They were Great & very professional. They found me work the same day i went in. Also there staff @Citistaff are very pleasing to the eye & of course i mean that in the most Respectful way Possible.😉

These People are Very Unprofessional and Definitely Discriminate. Laura who answers the phone has no Customer Service skills. Which is very shocking for someone who works in the HR department. she will hang up on you in the middle of a Conversation, will not completely answer the questions you may have. They will not mail your final check, this means that if someone can not pick up the check physically they will keep it. Sounds like fraud to me. They will not give you a reason as to why they are letting you go. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. They definitely need to be investigated by the BBB and the FTC.

Hi used to love this agency but I feel like they’re going around the bush nothing telling me they don’t want to hire me I call almost every day to see if dura are hiring and they tell me no but my friend who works at dura says they’ve hired new people I’m like how come they can’t just tell me they don’t want me there ;(

Horrible horrible horrible horrible place to work. The mess up paychecks, the call you off for no reason and wont pay your medical bills like they say in case of an emergency at work.

They never gave me a reason why they let me go or why they did not called me back to work and they discriminate against people with mental illness and thats not right no one should be discriminated for being diffrent everyone has the right to work.

Well, they got me a job as soon as I called, but when I was told their was going to be no work due to a delayed order, I came back to work the next day. They told me their was still no work, and Citistaff shouldve called me. Later on, I called Citistaff wondering when Ill have work again. They told me to call my work.I called them, and they said the agency shouldve called you. Ive never got a call from them again saying when to come back to work yet they called me to tell me theres another job available. Theyre poorly informative.

I worked for this agency for one day. It was the worst experience of my life. The most unprofessional and rude employees Ive ever seen. Will never and would never recommend them to anyone. Also they are holding my check prisoner and refuse to mail it to me.

A fair warning to anyone who has child support, rent and/or bills to pay finding a job can take months waiting.

Payroll is horrible messing up with my money, cant believe they cant confirm the hours that I work, cant be playing with peoples money like this.
