Vehicle was dropped off on 05/22/2021 for warranty repairs, review will be updated as warranty process continues.**Corona Branch had 3 attempts to fix the issues but only made the problems worse when dealing with my vehicle.**I had work on my vehicle at the corona Branch Siedners Collision center. The quality of workmanship was the opposite of impeccable which was promised prior to repairs. Theres many issues with the work that was performed. The paint is chipping from the edges of the panels which indicates improper prep work to the panels before painting. They did something wrong when removing the tail lights and it ruined my entire trunk, spare tires, and all my paperwork and manuals and service records. They knowingly gave me back my vehicld with no Highbeam, improperly installed hood(only had 2 bolts and nearly flew off on the freeway). The alignment has never been the same. The oil pan They replaced leaked oil. The subframe wasnt repalced correctly and vehcile shakes and feels unsafe to Drive. Theres more issues then this but Ill leave it right here. Stay tuned for an updated review.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was involved in an accident and denied repair service. One of the clerks said he would get back to me with more information, Tim he never did. The other clerk I tried calling, Rene was rude and said there was nothing she could do for me. Im fully covered with repairs for a not-at-fault accident theres no reason I shouldve been refused in the first place. Simply unprofessional.

They were able to get my car in immediately and they were done a day earlier than expected. They gave me a price quote for the job, but it ended up being $100 less than the original quote. I’m very pleased with the quality, price and customer service I received. They’re quote was $600 less than Hamblins. I was a life long customer of Hamblins until now. Seidner’s did a great job in every area. I’ve converted to being A Seidner’s customer. No going back!

In September 2019 a box truck in front of me had a tire blow out and damaged my front bumper and the paint on several panels of my vehicle. I openly admit that I am picky and have high expectations when it comes to my car and Seidners did a great job living up to my expectations. After the accident, I was very concerned about the new paint blending with the old for my car is 11 years old, has spent its life in the sun, and to top it off it is a 3 stage pearl. Seidners did an amazing job matching the paint, blending and polishing my car! It looks almost brand new and Im am so grateful for the quality of their work! The only reason I am giving a 4 star rating instead of 5 is there were some handmarks on my headliner, visor, and dome lights, along with my interior A-pillar cover was slightly out of place. However, it was fixed without issue after I pointed it out. I would definitely use their services again, however, I hope I dont have to.

I was extremely happy with the service at Seidners. They originally told me the repairs would take over 2 weeks because of the Thanksgiving Holiday. When they called me a week early I expected an update, but they said my car was done! The work was good, the paint matches well, and I got the car back cleaner than when I dropped it off. I really appreciate the great service and friendly interactions, and am definitely happy my car was finished ahead of schedule!

Perfect paint

Would not recomend this place at all. They are too cheap. They give a really low estimate to save the insurance money and dont want to replace what needs replacing. Took my truck to another shop and got the job done
