Darnell went above and beyond to find me work. She did not have to do so much, but she is really passionate about her work. Give her time, and be patient and honest about what you are looking for. She will find you somewhere that is comfortable with your abilities, but only if you are serious and give her time to find you a good fit. Horrible staffing agency. i called to see if there was jobs available and they said i have a negative note on my account because i never showed up to a job that they never even called me for! i answer all my calls, texts and check my emails but supposedly i didn’t to theirs so they wouldn’t help me lol

If youre a female, hopefully you are assigned a male supervisor... The women here are extremely manipulative and insecure....especially if people consider you pretty and you arent a Mexican female...I guess this really disturbs some people... Lol! Besides, the people in charge, the work environment as a whole seems to only favor Spanish speakers regardless if you are white, Hispanic, black, mixed race or not... If you dont speak Spanish in this American country...and apply here.. Make sure you have a good lawyer because your days working here may be numbered! Oh, and did I mention that when you call to get scheduled, they will even be instructed to hang up in your face? Talk about professionalism!

I was recently hired in at Mira Loma facility and I was treated like you know what. I was laid off because I was told I could not handle it when in fact I was the only one who ever showed up on time and did the job I was told to do without one complaint. The question is was it because I could not handle the job or was it because I am a white guy and is KIMCO against the white race all together. I wonder if my lawyer can answer that question

Been with these guys for about a month and have had my eye on a certain job they work with which is not yet hiring. In the mean time they have provided me with a list of many other options and I could have and still decide to work with these options, which I have not for personal reasons. I dont speak Spanish almost at all, and I have been treated well. My supervisor is Caucasian and so is the receptionist. I dont understand why people are complaining about racism. It all sounds like a bunch of bull crap to me.

Just wonderful! I applied online and had a job within a week! Ilene and Wendy are really the only people I speak to and are both very kind, professional and help as much as they can...The whole needing to speak Spanish to work through kimco is BS...Maybe there are some jobs that need someone bilingual but thats even at places outside of temps! And if a company calls Kimco and says they want you gone well kimco has to listen...I do not speak ANY Spanish and was placed at a job where majority of the workers first language is Spanish I have been here almost a year with no issues! Kimco is one of the best paying most professional Temp Agencys I have ever dealt with.

Like the below review says, KIMCO only hires and keeps the Spanish speaking job seekers. I also came to work on time, I learn very quickly and was actually working faster than others, I was respectful, polite, well mannered!! Nice to everyone BUT unfortunately kept getting laid off because simply I am not mexican.. I speak english, although I am fluent in spanish and english I dont believe in an english speaking country I should have to speak spanish all day at work just to make others feel comfortable. I am a very fair and logical person, well educated and very easy going, but no that doesnt matter at all, they just want you to be mexican. The women are very manipulative and insecure. If you are a woman your best bet is to get a MALE supervisor because the women will not keep you around. I am very saddened by this I am a young single small business owner who needs a second job to support myself and I cant even get a small job paying a measly 9 an hour because I am not Mexican. Why does it matter if i am not mexican and dont choose to speak spanish? Its just really sad.
