I paid for full detail job the best package they have the car still had some bugs on the front the door and hatch jams were still dirty the carpet needed to be vacuumed the front seats are still dirty they vacuumed the carpet again and wipe down the jams they are fair now seats are still going to need cleaning with a steam cleaner to pull out the dirt shampooing didn’t work

I have been using them for a few years now. Always outstanding customer service and their work is outstanding. Honestly they are the only people in Dayton I trust to hand wash my car. I have been to other places, other places may be cheaper but they use machines to wash your car which is terrible for your paint. Five Star Detailing hand washes your car and provide detailing you need. If you love your car or just like taking care of your car, five star detailing is worth it. Honestly, stop. using machines to wash your car, it makes your car look so old.

We had appointment on Thursday to have our 2011 red Ford Explorer detailed. We were told our car would take 2-2.5 hours and it ended up taking 5 Hours because they were “short staffed”. When we got our car, it was still so dirty inside, we had to clean the dashboard and arm rests, steering wheel, inside doors and vents ourselves with armorall cleaning wipes. There was a box that was taken out of the back of our car (that we had to mail after our appointment), so they took the package out and forgot to give it back to us. In addition, since it took 3 days for the carpet/upholstery to dry, We didn’t realize until this morning (Sunday) when we went to put our floor mats back in, that they had given us the floor mats of a Honda accord from another customer! So now we’re driving around with no floor mats and we have no idea who has ours. Very very unhappy. This was our first experience with 5-star Detailing, and it will definitely be our last. Do not recommend.
