I tried this new dealer last week, trying to get some diagnostics done for an error my normal mechanic couldnt figure out. Luis Serrano was a great service advisor, knowledgeable, and communicative. He also helped keep the price reasonable for me. Though its a little further than some dealers from me, I would return if needed. Aldo, their waiting area with made to order coffee and soda was a nice perk.

You can find some place cheaper for service your car but i like to do it in a safe way. They are very organize and covid safe. They give ride home and back if you need

I dont normally leave reviews,however I wanted to give recognition toPaul Hamilton in the service department.I was in the process of selling my car to another dealership when the deal was put on hold due to a recall that needed to be completed. I took my car to Riverside Honda and was told it could take a few days to get the necessary parts .I left my car with them and received a call the next day that my car was done! Knowing of my situation Paul Hamilton had gone above and beyond to make sure my car was done asap.Thanks again to Paul and everyone in the service department.

Always a huge wait even with an appointment. Given these guys the benefit of the doubt time and time again only to be continuously disappointed. Theyve damaged my car during service appointments in the past. Damage was fixed but still shows great disregard for safety and my time spent there. I would not recommend.

They always help me with everything I need. I will always go to them for anything my car needs. I can honestly say I trust them.
