liked the self vac station as it was strong & it isnt timed. Was able to fully vacuum all those places that attendants usually miss at other places.

I love the hours of this new car wash option.🕘This is the first time I have ever seen a car wash with general duck foot (daughters nickname for it) AND crevice tool vacuum options, plus compressed air.😎BONUS: This auto wash cleaned the back latch/ license plate area of our Honda Pilot! The staff is always friendly and polite. The car wash is great and I love that they have free vacuum and air pressure hoses to get all the hard to reach spots.

Super expensive starts at 8.99$ and dont even provide cleaning wipes or any disinfectant liquid. Just want a wipe its $2 dollars a piece. What a joke

The carwash ripped the emblem off my truck. Filed a damage report, waited 2 weeks, called the store again and even corporate, waited 2 more weeks. Now its been a quarter year since November and no one has contacted me back. I was looking for a replacement emblem but I would have settled for a carwash or two. Go to a touchless place, this carwash always left my back window and tailgate dirty anyways.

Same nice wash but no back window cleaning on my truck.

Is just a quick wash. But they dont have machines to wash your mats, and there is short time to vacuum and clean your car. There are other better places.

Such a great car wash! Our suv is squeaky clean! I love how they have two types of hoses to use for vacuuming! And my daughter loves ducks and it’s fun for her to find the hidden duck in the wash!

This place is a dream if you own a black car. Just bought a new black BMW and I always look great pulling out of the car wash. Their vacuums are also very powerful and the whole place is super clean.

Best prices in town and they get you through quickly. Their flock group plan is a great value. If youre REALLY dirty ask for the Muddy Duck and it will BLAST that dirt away

Not overly impressed. They have been building so many around I thought I would give it a try. Always have blue liquid left after the wash. It is not a very long dry section so trick is not dry. The place to vacuum is tight for 3500 with an 8ft bed to get around. Broke my front license place 1st time I used it.Month is up on the 24th.

Love this car wash in and out in 3 minutes and the “Best” wash gives you an undercarriage rust inhibitor - which is essential when you live where it snows!!Update: Appreciate the friendly staff at this location so much I went back a week later and signed up for an unlimited monthly membership!

I love the Riverton Quick Quack Car Wash! I have had an unlimited membership for over a year and have always bene happy. There are times when my car does not get perfectly clean (if I have gone too long or when we got that weird ash snow this year) but, for the most part it is great!The staff is always friendly, I have never had an issue with the vacuums, the trash bins are always clean.Thank you!!!

The actual wash itself is as good as it gets. Top of the line that way. The vacuums and compressed air are always clean and powerful, never been clogged which is impressive. But the employees are the best part, which is saying a lot. Plus it’s only like $20-$25ish bucks or so and it comes with everything except the duck bath. Which in UT I really should add it soon. Basically, great price, extremely good and powerful wash and equipment, and the service and environment is 10/10. I have to wash my car almost daily (park next to hard water sprinklers). I’ve tried many washes and even worked in one for 4+ years when I was younger.

I usually clean my car myself but when Im lazy I come here. Best car wash in Riverton. Super cheap for what you get--basic wash is awesome, compressed air, interior wipes, and vacuums.Today, I actually lost a piece to my car. Its an air vent cover that broke off but its been broken so its my fault--but the employees still went in and looked for it. Super nice. They were willing to help me and I really appreciated that. I left with a super clean car inside and out.

Service is good, problem is theres construction for 6 more months been my house and this location, which makes 3-4 other good cat wash services closer to me when accounting for travel time.

Great QQ to visit. I would it give 5 starts but the drying machine wasnt working properly. I had to use towels to dry my car out.

Not impressed. I got the best they offer and when I got home I discovered there were still sudds all over the side of my car. I was disappointed since normally I just wash my car myself.

I really liked the car wash. My SUV looked great and, compared to other car washes, I liked that the tires were way shinier than when using others. For the price I would have preferred hand drying like other car wash but overall pretty satisfied.

We use this quick quack All the time. The machine does a good job on the wash. My review is on the management of the Riverton car wash. Our windshield got cracked wile we were in the car wash. After the wash was finished we pulled back around and talked to the attendant on duty. Explained what had happened. He filled out a report and said there is 30 something cameras in the wash bay and someone would review the footage and get in contact with us within 3 business days. That was on August 16th. Today is September 10th I have driven back to the wash several times to leave messages for the manager Spencer as it seems he’s NEVER there. We have called the 888 number on the claim copy we have. They have sent us to his voicemail still no call back. Customer service says they are simply a go through for the managers and customers. They have referred us to upper management but still no call back. I think my next step is the BBB I don’t like to be that person but I feel I have no choice.

They do a fantastic job getting my car clean and shiny. I bought an unlimited pass and it worked great. I just pull up to the line, tell them I have a pass, they check my car, and let me go forward.

Emily makes this place great. Same wash, same speed, same satisfaction except EMILY (her name tag was so small I finally asked her name,) has the most up beat, friendly smile. Even with her mask on you can see the smile in her eyes and it just makes you feel good. Give her a raise. Some of the employees look like theyre going to their execution. Thanks Emily for being so cheerful.

Normally this is a great place. Have used this facility for over a year. Very bad experience today. Drove on at 6:05 pm. Sign in front said open. Employee said closed for holiday. Cant change open sign. I said what holiday. He said halloween. Poor, poor experience.

Car was still filthy after going through for the $7.99 wash. No floor matt cleaners either. Definitely prefer Rocket Wash.

Derek (I think was the manager?) was awesome! We got back from a trip to AZ and went to get the “good” wash. We were concerned it wouldn’t get all the bugs off but he said if it doesn’t then we could just go through again. Well it didn’t but we asked if we could upgrade to the other one above if we paid the difference and he just gave us the full for free! Very good service and we will probably get a membership soon just because of how good they’ve been the last few times we have gone:)

I wish they had towels in place like different locations.

I love quick quack! It’s so nice that they have free vacuums for after your wash but even nicer that they give you a little wipe every wash to wipe down your console, dashboard or whatever you want! Definitely recommend!

I love this car wash but around Christmas time they said for unlimited car washes it would only be tell the 28th of dec. Then it will end they did not tell us they would chsrge are card for money after that

I went to the Quick Quack in Riverton Utah. When I arrived home after using the car wash there were large black marks all over my car. The car wash had left huge grease marks that were super hard to remove. I had also asked the attendant if it would remove the bugs to which he responded yes. Not one bug was washed off. I have not had a good experience with this car wash and will not return. Before leaving this review, I did go to the Quick Quack Car Wash website and told them the story asking for a refund. I got no response from them. Therefore I am leaving this review. Very poor business practice!

Loved the vacuums and ESPECIALLY the compressed air for my dash area. Toddler loved the colors!

Loved the dash wipe. I would say comparatively they clean as good as any other drive through car wash. The books and crannies on the front of my GMC will just carry dirt until I have wash it. Day and good experience. Love the personal touch where you actually talk to people and pick your way instead of trying to push the right buttons. Theyre prices are very well priced too.

Have always been very impressed with Quick Quack. Vehicles have always come out super clean, and vacuums work great. Also I take a 2500HD Sierra with a 6 lift and dont have any problems. Is our go to car wash.

My husband and I went to this car wash tonight (7/12). After we paid and pulled up to the wash, we saw a worker sitting on his phone facing away from us when he should have been guiding us into the wash. He then got up, walked out and went over to the place where we paid. My husband and I sat there for a few minutes waiting for him to come back to get the car wash started but he didn’t for several minutes. We honked our horn in hopes they would hear us and send the worker back out. When they didn’t, we literally had to reverse all the way back to the pay station. When we got there, the worker was sitting on the counter on his phone when he should have been paying attention to help us get started. It was very unprofessional and we shouldn’t have had to wait there and honk our horn, let alone have to reverse all the way back to the pay station to let them know we were waiting.

Such a great experience. I loved how quick and convenient this car wash was. Driving through felt like more of a dance party so my kids enjoyed it as well. The complimentary wipe to quickly dust the dashboard was a nice touch and the vacuums had great suction!

Enjoyed being able to use my monthly unlimited pass while visiting in Utah from California. The air nozzles at the Riverton Carwash were clutch! Hopefully they consider installing a similar system at their northern CA sites soon...

I love this company! I have a monthly membership and I try to clean my car weekly. Very helpful when you have a messy toddler. Everyone who works here is so nice, even the customer service people are extremely helpful when I’ve had to call in and adjust my membership. Can’t wait until their Draper location is open.

Im trying to choose between Quirk Quack and another for a monthly plan. Quick Quack has newer equipment and uses an air sprayer to dry. It works fine but the other choice has towels, which I prefer. Quick Quack has a damp dash wipe which I like and has a mini store where you pay so you can buy air freshener. My other choice is closer to my home but Quick Quack is not much farther and definitely close enough. With Quick Quack I can use any of the Quick Quacks along the Wasatch front if I need a quick wash in Ogden or Provo. My other choice has one location. Quick Quack is slightly more for one car but much less with multiple cars. I think Ill sign up for the monthly service with Quick Quack and go buy a towel to wipe the stubborn spots on the car or maybe theyll give one free cloth towel when you sign up for a monthly service if they read my review. I would have given them 5 stars if they had a towel for the stubborn area to clean.

Strongest vacuums I’ve ever used! The colors in the car wash were fun and my car came out sparkly clean. I went at 11am and had no line!We went again and loved the car wash just as much. There are scents in the soap that come into the car and smell so good!Have come back a few times and still like the car washes!

There wasn’t a line which was super nice. Usually this place is packed. It could be because they have put away the vacuums due to the virus (which I totally understand). The gal was super nice and friendly.
