I had this dell inspiron 7000 series recently purchased . I called Dell amd they wanted 249 dollars to remove it .per incident .I had virus on my system . The technician was a through gentlemen punctual on time quick and efficient . Not only removed virus he also provided a tune up of my system amd now it runs a lot faster. Would definately recommend 👌
