Met Todd Nielson and Garren Meisman at a car show and had them give me a quote for car insurance and Renters insurance. They returned the quote to me very quickly and always answered the phones when I called with more questions. Unfortunately I was in a accident about a week after getting insured with State Farm. I called the State Farm office and Garren answered. After making sure I was ok, he and walked me through what I needed to do to start a claim. We keep coming back, because we really get the absolute best deal for our insurance coverage...cant be beat! So happy we found Dave Ellis!

Dave ellis became my agent because my previous agent retired and my account went to him, since then he has mixed up my account with my mother in laws and father in laws. Could never bill our vehicles correctly (one was suppose to be billed through the business and one not and the once that was not billed through the business was dropped frequently) Aslo dropped my home owners insurance and when I called to re-instate the insurance paid 500$ and then he continues to tell me I owe for that but cant explain how much or why. Called to talk to him and he acted as though I was the least important person to him, stated he would call me back never did. This was by far the worst experience i have ever had with an agent and really hope you head my warning when choosing agents. Dave Ellis is incompetent and in way over his head.

Another vehicle came into my lane and hit my car. We went to state farm my carrier so we didnt have to wait to get my car fixed for the other insurance to move forward. I have to say this was the least painful experience ever. I found a contracted repair shop the day of my accident. My car was fixed within 3 buisness days the repair shop was paid immediately. My rental car was ready for me before i was even done checking my car into the shop. State farm dealt with the other insurance company to get reumbursed. I highly reccomend DAVE ELLIS AND STATE FARM.

These guys have been great for years taken good care of me, never an issue. In recent months however, my bill has gone up by about 40%, which I only noticed when I saw they were taking out much more than usual for the last 3 months. As they have been so good in the past, I called to check on this, surely they can give me some explanation or reason, or fix it if there is a mistake being made. The very nice person there looked into it for me, but could not give me a better reason than moving from downtown to the suburbs, plus only insuring one car is the reason Im paying almost as much as I would pay to insure 2 cars. No other explanation for this, each of the 3 other insurance quotes I got while waiting to hear why my insurance was suddenly over 400 a month gave me quotes in line with what I was told I would be paying here.TL:DNR version, they used to be good, awesome in fact, but they can start randomly robbing you and not give an explanation.
