We inquired about a rental and my husband is handicap which required Paul to go measure doorways for his wheelchair. He did and was very helpful. Christy was also very helpful with my questions. Good Afternoon,I lived in Wyoming for a little over two years between 2015 & 2017, I never wrote a review, because well how often do we when we are not unhappy.Finding an apartment when you are from out of state is difficult, finding one when you are coming from out of country due to the military is another altogether...I called around and was having a difficult time finding a property to rent. I came across Paul and let me tell you, my experience.First, he was kind, professional, and an excellent communicator over the phone and email from Japan. When I arrived in Riverton we met up at the local Safeway and then I proceeded to follow him to the property. He only had 2 available at this time.I was honestly not very fond of the first property and after noticing my dismay, he recommended his competitors property because he felt it would better suit my needs. I was taken aback that he would rather have me be happy, then pressure me to rent his first location.I called this lady while we were standing by outside (I will not say her name) and I was treated in a very condescending manner. I looked at her property and really liked it, but I could not fathom such rudeness. Now I had decent credit at the time and enough $ to afford the apartment.I asked Paul if he had anything else and he mentioned I could rent another location of his that was much smaller, but cheaper until a nicer unit opened. He stated I would have first rights when it came available. Sure enough, 6 months later it came available, and he excitedly mentioned it.My long-term significant other was moving to Riverton, and she would not be okay with the small 1 bedroom bachelor pad I was living in, so I then received a beautiful 2 bedroom on 207 South 4th St. with lovely calm quiet neighbors as well. They even helped me dig my car out with their SUV to get to work in 2016s winter...Thank you, Paul, for being such a good gentleman to give a young inexperienced 24-year-old a chance at the time. We rented online from out of state and were misled. We rented a ranch home with 40 acers and thought we would have privacy. After giving a two moths notice at our previous rental, relying on Pauls presentation of the property, we realized that crucial detail were left out. By the time we traveled to the property, two days prior to signing the lease, it was to late to turn back.We drove into a property that was advertised as having a guest house that would be occasionally be accessed for minor repairs, to find out that the whole! building was to commence a FULL!!! replacement. Four moths later and after constant noise and disturbances from contractors, the property owners, and a neighbor rancher, his workers, family, and hundreds of cattle brought-in a month after we moved in, we were forced to move out.We attempted to communicate to Riverton Rentals that we could not enjoy or fulfill the purpose of out stay having to withstand so many inconveniences and disturbances, to what the replied with an insensitive offer to cut our lease short and leave.The home had sulfur contaminated and bad smelling water and several maintenance issues that took a great deal of waiting and continuous demands to correct.In our opinion, THIS RENTAL MANAGEMENT AGENCY SUBSTANCIALLY!!! I had a great experience with Riverton Rentals. I had to move unexpectedly, and Paul was able to accommodate me. He was attentive to needs in the apartment and kept me updated throughout my moving process. I was even able to get my deposit back relatively quickly compared to my experiences in the past. I loved the apartment and all the updates that were being done. I felt safe there and appreciated all the owners did to keep the area looking nice. Paying rent and submitting maintenance requests was a breeze online. If I ever come back to Riverton I will absolutely look into renting with Riverton Rentals again. I was treated fairly as a tenant, something I cannot say about other property owners I have rented from.

Paul is very responsive and really easy to deal with. he has alot of different options and will go out of his way to get you a place! whether you need residential or commercial he will hook you up! he is very strict on maintenance and will take care of any problems you have. if you need a rental, or if you need a person to do your property maintenance for you, save the headache and just call paul!

Paul works hard to make every tenant know he is always there to help in any situation. I’ve seen him out in below 0° weather at night to check on a well for a tenant who complained that the water was off. Paul is always fair and very honest and always seems to be available when there is a problem. RIVERTON Rentals property management was great to deal with. Paul helped me find a place I told him what I wanted and he found it. I liked the convenience of paying rent online to being able to call with questions he was great to deal with when I was moving away from the property I cleaned up the house the way I found it and receive my full deposit back I cant say anything negative about this company

Riverton rentals is a joke. Extremely unprofessional. They will try to get every dollar they can off of you and if they owe you money (deposit) they will make excuses and even threats to try and not pay you what they owe. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. The property was okay stuff was cheaply made but the price wasnt awful. Also be aware they are having employees and family members of employees post fake 5 star reviews and trying to defend actual bad reviews so take that as an example of how they run their business.

I just rented a nice and affordable apartment from Riverton Rents. It was a great experience for two years. The place was great and, working with everyone at Riverton Rents was easy and pleasant.

Im a property owner and they manage 2 properties for me. They do a thorough inspection between tenants and send me a report with lots of pictures to keep me apprised of my propertys condition. They caught a bad roof on an attached shed before it could cause water damage to the house. Tenants like the fact that they can pay their rents through their tenant portal and submit a maintenence request or report a problem online. So far Ive been pleased.

They take really good care of their properties. Easy to work with and professional communication. Highly recommend

When I moved to another place they charged me for everything I delivered the apartment well and clean and yet they were charging me more for things that are stupid. I did not have a good experience with this property management company. They are extremely controlling of their tenants and the rent they ask is not even close to what their historical apartments are worth. Terrible service turned me off to even the attached business.

Paul is always, right on the ball when there is a problem.
