Been here a few times. Docs is a great price for the top-notch service. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to try and help me out.They also carry a limited array of computer and tech parts for sale like thermal paste, RAM, SSDs, and various cables. Great for when you need something specific on short notice. Highly recommend over the other computer repair shops in Riverside.

Great team that was willing to explain things in simple, not-techy English. Had my computer in and out in under a day, and rates are pretty good too. Picked them because they were nearby and had extended hours that fit around my work schedule, will go back if I ever need more repairs done!

They are just so awesome .. I had surgery quickly after dropping my computer off and they fixed my computer and kept it until I was able to recover and go back to work and finally get it out! I tried to upgrade my MacBook and I ended up rendering it useless! Luckily Docs was open early so I stopped by. Both gentlemen were very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a few options that were actually beneficial to me. I upgrade my hard drive to a 1 TB sdd. Man my MacBook is so fast now. I highly recommend them.

So I was building my own computer for the first time and got it all put together but noticed it wasn’t getting any power so I took it to these guys. Not only were they super professional and diagnose the problem as a failed motherboard that was dead on arrival when I got it, but they told me since I had already done all the work if I got a new motherboard they would completely rebuild everything AND install a lot of applications like windows, Discord and Internet browsing for a great price. they also answered my questions and as someone new to computers they were very accommodating and informative. 10/10 would go back.

I bought some new parts for my pc and installed them myself, however I couldnt get my rig running! So I brought it in here to let them have a crack at it, and boy that was the greatest decision I ever made. Keith really put some TLC into my desktop which was in obvious upon pickup. Throughout the whole process they kept me updated on what was going on. They were even willing to meet me at the store after hours so I could pick my pc up, freaking awesome! If you want to your pc build to be a no BS, walk in the park experience. Talk to these guys.

Best place i would recommend. I found ram and a trb was like 70 bucks each but these guys sold me a 8gig ram stick and 1 hard drive with trb for 20 bucks each

These guys are great, super trustworthy and knowledgeable! I had all but given up on my laptop (major corrosion and battery charging problems), but they walked me through the process and made sure I had everything I needed along the way. Now sitting at a cafe and working without the charger (which they replaced for me too!), all for a super reasonable price :)
