From day one of me contacting him, Bob was HONEST AND UPFRONT with me. Did you catch those capital letters?! Thats right, he tried offering his services to save me the most money while at the same time catering to my needs and finding the BEST SOLUTION. During the entire process, Bobs customer service was above and beyond exceptional...from dropping off my computer, to calling me with updates and providing status, to picking up the computer and personally showing me everything he had done. His level of experience definitely shows through our communications. The best part? Dont let level of experience fool you, because Bob actually keeps up to date with the times and explains what programs/apps are most popular and beneficial in our modern day. I cannot thank Bob and A1 computer service enough!!! I am an industrial refrigeration technician and received a service call from one of my customers. When I arrived the plant was down due to the failure of the main control computers power supply. Nothing was open that early in the morning but I searched google and A1 popped up and said they were open (6:30am). I called, Bob answered, told him what I needed and within an hour I had the parts in my hand. I got the plant back up and running and back in production. Called A1 computers at 9 am to fix a broken screen on a laptop, set up a meeting at 11:30 am and had my fixed computer back to me by 2:15 pm.Excellent service, response time and a great price given the short time frame. Any laptop repair needs I ever have in the future will be handled by A1 Computers.

My laptops hard drive was completely wrecked and that same morning I explained the issue to the guy over the phone. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in what he’s doing and was super kind. Within a few hours my laptop was picked up, fixed and made even better than when bought, and returned to me for a great price based on the work needed. 10/10 would recommend for fast helpful service. As a return customer, I can say that this company is very reliable. I had an office machine whose drive went wrong on a Friday. A1 not only took the rush work but was not unreasonable in their pricing. A1 had everything repaired before the weekend was over. The machine was noticeably faster, but they were able to save the data from the crashed drive. Their excellent results prompted me to take my personal computer in for an upgrade! Great job, A1!

I called A1 thinking I knew what was wrong with my All in One and was convinced it was an easy fix. Bob was quick to point out that the problem was greater than I suspected, but he was willing to consider my thoughts on the problem. My printer wouldnt recognize my computer so I couldnt scan anything. Called Geek squad because I have a service contract but they couldnt send anyone out for 2 weeks! Called A1 and Bob came over the next morning and fixed the problem. Will be using A1 instead of Geek squad from now on.
